Not a really busy place today. We had the whole theatre to just ourselves. Very clean and even showed us a better deal for our money.

I went when they first reopened up after their upgrades and the ticket cost was like 5 times more expensive! Got some complimentary chocolates and interesting they have a bar though. But when I used to go the whole theatres would get filled and when I go after remodel its almost completely empty so I cant imagine theyre making more money than they did before it used to be such a good spot everyone would go there for the ticket pricing now I never go there anymore because its just like a regular movie theater you might as well go to Razorback Cinema and youll be paying the same for a better experience and bigger screen and better sound quality. And small parking spot even tho nobody goes its small considering what it should be.

Great theater! The picture quality and sound system worked well - we really enjoyed the movie. I love the power recliners. It is nice to be able to have food options beyond the normal theater snack bar.

I had a good time watching a movie in there! You know what i enjoyed while watching? THE CHAIRS! You could actually move the seats into a bed like chair! Not just that tho! The food was GREAT! I recommend everyone to go there! Trust me. Youll thank me later!

Great little theater. Movie & Dinner is a great combination. The staff is super friendly and great service. I highly recommend this place. Great place if you are a truck driver needing a place for your 10 hour break. Theaters have large leather reclining seats. Very comfortable.

Big improvement to what it was. I would highly recommend eating before you go. $10.25 for a pretzel and a drink is beyond ridiculous when the movie for 2 only cost $11. I also feel that if youre going to call it Cinema Grill there should be some sort of trays attached to the seats. Theater was relatively clean all around. Staff was up to par. I guess the only thing to complain about are the prices for food. Would I go again? Possibly, but I think Ill just stick to the Malco in Rogers. Stadium seating is much better.

Little on the expensive side. Chairs are comfortable wide electric reclining with plenty of room between isles. Temperature inside was perfect not freezing and uncomfortable. Good sound and quality screen. Good experience except for cost.

Love the big, cushioned recliners and the fact you can now get real food, like hamburgers, pizza, etc. as well as wine and beer while enjoying a movie. Any time I’ve ever had an issue, which is infrequent, the resolve the situation and/or give me a ticket to return at another time to view the movie. I think they’ve done a great job renovating this place.

We frequent this theater. The staff is quite always very friendly with smiling faces. The theater is always clean and I like the fact you can butter your own popcorn. Great place to catch movies in Springdale.

Small place but the seats were roomy and comfortable

It was a very nice movie with reclining seats . Almost a big mans chair. Movie was very reasonable to get in & for popcorn mens room was even clean. Felt like family atmosphere.

Friendly employees. Wish the floor in Theater 1 were a little more sloped because the head of people in front of me. Loved the endless popcorn tub.

A Great Place to unwind with your special kidds or grandkidds or a special someone.

I saw lord of the rings at this theater in 2001. I am glad to see that it is getting a second life with a bar and grill. I hope that whatever changes happen we keep the same amount of theaters in the area. The deals where you buy a movie pass also seem to be a great development that I hope helps keep the business model going for years to come.

Nice place again after the remodel. Cleaned up very well. All new screens & sound systems. All seating was replaced with nice, comfortable & power leather recliners.Have not tried any food from the grill, but the food does look good. You can order food and when its ready employees bring it to your seat. Its my first choice for theaters in NWA. Rooms are smaller than razorback and pinnacle, but very cozy. Easy close parking, theaters are easy to get around in as well. No steps/stairs, all sloped/ramp style flooring, makes it easy for disabled/handicapped people.

They have updated this place and it is great! I love pucking your seats before you go in the theater, love the large space between the rows. The only thing I didnt like was the flior slopes downward so when I stood up, because Im older I had a bit of a problem with my balance for a few seconds. I loved the theater from going through the doors to when we left. They also had plenty of people working at the concession stand. So fast and friendly! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Saw the last Starwars there, first time being there, comfy recliners and a margaritta in an R2D2 cup! Will def be going there again!

Nice theatre and grill. Reclining seats to get comfortable and watch a movie. Great place to go if youre a truck driver waiting to load. The grill has a nice selection of food. Lots of parking.

Very nice updated theatre with reclining seats and plenty of room for people to walk past while the seats are reclined. Mostly ramps, so anyone can get around as long as someone is able to hold doors open for you if you are on crutches like I was last night. I looked, but there was no way for the doors to automatically open, and getting into the ladies room was difficult. They did carry my popcorn and drink to my seat for me. Friendly staff. If the doors were more handicapped accessible, it would be a 5 star.

It was great me and my son had fun watching the movie Playmobil the movie

Tickets were a bit pricey but well worth it nice clean and friendly. Bathroms were well cleaned.

Seats are very comfortable but I dont recommend going there for the food.

Took my oldest son when he was 3 to see the original Lion King 8×s & now 25 yrs later, he took his parents to see the new one for our 39th Anniversary. Beautiful memories!

Had a feeling something was wrong when I got here. Was going to rate this theater a higher rating but the movie that was next to ours was out of proportion! You can hear the bass through the walls. The floors were nasty. I dropped my keys between the seats and this is what I found? There bosses would probably not be happy. Came to watch this because I wanted to see it before my wife did. But due to the disturbances I had to leave. Hopefully they will be able to fix the problems. Pretty nasty! Am very disappointed. Better luck next time... Your movie theater ruined my experience. Thanks for ruining the moment!

So they are selling blankets at the counter and the theatre is very cold. We told the staff but they did nothing. Are they doing this just to sell blankets?

I really loved the remodel. Its great to have more options to eat other than popcorn and candy. My burger was good. My husband had a cesar salad but did not like it. It took almost 30mins to get our food. Once we got in to watch our movie we loved the reclining chairs. Very comfy and roomy.

Man this place even has recliners in the theaters to enjoy the movie!Awesome experience for movie goers!

Great comfy reclining seats, service, food and pricing.

The movie quality was excellent and recliners appeared clean and functional. Tickets were $6 each for adults Tuesday at 4 PM.I removed two stars for the service of one employee (short, thin, older, hispanic). My wife and I had come in to watch a movie for our anniversary. My wife is legally disabled and when we asked for those seating options she sputtered that they were for disabled persons. My wife had to show her arm and permanant effects of a childhood stroke and the woman leaned over the register to look down at her legs as well as one had a brace she wanted to gawk at I guess. Then she proceeded to tell us they were for people in wheelchairs and only 1 actual chair in that area. What was the point of all of that display and examination if she couldnt even accomodate in the first place? I was very upset but let it go and picked nearby seats instead.Message directly to this theater: Why only 1 seat? For an aide? What if both parents wanted to sit with a fully disabled child? Ive never previously been in a theater that had less than 2. We hope to visit this location again for the movie quality, but were very put off by this experience and lack of accomodation.

I enjoyed the movie and the seating is comfortable but the prices on snacks is rediculous. Their profit margin must be pretty good. I miss when we actually could afford to go to the movies. Its 10 to just get in. for a family of 5 its nearly 50 just to watch a movie now. No one was thinking of the lower class when they changed everything.

Its a very convenient location for the theater. And their staff is nice.

Theater was small with no stadiim seating. Price was fair & concessions were on par with other theaters in the area. A much needed improvement over what it used to be.

I enjoyed going to the newly remodeled theatre . Everything was clean and new. The reclining seats were very comfortable which gave it a homey feel. The theatre is smaller than most so you dont have to deal with the larger crowds. I have heard good things about the hamburgers at the grill, I plan to try it out soon. My family will definitely be coming back.

Attendants need product knowledge, but their customer service makes up for it! Love going here! Food is presented as gourmet, but sadly is pre-packaged and microwaved. If I were to eat here again I would stick to the hot dog and an over priced beverage. With that said this establishment is clean and super friendly! I always enjoy it.

We go on Tuesdays to avoid the traffic and because Tuesdays are special :) I like the ol skool look on the outside and the up to date look on the inside. Its smaller but pretty clean.

People are well at it there. They know what they are doing and get it done. Fast and the moive are great and it a great time for friends and family

Came here specifically for the Captioning device, to only find out they are not working. They advertise these devices for deaf and hard of hearing, and cant use it. Than go to order food, the employee doesnt know what is on the menu. I had to go across the room to read off what I wanted. Than receive the wrong food.

This is one of our favorite theaters to go to. This theater was just recently remodeled and Now features a hamburger and Sandwich Bar. The theater itself has these great reclining chairs now! So great! Its a great experience to sit back in a reclining chair and watch a great movie and eat a little dinner.

Heres the truth, if you want to see a great movie that came out about two months ago at a discounted price of $3...go here! The workers are pretty cool and laid back, they dont really hound you (all in your face, checking tickets at the door and crap which is pretty cool) ...there are a lot of teenagers that go here on dates to watch movies so just be mindful of that. Overall I enjoyed this theater. Its a good place to go at a good price!

Awesome new reclining leather seats. Only 8 bucks before 6pm. Good sound in theatre. Food is okay....i mean, what do you expect from theatre food? All in all, better than Razorback cinema I think.

I like that they have upgraded, and of course, that also hikes up the price, so that is a downside compared to the cheap tickets they used to have. Reclining seats are not as comfortable to me as other movie theaters, but I like the change. Definitely makes movie watching more enjoyable.

Great movie theater to go to Bob Mills you follow sleep in the recliner but nothing like a $8 dollar beer maybe

With the new remodel this theater is really awesome. You can even have wine or beer and watch a movie and the new seating is great. Reclining big seats. Perfect.

I dont understand at all why this place isnt packed daily. I have a membership to AMC stubs and know their quality well. When I do a comparison, it is always against them. Malco will give AMC a run for their money anyday!!!!. Malco is so clean!!! The auditorium smell fresh, it is the same digital picture,and their sound is just as good...ask Avengers Endgame!!! The bathrooms are so very clean!!! Prices are less than the other, and their seats recline, are just as comfortable, and just as big. If you live mid Fayetteville or north you need to make your next movie stop at MALCO!!! Dont pass up the same movie, same sound, less people, and a better price just for a bigger naming gimmick!!!

Ive been going to this theater for the past few months. Has been clean each time and the new recliner seats have been comfortable enough. Standard movie theater concession. Havent tried the Grill food. And you are able to butter and season your own popcorn.

Newly remodeled theater and very nice! Still pretty cheap prices. Recliner seats are very comfortable. Nice concessions area. Surround sound works great and good picture. It’s cheaper prices and not as busy as the theaters in Fayetteville. I’m very happy they remodeled this Malco classic.

Upgrade is all nice. Just came back from watching Mama Mia and was not so pleased that it was warm inside the movie room. Its already hot outside so why not turn on the AC?

My go to movie theater in NWA. Got a new update & food & alcohol. Smaller than others but thats why I like it. More intimate experience watching a movie.

The burger here was great. The movie theater has recently been remodeled. The electric reclining chairs are roomy and comfortable. Now if theyll just make better movies :)

This place is a little scary. Hard to find. Unlit parking lot and the sign isn’t even lit up.

The seats are better but still shorter people can not see over the high back chairs they put taller chairs in but didnt raise the floor so people could see over them even when they are reclined. So to me this was a waste of time. I want to see the whole picture

Lovely accommodations at this theatre. Sound and picture quality is amazing for every film Ive gone to, and seats are comfortably cushy without being enveloping, and recline to like 40° (quite loudly, I might add, so out of courtesy to your fellow guests find a comfortable angle before the feature begins). Any movie theatre is going to have overpriced food but at least this one offers things you cant just pick up at Dollar General and sneak in like the deviant I most certainly am not. The stuffed poppers are much too greasy and not stuffed enough but Ive had a few other selections and Im pleased otherwise.

Ever since they remodeled, I prefer going here instead of razorback. I would have their sausage cheese plate over a hot dog any day of the week! They seat more people in the theater than the amc but you dont choose your seats beforehand. If you dont want to fight the crowd but have a great time at a movie, I 100% suggest you go here!

Back then this place use to play reallly old movies and ever since they upgraded and made it better. Its my second theater I go to if I cant go to the one in Fayetteville

With the big change and price hike. Its still one of the cheapest place to watch a movie. The new recliner seats are awesome and have plenty of elbow room. As of now and it may change later Tuesday is $5.00 all day.
