First time to a YAT production. Picked up my sweetie, and we met friends who have a daughter in YAT, and this play. Quite enjoyed the evening. Will happily take in another in the future:)

It is so much fun and now I ll hooked on theater and I never miss a show love this place and it has amazing shows like Aladdin and the lion king as you can see

Its so awesome! Community oriented and just absolutely adorable. Saw Elf Jr. And would hands down go to any other play performed by these amazing and talented young actors and actresses!

The venue is ... old and a little in need of repair. Super convenient to the freeway, though, so thats a plus. Weve only seen one production here - adults not kids. Sound quality was merely ok. Acting was very hit or miss. Not sure I was inspired to ever return. But if you like community productions this might be your place.

Wonderful theater for children and teens. They offer camps during school breaks and cast inexperienced and experienced young actors for roughly 1 play per month. Fun and super learning experience!

Fun show! The audience was riveted for two and a half hours. Brilliant production!

Very fun and great summer camps

My 11 year old daughter has been going here for about three months. She really enjoys it. I went to the first showing of a play she has been rehearsing for called Seussical all about Dr Seuss. I was actually blown away by how professional and good it actually was. Makes all the money and time spent taking her to and from practice well worth it.

Truly an asset to Casa de Oro. Thank you for all you do for the community.

Really fun production Matilda

A teensy theater in an unimpressive location - you might think to pass it by. Youd be missing out on a true gem of East County. The productions here are top notch - frequently garnering national youth theater nominations and awards!The directors are positive and bring casts up and together. They encourage teamwork and unity. The kids here bond and feel like YAT is their second home, Usually if they do one play, they end up doing many more. They also offer classes on theater-related topics, which are great! My children have been involved in both productions and classes for over 3 years and love it.

Been going for the past year to watch local amature performances. Great place to see local talent.

We love YAT! Our son has been attending classes and performing in shows for more than a year and we couldnt be happier. We are so grateful to have a place where he can flourish in his gifts and appreciate a love for the theater.

Very disorganized and hastily thrown together. CYT and other youth theater programs are far superior. Acoustics of the theater is quite low quality. Of your child is considering a theater program, pass this one up.

This is THE place to be to watch young people act and dance.

Ive watched my nephew perform many shows here, the stage is adapted, and Ive watched the seating get better each time I come back.
