Great place! Staff are so patient and when there aren’t any lines they let the kids go on the rides again and again with a smile. The soft play area provides hours of entertainment. We stayed 4 hours and could’ve been even longer... food is also great and not expensive. All in all best place to spend a boiling afternoon indoors! Thank you!

I came here with children ages 2-7 they all had hours of unlimited fun, staff is very nice and accommodating, for example if the lines are empty and your child wants to ride the roller coaster or train again and again they will let them on as long as they want. Place has lots of soft play, balls that kids love, special safe closed in area for little kids with toys for their age. 3 larger rides, lots of arcades, also has a beam play area with games projecting on the floor.

Great place for the little ones to play. Especially during the week when it’s super empty. Only negative I would say is that they need to clean the rides more than they do. Found a lot of trash inside the tube area.

No pricing transparency. I came in knowing (based on the posted pricing) that it will be a total of $28 ended up charging my card for $65.

I enjoyed going here with my 4 and 5 year old girls. It was clean and fun. We went on a weekday around 1pm. We were able to leave and eat dinner and then come back. There is a soft play area with a ball put mazes, and slides. There are 3 rides, and an arcade area. Teh games are expensive. 1 to 4 tokens per game and each token is 25 cents. You get tickets and can redeem them for prizes. There is also food served, but we did not eat there.

Our kids love this place, lots of rides and fun. Pizza was great and friendly staff.

My grandson had fun but I was concerned about the safe play area-there are metal plates on floor that are not secure and pose as hazard. The train ride was not working- it was unplugged and electrical outlets are exposed. This area needs some paying attention to since it is for the babies and toddlers

The staff is very friendly and polite. The kids had a very good time. The place has a fabulous large toddler area (4 years and under) thats fenced in, with a nice sitting area for adults. There are lots of babies toys, and ample room to run around.The bathrooms should be cleaned more often, and the toddler area could be cleaner.The rides were great, and the merry-go-round-blue-and-white ride is big enough for an adult to sit in holding a 3 yr old child.The arcades are fun, but cost extra. The jungle gym has a lot of extras and lots of fun.Overall a great experience, missing one star because bathrooms, arent the cleanest. Please consider getting seat covers, and liners for the changing area. There is only a hand dryer, so no paper towels to line the changer.Basically, the bathroom is not an area I would recommend going in with no shoes.

Don’t recommend. Ridiculously overpriced. They went up tremendously in price and did not update it on their phone system and are not honoring it. When arrived all customers were agitated about this and the sales girl was not understanding.

Turtle boo is the best place for kids to come and play!!! I took all 4 of my kids here and they loved it ! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There are so many options for your kids to do. There’s arcade games,3 rides, a really big jungle gym with slides, they have virtual games and even a toddler area where your little ones can play!! Its probably the most cleanest kids entertainment center I’ve ever been to! I also had my daughters birthday party 1 week ago and I’m so happy with how it went! Joseline a very friendly staff helped make my party so amazing ! I am definitely coming back for my other kids birthday!

My family travelled from NJ to try Turtle Boo based on the reviews. I have a feeling the reviews were not 100% honest. If you decide to give this place a try, you’ll see what I mean. Let me explain. The place itself would have gotten at least 4 stars based on the price point and the fact that it offered carnival-like rides, a padded play-place with slides, and kid-friendly food. Unfortunately, these great qualities were overshadowed by the fact that the location left much to be desired. The atmosphere and overall experience was lacking. There’s a weird smell in that mall. Most of the crowds/people that were there were rude, inconsiderate, or just plain unfriendly. Families came in packs and kids were not well supervised. People didn’t clean after themselves. The poor staff cleaned the same 6 tables over and over. No matter how much they cleaned, people (adults and children) purposely kept throwing their garbage on the floor or leaving their trash on the tables. The food was Kosher so maybe that explains how tasteless the pizza was? As a mom, I didn’t like how the place made us feel. My family felt like we didn’t belong. This place caters to a specific demographic. It’s not for everyone. The owners and staff were nice enough and the place tries to be inclusive, but fell short.

My kids ages 10, 9, and 8 had a good time here. We did the Groupon, which means they get to use the soft play and each child gets to go on 2 rides. My kids had fun for an hour and then they were ready to leave.They also have kosher pizza, fries, popcorn, cotton candy, drinks, coffee..... And more.The wait time for food though takes a while. Theres only 1 person at The food counter.

Closed down due to a fire. We went down without knowing just to find out that it has been closed down by fire department (temporarily). They couldnt even bother to post this on their website to notify the people?! What a waste of time! I asked around and was told that it has been closed down for months now.

Turtle boo is an amazing place. My kids drive me bananas every Sunday to come back to turtle boo. Great fun for all ages, spotless clean environment, courteous nice staff always ready to help with a smile. In conclusion, my wife and I are really impressed with this place and our kids love it. Also, the pizza is great as well.

This place is amazing! We were planning a birthday party for our son and heard about TurtleBoo. We sent them a quote request via email and they took it from there. That was the only thing we needed to do for this party. The staff were amazing from that first phone call after i sent the email all through till the end of the party. Needless to say the kids had a great time at a great price, with the friendliest service. The food was amazing!! I would highly recommend this place for any party you need. Thank you again for giving my kids a great time.

After the new arcade machines came in and they switched to the game card system, it became an even more fun place to be. It just keeps getting better and better!No wonder so many people book this place.The parties are phenomenal. Booking the whole place makes the experience even much more worthwhile from your entourage.You’ll be surprised people actually drive not just from NYC, Long Island & NJ, but even from PA, CT & MA!Keep it coming!

So impressed with this place! We had a birthday party for the kids the other day and they all had so much fun. Besides for the great games, rides and jungle gym which every age enjoyed the party room had these fabulous disco lights where the kids got to dance and have a blast! The party decor was perfect, the food was great and the service alongside it was phenomenal. There was always staff around assisting the kids and making sure everyone was happy and had what they needed. The adults really got to sit back and enjoy knowing the kids were happy.I really recommend this place for Just a fun day for the kids and for special occasions like birthday partys- you WONT be disappointed!

Amazing place first time here with my just about 5 year old the price is great the environment clean and friendly food prices are a little steep but thats with any place like this Ive been here for approximately 4 hours now and like it dont want to leave so good job thank you and I will be back again

This place is just amazing.My kids loved it and had so much fun with the Virtual games and the Jungle it’s big and a lot of fun to crawl around with some very interesting activities inside. Also there’s a dedicated place for babys to play. There’s lots of others games we didn’t play because it’s not really cheap.I had one disappointment and that was with the restaurant. I took very long to get our order, the table wasn’t cleaned and also there’s so little things to order.One more thing I would suggest they should re-think their price bundles, it’s not cheap.

Seems like is not a kosher place anymore! Shame its open season...it was nice while it lasted!!! I was thinking of bringing my granddaughter but things have changed according to the images.Not the same kosher place it was at the beginning hosting frum families.Not pleased with the change.I liked the fact that is was a place where kids were in a safe kosher environment now its open admission to whom ever pays.Shame!

This place is the perfect choice for treating your kids!Great slides and tunnels station.Great indoor rides for no extra fee, no lines, and the kids can go as many times as they want!Lots of arcade games!They also have a projector gaming room where the kids can run around and pop balloons and stuff. (boy did my child love it...)The staff was very kind.Kids had a blast!Definitely going to come here again and again!I highly recommend for anyone with kids of age 2-12 in the 30 mile radius to come check it out here.

Thank you for the most fabulous birthday party a kid can ask for. Everything is well planned by the staff and taken care of. From the food, to the decor and disco lights. The staff was attentive to all our needs and constantly making sure everything was ok. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The kids enjoyed every minute of it.As for the play area, the kids were entertained for hours and always begging to go back. They enjoy the rides and the soft play. Most amazing place for children!

We threw a surprise birthday party for my 7 year old daughter at Turtle boo on one of the most bussiest days of the year. The staff was so calm and patient even though it was clearly a very overwhelming crowd. They provided a designated party staff member to serve and make sure all the kids where comfortable and having a nice time. Overall fantastic experience... I have no doubt the memories we made there will be remembered by my daughter forever!

The birthday party’s here are amazing. They were so polite, and they catering was astonishing. I’de choose this over Chuckee cheese anytime. I had a splendid time there. From the staff to the food everything... was amazing.

I used to like to take my 2 kids to this place and we usually used a groupon voucher for admission without any issues. Last time we went they said the groupon is only good for the soft play area and not for the rides and they asked for $8.50 per kid for an upgrade. Absolutely cheap and wily gimmick to get you to go there and use your unwillingness to disappoint your kids to cough up more money.Sorry Mr. Purple Turtle, youre not getting any more business from me again.

Was there 07/29 The restaurant in this place is a complete rundown!! I was there on a Sunday and wanted to order some food, no options only pizza + fries! When they gave me the pizza after 15 min it looked like a peice of pizza that went through a horrible war!! pizza rewarmed for the 2nd time, they buy it somewhere else!! And then she says that she needs to go get the fries from somewhere Wich will take a additional 15-20 min and I was hungry so I told the front that I dont need the order, So Jasolin a very nice employee told me that the manager will refund me!!As of today I called 12 times during this period of time and they said call back another time! Once they said that they have refunded my order and it was bogus!!! Stay away!!!The place is good but is also kind of smalland the office works like a chicken factory!!! Everyone opens there own rules and policies so they have a easier time!! If you go there bring your own food!!!!

We made a birthday party at TurtleBoo for our 5 year old and they where very accommodating with all our extra needs! they really treated us customers with royalty!!!!

TERRIBLE experience. We got there on a Wednesday at 11am (opening time). So many issues. 1. People drive like lunatics. Taxis waiting outside honking their horns people reversing without looking, speeding and people outside the building asking for money. 2. This place is advertised for small toddlers - this place is NOT APPROPRIATE for kids under 5. I brought 2, 3 year olds and a 1.5 year old. One the price is outrageous because these kids were told they could ride the rides, however, the rides aren’t age appropriate - go wayyy too fast. So therefore the only thing my children could do for the $17 fee of admission was to climb on the jungle gym. I went in as well because of my 1.5 year old. Glad I did because there was dried blood and food crumbs and streaks all over it. I immediately made them get out of the jungle gym. So therefore to the only thing left was the arcade games. But the catch is - that’s not included in the outrageous admission fee - so we paid MORE MONEY to play arcade games that are not geared towards toddlers as it’s been advertised. They can’t reach any of the games they’re not meant for young kids to play. It was a disaster. I won’t bring my kids back there- even when they are age appropriate. Disgusting inside - disgusting outside. If someone told me it was free admission and they’d actually pay us to go I WOULDNT GO. STAY AWAY.

My kids had fun in a spacious enclosed play area with plenty to keep them happily occupied, while I got to relax in comfortable sitting lounge. Cant wait for the eatery to open so I can get dinner done too!
