They are very knowledgeable about their reptiles and very reasonable on prices i love this pet shop and they treat their customers with respect

Every time I come here they are closed. I make sure to come on days they say they are open, but over the last month and a half or so, they are always closed. I went by the Tuesday before Thanksgiving around 1230pm to grab some feeders and they were closed. I noticed they had a sign in the window for a 15% off Black Friday sale so I looked forward to going back. I went back Friday around 2pm and they were closed again. Ive called on multiple occasions times only to get the Magic Jack Customer voicemail. The sign in the window says they are open 11am-6pm (5pm on Sundays) Tuesday-Sunday. I have had to resort to going across town for reptile food several times, simply because this place is unreliable. Theres never even a sign in the window saying theyve closed for the day. Theres usually a motorcycle inside, but the lights are off. Not to mention the constant staff changes. Every time I do manage to catch them open, they have hired a new person! They are reasonably priced and always friendly, but they are also the only reptile store in the neighborhood. I want to give my patronage to a small business, but they definitely lack professionalism.

When they are actually open they have good service so I would give 5 stars but for the past 2 months it seems they are closed every day even when it says the days that they are open. So I have driven there and wasted my time many times and even the phone number they have says its unavailable every time Ive called. To make matters worse this is the only reptile store near me so now I have to travel a lot farther else where.

The guy whos name is not Mike but everybody calls him Mike is extra cool! All the employees there are nice! Hes very informative with questions I have regarding this or that with my pets....my turtle in particular. He helped me learn how to recognize specific behaviors my turtle does to let me know how it feeling and to keep it healthy. Hes very fair on the prices and products as well. This is my go to one stop pet shop

Newly discovered to me. I was going clear out to Pet Kingdom for live feeder rats, only to have them usually be out of the rats I needed, to feed my 1 snake. I live about 20 to 30 minutes from them, so for me, it wasnt cost efficient. Found Mikes and was very pleased to find out they have the rats I need, and now the owner is breeding his own, so they will always have them. The downside/only reason for 4 stars, is the smell as soon as you walk in. The unfortunate side to breeding rats, is the smell that accompanies it. But other than that, not bad. The guys there were very nice to me, and were more than happy to help me out. So, if there is something that can be done about the rat breeding smell, that would be awesome. But again, since its a smell that accompanies breeding rats, I dont think so. Im just happy they are about 5 minutes from me, better than Pet Kingdom, and will always have rats. I think a little smell is worth the trade off.

Good experience nice & very helpful staff

They are very helpfull for first time reptile pet owners. They always have what i need even at short notice. They are very reasonable and will work with you with prices and that your pet gets the care it deserves. Highly recomended!!

Great little pet shop. The ladies in here were very friendly to us and our children and very helpful in choosing a pet. We got a baby bearded dragon. Will definitely go here again.

Exotic reptiles and fish seldom seen at other pet stores. Even the rats are unique, they are my pet of choice and im glad i got them from Mikes Pets. Staff is wonderful and kind.

Ive got some beautiful little fish here, plus a guided tour by a five year old who knew her stuff!!! I love it here as a result...Update: they seem to be closed. There are no consistent store hours according to reviews...

This store changed ownership in 2017. Its new name is Mikes Pets. It has a good selection of reptiles and fish. Hours are not the same as the previous store in this shopping center.

Always go there for my beardie needs. One of the cheapest places in town for live crickets and worms. Always very friendly. They had a girl who also did grooming. Got my cockapoo done there. They are currently moving a couple of doors down but ready to get her groomed again when they are set up.

Awesome pet shop great owner. Always willing to stay open a little past their hours to help out a customer.

Sick animals, high prices, and crooked owner. Spend the extra gas, and go somewhere else. Not worth the time or frustration.

Cichlids are much cheaper than other stores and I got extra discount plus a small bag of flakes! What a treat! Another thing to be thankful for thanksgiving...
