This place is amazing for everyone. Being a newbie who’s never been to a skate shop, these dudes were very friendly and knowledgeable in their products and what they were doing. What a great experience at The Groove. Our child Mackenzie has been wanting to try skateboarding but we had no idea where to begin. We stopped in The Groove just to look around and were so comfortable and treated like we had been going in there for years. We were helped by the owner and his son and they took the time to explain everything to get us started. First time visit was amazing! The person who helped us was so knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t know much about boards. There was no pushy up selling. He made sure we got the perfect one for our niece. He even made the bearings rainbow to match the grip tape. Such small details that makes a big difference!! We’re not even skaters and now we want our own!

Went in to swap out my old deck for a new one, both guys at the counter spent time with me and helped me pick out a deck that suited my needs and they were super cool. Bought some wheels too and they put everything together for me. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!

The guys at Groove went above & beyond to help my son with some tips & tricks for mastering his Ollie. They did a thorough inspection of his skateboard, replaced a couple parts, & were SO knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We will definitely be going back for all of our skating needs!! My 2 teenage daughters wanted to get into skating. Traveled a 100 miles to end up at the Groove due to recommendations. They didnt disappoint. FRIENDLY staff helped custom build each one of them a board. Saved them $ and now they are learning to shred in the driveway. Highly recommend!

Took my sons in there as they are getting into skating, theyve already worn out their beginner boards, the staff was awesome, they spent time with us and just really went above and beyond to support the hobby, they took great care of us. Always thankful and refreshed to be around good people who love what they do.

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a skate shop. The guys there provided excellent customer service, we went in hunt of a skateboard as a graduation gift for my younger brother and they gladly helped us with picking all the parts. Even provided their recommendations and explained why which is super helpful considering I don’t know that much about skateboards. They didn’t try to up sell items we didn’t need, just all around a happy customer. Thank you guys for all the help!! My brother said “You cappin bro??” when we surprised him with it, needless to say I think he loves it. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I have a medical condition which makes it very hard to wear a mask. The governor states that masks are required if one cannot social distance. I was well over 10ft from any other customer (besides the person i came with). I was social distancing And only took my mask off long enough to catch a few breaths. I Had planned to spend some $ in there until i was called out inside of the business without and chance to explain. I know Im a minute customer but because of this i will not be back for personal reasons

Great place! Owner was awesome. Helped me find the right board at the right price. Asked all the right questions and made the whole process very smooth. I was able to buy the board virtually and he delivered it for free! That was really cool. Ill definitely visit the shop soon.

The father and son team at Groove helped me out getting some new wheels for my quad skates. They were knowledgeable, helped me select items that would be the best value, and put the wheels on for me. I also appreciated all the precautions they took during COVID, including limited contact, glass on counters, etc. My kids and I all agreed we look forward to coming back to buy skateboards. It’s obvious these guys know there stuff, and also that they prioritize everyone’s safety.

This place is awesome! I bought my first quad skates here and the owner helped me every step of the way. Told me everything I wanted to know and gave me real insight to the products. Then when I lost a toe stop he helped me to replace mine so I could get back on the trails. Quality service & super knowledgeable

Very fast service. Built my daughter a long board in one day and she got to choose all the components which she loved. Then they brought the board to our car so we didn’t even have to get out of the car! Highly recommend

It has been 20 years since I have been on skates and wanted to get back into it to get exercise. Things have changed since I last did it so one of my friends that skateboards suggested I go talk to Forest at the Groove. I did and he got me up to speed on the innovations inline skates. He priced out what I wanted and was very reasonable on the price. My wife decided she wants to start skating on roller skates. I know nothing about roller skates so i took her to see Forest. He got her set up with skates that will be perfect for her. The price was less than I thought we would spend on a custom pair of quads. If you skateboard, in-line, or roller skate or want to get into it go to the Groove. Everyone that works there is helpful and we will be going back for all of our supplies.

My brother, my boys and I went to check this skate shop out. Great place and the owner and staff are just great. I am so happy that they open shop and open their business in Springdale AR. Hope they are here for many many years. Two thumbs up. Going to come back, so that my son can get his deck put together with all the accessories.

Friendly, inviting, but unfortunately the store wasnt open yet. They told me 2 weeks, they also said we could come and hang out lol... Pretty cool, I went for bushings for trucks on a skateboard... They said they will stock them... When they open.
