Hi. My name is actually Pamela Mika. David was spot on in helping me with a frame for a very special puzzle I assembled at the beginning of the Pandemic. He framed the puzzle for me at the last minute so I could take it to our summer home in The UP of Michigan this week. Customer service was more than a five star It was priceless.

Yes, 5 star quality and service. My art was very long and large. Bradys craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. Beautiful work. But Brady will go the extra mile in customer service if need be. Living alone, I needed help hanging the piece in my home. He actually came to my home to help me with measurements and hanging the art. I couldnt be happier. Thanks again, Brady.

I dont usually rate places Ive never bought from but the sales associate took time out of her day, knowing I wasnt buying anything, to tell me all about framing and what I should be wary of and all that jazz. Plus she was really personable while doing it. I appreciate that level of customer service. Just because it isnt a sale today doesnt mean it isnt a sale tomorrow.

I had two matching displays made here. Hillary patiently worked with me to create the layouts, select the mattes, and match frames for my documents and they came out absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail was stellar. I would not trust anyone else to frame my items.

I didn’t know the first thing about framing when I walked through the door but the gentleman that helped me gave me all kinds of options and prices on different designs. He worked within my budget and the final product was just beautiful! I will definitely go back any time I need something framed.

Brady Blair has helped me mat and frame multiple photographs and documents over the years. He has always given me as much time as I needed to make a decision and offered his valuable advice when I asked him. There are many great frame options. The customer service is outstanding. Im a return customer and will keep coming back.

My experience was much different. I’m astounded anyone had issues here. Great options and help with design. They worked with me on pricing. I get all of the framing for my office done thru this group. Brady has been a pleasure to work with every time. I highly recommend them.

They didnt do what we requested, and did a lot of extra things we didnt request (replacing glass in the example that was being copied) so that the job cost significantly (hundreds of dollars!) more than expected. Did not apologize or reduce bill for the extra work that was done. Because of his attitude the whole thing felt like a rip off.
