I dont live there I do pick up lots of customers there. I would not want to live there. MostCustomers dont have to many bad things to say. So Im happy for anyone who lives there just not for me.

Lots of Stray cats roaming around for someone being allergic to cats makes it difficult to want to move in. I also have a older brother who lives here and wanting to come visit him is a hassle there is never any parking cause the occupants are moving there cars in where the visitor parking is. They should suggest maybe improving the whole situation.

Nice park, amenities, friendly management. Gym swimming pools, jacuzzi, and saunas. High space rent though.

A quaint little ( big) community within a town whos management has managed to attract a veritable cornucopia of users ranging from tooth less meth heads to casually coiffed skater types to young ladies aspiring to homelessnes as made evident by their absenteeism. But at least the pool is dirty.

Used to work here many years ago. Place has seen better days, management didnt seem to care at all about quality or upkeep since then.

If you could stop turning the water off without notice thatd be great. One flyer on a mailbox I dont even live near isnt enough of a heads up. Thanks for always ruining my work days with your inability to fix whatever water problem is going on every freaking month. I just loooooove paying almost 2k a month to not even be able to SHOWER FOR WORK.

It is a pretty good place. We have good neighbors that are nice and friendly. A couple of times riff raff moved in but they didnt stay long. We were not used to living in close quarters and had to adjust to our surroundings. But I would say living here has been a pretty good experience. Most of the kids I have seen have been very nice and polite. Yes they do hang out in front of the clubhouse but hey...they are teens. It is better hanging out talking and having fun than off getting in trouble (and no I dont have teens my children are grown). I do get frustrated at the little kids not being watched. They do get in the road and I am so afraid they will get hurt. I may just live on a good street. I havent heard a lot noise and disturbances. My father lives with us and being from the south he has to socialize and speak to everyone that passes by. He has everyone looking to see if he is outside so they can say hi. He has made many friends. He really enjoys the people here.

I came to look around about a month back they have a strict no parking rule infront of house spaces no matter if you know the person the place is filled with “red line” to not park and you will get towed away, what if someone has guests one day ?
