Nice park, the staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make us happy. The Pool and Jacuzzi was Amazing! The showers and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The sites are spacious and well kept. We had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Michelle and Allison
This is a very nice RV resort. It is set up to be a well maintained seasonal/full time resort with some transient visitors. We are full time RVers but stayed here for 2 nights only, as we had an appointment in the area. We were pleasantly pleased with the quality of the resort. We would definitely stay here again and would consider it for an extended stay. But, with nice comes price. If you dont mind spending a little more you wont find much better.
We stayed here for three weeks while I recovered from surgery. The camp is set back in a very nice area with some good shade on a lot of sites. The people were extremely nice. The only reason for a 4 rating is they advertise fast internet and it was horrible. The other downside is there are tons of roaches living in and around the trees and it took us a few weeks to kill all of them they found a way into our coach.
We stayed at Rayford Crossing RV park for a bit over two months while waiting for our new home to be finished. Weve been all over the country in our RV so we know the ins and outs. Wed not stayed in a single place for more than 10 days before, so this was a good experience: This was a great RV park... it really does warrant the moniker of resort though because it has a pool, game room, etc., yet because of the pandemic, we regretfully avoided all of it. Not only is the park quiet from the outside -- little external noise -- but it was a very quiet park from the inside -- the guests were all well behaved and very sensitive to others. The place is immaculately clean and they even pick up your trash twice a day! (You can also walk it to the dumpsters.) The office people are helpful and friendly and will call or text if you get a package/mail. We found all their policies to be fair and clearly stated. While no RV park is perfect, this is very close to that. Their WiFi is fair (still, thats better than most!), and we could easily get strong cell service. They have a cable hookup and it was okay but other than testing it out, we didnt use it. We dont have pets but many people do and they seemed happy with the dog park and pet policies... most did their duty and picked up after their dogs. While the park is a bit off the Interstate -- thats one of the reasons its so quiet -- it isnt difficult to find or get into. There are many services, stores, restaurants, grocery, hardware, etc. around the area. Overall, weve very much enjoyed staying here and can highly recommend it!
We stayed at Rayford Crossing for a baseball tournament. We will definitely be back! Our neighbors (Shawn & Rusty) were so welcoming & friendly! Park was really nice & landscaped! Lots of trees for great shade in the Texas summer!
I dont know how to rate this time. Usually a five but this trip we were inundated with roaches. OMG! We stayed a week and the first day I saw a couple in the RV. Last days much worse! I had them coming from my kitchen cupboards. When we pulled out this morning we saw they were all over outside. Upon moving the chalks they scattered. Lots of them. I called management and they admitted a problem and said an exterminator would be coming soo. So sorry. Ok, now I have to fumigate the entire unit.
Great place to stay. Very close to the Woodlands. Amenities were nice and staff was friendly.
The best RV Park in the Houston area!!! Park is clean, residents are nice, and staff is friendly. I also love the location - minutes from the Woodlands but far away to feel like your in the country. If you love nature, bike riding, swimming, and relaxation then this is your park!
Been here a week now out of 2 months, and I really enjoy it. Wish the pool was a little clearer, but growing up with the Comal and Guadeloupe your swimming holes will spoil you. It is very clean and nice, and beats not having a pool. The adult Jacuzzi is nice!So far, the neighbors are great, the staff is A+, the facilities are imaculate, and comfert level is very nice hiding out here in the trees, with horses horses walking down the street out here, not in park. The area is perfect, being right off of 45 and 99 as well. So far I really enjoy it!
Very nice place to stay. Perfect location for all ages with a lot of nice amenities in the park. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is the best I have ever stayed at and I have been to a lot of RV parks for extended stays due to work.
This is our second season here. Last year we spent four months at Rayford. The staff is very nice and helpful. We returned this year and it has changed! Where did the trees go and house’s come from? I miss the birds at the office also. The laundry area is a great improvement and the grounds are clean and tidy as last year. I love it here, it’s close to everything and now the bridge is open it’s even easier. It’s also very quiet day and night with very friendly people from all over the US. Great place to call some long term or short term. PS...... my fur babies also love it here.
Very nice cabins. Had a few minor issues that were resolved. Overall great place to go for a weekend getaway
Very accommodating, and beautiful park! Definitely highly recommended RV Park!
Was a nice place but had a horrible Asian roach problem.
Best place in Texas! Always clean and has a hot tub. Everyone is friendly.Cant wait to go back again.
Super clean, well maintained RV park with cabins too. Everything as advertised. Cabin # 5 was nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. Far exceeded expectations! My grandkids ages 3 and 7 loved their cabin weekend. The heated pool was really nice to play in after dark. Kids loved the well stocked game room. Lovely park like atmosphere - a nice little escape from the hustle and bustle -yet just 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Had to scramble to make plans for a place to stay when visiting my grandkids in Houston (original plans fell through) and Rayford Crossing was an excellent option, and the staff very helpful and accommodating.
A little hard to navigate the streets before you get there and it is situated in a subdivision but it is very kid friendly and a nice spot to chill out there are a lot of people living here full time but not dirty.
Good, well maintained park. Lots of construction noise around here with bulldozers, etc. (January 2020)
Came today just for one night. The place is awesome!!! Wish we were staying longer but on our way south. The bathrooms are immaculate, the sites and grounds are super nice. The staff checking us in were very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Would have given it 10 stars if I could have!
The resort is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. You feel like you are way out in the country, yet everything (shops, restaurants, theaters, etc.) are all around the resort. There are always activities going on at the resort and The Woodlands is within five miles which is a great place to go to eat and for entertainment. We highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed.
Very nice place. Lovely pool.Quiet. Private. Pristine. Could use more washer dryers.
Its hidden which is perfect. it is clean, quiet, and it has a few cabins.
Quiet, easy access, reasonable location on Houstons north side.Clean....restrooms, gathering areas, hot tub and super poolNice laundry areaPlenty of roomNice pull-thrus with concrete patios and tablesCant go wrong at Rayford Crossing.
What a beautiful place this is. Spending the weekend with my family and we love it. Very clean and everyone is so friendly
Very nice resort! The people and their units are among the best. Office personnel are amazing and super helpful.
Stayed here with family in a 5th wheel. What an awesome place! Tons to do. We had no problem entertaining our toddler. Its also not far from all the big Woodlands attractions. Highly recommend!
I give it four stars due to in my opinion I think that your family should be considered two people if you have four theres that extra cost per person after two thats the only reason I gave four stars every thing else is five star and you have to look for this resort it is off the beaten pass but worth the look and stay I will be back if job brings me back this way resort managers ate very friendly and helpful great personal thanks again Brad
Very nice place. Well organized and well maintained. If you need a place to stay in Spring Texas, I would recommend it.
Excellent upscale rv resort for short or long term stays. Very close to The Woodlands-TX (*fancy*) which has great restaurants and plenty to do. The staff are warm and friendly, and half the reason why I enjoy staying here.
Large, well maintained and very clean RV park. All level concrete sites with water, power, sewer. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities including RV store, laundry, reading room, exercise facilities with great equipment, game and craft rooms. Premier pool that is always well kept, hot tub, horseshoes, shuffle boards, BBQ pits and grills, small fishing pond, quiet and surroundings, daily curbside trash pickup, plus many park planned activities throughout the year. Only nit is the piped in pool music plays hits from last century.
Very nice and clean. Doggy play area, pool and all kinds of activities.
Very nice, employees were very helpful
This is our forth of many more to come, stays. We live in Michigan & travel here during the winters & it is the best park we have been to. Love it here...we have made friends here & enjoy the activities they host. The staff, facilities, owners, & the quality if life during extended stays are second to no one. Thank You Rayford Crossing for maintaining such a wonderful facility!
The park was extremely clean and was a great place to relax. The pool and hot tub were very clean, the stocked pond was great to fish at, the atmosphere was very quiet, and the other visitors respectful. I would definitely come back in the future.
Not only is this a wonderful place for facilities, the people that run it are the friendliest, most helpful, and professional I have dealt with in my 20 year RVing career.
Love this RV resort! Wonderful, friendly staff, great amenities, fun activities for the families staying here. By far the best RV park weve stayed at.
They were too strict. Rude. But there are now new owners so it may be better. Idk as I havent yet been back.
Superb place to park your RV for the night, or a week....we loved it. Now we plan to be a regular there so we can visit family nearby....a place that our Westie could enjoy as well. There was a young man in the office, he drove a golf cart to show us our site, he cleaned off the picnic table, the city water hookup...which we greatly appreciated. We will be back for sure....gorgeous place....great facilities. This was a Saturday which is hard for offices to have someone available but this resort did, facilities where lovely,,,,theres tons to do in the Woodlands surrounding the Resort which I thoroughly enjoyed. Many, Many restaurants, shopping....loved it!!
Can y’all please fix the horrible cable and slowwww internet?! The park is great, quiet and the people who live here are nice. It’s a bit pricey but it keeps out the riff raff. Only complaint is for what you pay the amenities like the cable and internet could be better. I have to use my phone as a hotspot because you can’t stream on the internet. The cable is fuzzy and it’s not my rig, I’m in a KOA as I write this and the cable is clear and crisp.
Fantastic place, I have never scene better bathrooms in a RV resort. This place is spotless.
Very nice RV park/resort. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and easy check in. Only ONE complaint - - Wish the yard people would start at 8am, but that is our only complaint. Easily a 4.9 out of 5.0.
The in-laws loved it here, very clean and nice connections.
Nice park. Big rig friendly with all sites concrete pull throughs.
Awesome RV resort. Off the beaten path. This is not a place you will just drive by. You have to want to come here, and well worth it.
The staff are helpful. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Very clean. In the country. Adjacent farm. Spots are level. Nice dog run. The person go takes you to your spot wipes down the picnic table, water spicket and electric hookup.
Just visited a friend. They said the markings could be better to find the place. Seemed very clean and organized. The numbers could be a little more obvious, as they are hard to find at night. Roads nicely paved.
This place is phenomenal. The people who work there are absolutely great and friendly. The pool is wonderful in the shuffleboard is awesome. Beautiful scenery nice Birds and the variety of trees are out of this world. You can bet well be back. Stephanie
It was a great place and very quite! Love that it is not off the main road and tucked back a bit.
Friendly, helpful staff, spacious sites, well maintained. Truely a 10/10/10 +++.
Love!! Friendly, quiet and well kept.
The people that work there are so awesome and helpful the RV park is a 10 they thought of everything a camper would need and have it all right here.
Always love coming here. Super clean and quiet.
We stayed there for the month of Oct. 2016 while we looked for a new home. Our stay was perfect. The grounds were spotless, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a great place to stay.
We have stayed here 3 times. We stayed a month in 2015, a month in 2016 and will be here close to two months this year. If you see any negative reviews simply ignore them! The staff and management are very kind and incredibly accommodating. When we needed to change our reservation to arrive earlier this year Melissa made it happen. One person wrote about full dog poop bins and poop on the ground . That is simply untrue. The bins are always ckean and I have never seen flies. There are rules about site appearance which I appreciate very much. The comment about unfriendly residents is baffling to me. We bought our first coach in 1991 and I must say that Rayford Crossing RV Resort is my all-time favorite place to stay.
We full time and this is one of the nicest parks we stay at anywhere around the US. Clean, well managed, great amenities, nice clientele, and super friendly staff.I find it crazy that there are 1 star reviews for this place. To address a few of those:- yeah, they don’t allow truck campers. For the rest of the world that means you won’t have to look at a truck camper! If you have a truck camper there are plenty of other places to stay. Doesn’t mean you should give a place that doesn’t allow them 1 star.- internet is very good. If you complain about the internet here then you’ve pretty much not used it at any other campground. It has its moments, but I can actually stream video here. I’ve been able to do this at 2 or 3 of the 50 or so places I stay at each year.- anyone who thinks the staff is rude here must not be very nice themselves. Again, I’ve camped all over and had my share of testy campground staff. The staff here is consistently nice and helpful. They will go the extra mile to work with you if you have a problem.Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!
We have stayed in this park many times and always look forward to coming back.Staff is very accomadating and escort to you to site. Roads and sites are concrete and sites are very long even for the largest rig. All sites are full hook up with cable. You do pay electric for monthly rentals. Lots of amenities and activities especially during the winter. We have stayed in a lot of parks and this is by far the best we have been to.
Great! Clean and well maintained. In top 3 of all rv resorts have stayed in. Would definitely return.
Very nice place. Employees were kind, park was clean, showers were clean, pool and hot tub were nice, and we had fun in the game room with board games and such that they provided
Great RV park, spacious sites. A little pricey, but definitely a great park to send time in. They have a play ground for the kiddos a really nice dog park for Fido and a heated pool for everyone.
We enjoy this RV park . it is quiet with lots of trees and nice people. The lots are paved with nice grassy areas. Nice size lots with patios. Real nice size dog park.
Awesome place to stay. As peaceful as you are going to get around a major city. We love the park
Nice help you in anyway you could want, very happy. Very quiet, lots of activities.
Dont waste your time or money here! The sites are very over priced! The Wi-Fi is very slow and was down more than it was up! My husband had to have Wi-Fi to do his paperwork for his job. When it floods be prepared and have a back up generator! There are creeks all around the park and it does flood! Dog walk waste basket was always stinking and full with many flies! Many grassy areas in the park had piles of dog poop that has not been picked up! But yet they state that they enforce dog waste clean up and are a 4 star quality park! There is a clan of permanent residents who need to worry about themselves and not everybody else. They create a very unhappy environment. However, there are some permanent residents who were very friendly and helpful to the new residents. The management tends to have favoritismtowards certain residents which seemed very wrong! We stayed 3 months and pulled our RV out.
Beautiful place friendly atmosphere lots of close activites including a horse ranch next door ..... Great staff and area!!!!
One of the nicest parks weve ever stayed in. Higher cost is more than justified given the many amenities and attention to the neatness of the entire property. Staff was very welcoming and helpful with locating RV service for us.
Enjoyed our time at Rayford spent the last few winters there. If i was asked a year ago for a rating it would have been 5 stars, however, the prices have gone too high and the rules are not enforced.
Beautiful, quiet, tree lined park. Clean spacious sites. Gorgeous facilities. Staff members treat you like family. Cant imagine staying anywhere else.
Nice park. Clean, well organized, quiet. Would stay again
We have stayed in well over 200 RV parks. Rayford Crossing is one of the nicest, and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. Keep up the great work! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay
We are passing through and decided to stay here. Great place and good value for the money.
I had no idea this was even out here. Felt like being in the country
We loved our stay in the cabins
My sons and grand kids live in Texas. I have stayed in 4 different campgrounds in the Houston area. This one is the BEST. My sons live in humble and one in the woodlands, since 99 is open to I-59 this RV Park is right in the middle.I have stayed at rayford at least 7-8 times and I am scheduled there again this week. 5 nites then on to buckhorn RV in kerrville. Love the new tollroad 99. Rayford was a little hard to get to the first time. But now I know many ways to get to Rayford Rd. AND there is so much to do in that area. Old town spring, the woodlands shopping area and many restaurants in the area. Plus it is easy to get to MD Anderson we go about every 6 Mos. The park is quite and very well maintained
This is one of the finest RV resorts Ive stayed in. Exceptionally clean including bath house & laundry room, pools kept immaculate, staff was very nice & helpful. Oh & if you have a problem parking your rig in these spots, well maybe you shouldnt be operating an rv! :-)
This place is wonderful, clean and quite. The staff are amazing & make it a wonderful place to stay! We have traveled through 26 states and this is our favorite place. Keep up the good work.
Nice park. Great internet. Refreshing pool and hot tub.
Loved the place! Wonderful staff and the wildlife is amazing. We plan to return soon.
Looked Beautiful but a lil pricey; silly for the office to be closed during the day, IMO.
Clean quiet camping area. One of the best I have ever been too.
Great place tucked away in The Woodlands Texas
I think I got it right this time around but yes this place is awesome the neighbors the staff the whole Resort my wife and I couldnt have picked a better place
Nice, Clean, convenient area and a friendly staff, makes for a great stay.Highly recommend.
Great service!! Great place to stay with your RV.
Very nice facility! Friendly staff!
Very nice! Helpful staff, great dog park. Well be back.
Love this campground. It is so clean and full of friendly people. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
Nice pleasant area. Even had a beautiful pool.
Exceptionally clean, spacious, staff is outstanding, best RV Park Ive stayed at.
Great place. Very friendly staff, clean restrooms, showers, pool areas. The best place to spend holidays.
This park is generally clean and quiet, and the staff is helpful. Just pray that you dont have to deal with the management. They are unreasonable, incompetent, and will rip you off if they get the chance. While I was there, I had an extenuating circumstance, and trying to work with the manager was like trying to have a discussion with the offspring of Darth Vader and Snooki... a highly overrated experience. My advice... go somewhere else.
Great location and super clean facility. Has everything you could want to live in peace.
Very well run neat and tidy, relaxing atmosphere, tucked away but so close to Spring and The Woodlands
Tucked away and off the beaten path but well maintained. Very nice place.
We arrived at night and were greeted by this lovely Tree and Nativity!! Love it already and will update later if problems!!
Fantastic, nothing negative too say here. 2 thumbs up.
