I came to visit a friend who moved here. Its nice and clean, quiet. Not like the stereotypical mobile home parks you hear about. The trailer home is in pretty great condition.

The landlord is reasonable with visitors but he pays the water and electric and the more people in a unit the more money it costs the landlord so he has a right to say no visitors but if you have family in town he is reasonable

I was just a visitor here. Ill give the place 2 stars because it was clean and quiet, but i came to visit my sister and brother-in-law all the way from Texas and the landlord told my brother-in-law i could only visit for 2 days! I had a round trip ticket already and was planning on visiting my family for a week. I think its absolutely crazy to tell someone how long a relative can visit. I could understand if i was moving in or something but this was not the case. Apparently he does this to other tenants as well. 2 days...thats ridiculous man.

As Long as you pay your rent on time ! The Landlord is flexible! Quite peaceful neighnorhood. I recommend them to people in need of a place to live.

My brother and his wife live at Midway Park. It is nice and clean mobile home park.

The landlord is extremely rude. I went to visit my mother in law and the landlord kept coming over harassing us and saying we couldnt stay the night and that the trailer wasnt a motel. We literally went and got a copy of our lease from our apartment and brought it to him to prove that we werent living with my mother in law. Horrible landlord!
