Great place. My mother in law retired here snd she enjoys her new life in the park.
Quaint. Quiet. Clean. B and B available. Pull thru for big RV Or travel trailer. Natural springs pool is a bonus
Worked for three yes and would like people to know that the spring fead pool has three to four water moccasin snakes per week
First time staying here and we love it. The park is quiet and friendly. The park is probably the first one weve stayed where the facilities and grounds are highly maintained!! We will definitely stay here again when we in Brooksville.
Made reservation less than 24 hours later forced to cancel. Our stay over a month away.no tow vehicle engine blown. Charging me $75.00Next day, so now you no the kind of place it is. Never again. NOT A CAMPGROUND.
Love the people here. Very welcoming. Good location.
Wonderfull senior park, very nice homes, amenities, and very well kept park only 17mis from tampa fl...
Great people here! The spring fed pool is so relaxing! Will be returning soon!
More of a living space, it was quite but it served the purpose.
Live there 8 months out of the year! Love it! Great park; great people!
I have been here eight seasons and it only gets better. alot of new faces and changes in management as well keeps this park on its toes. the manager and assistant manager as well as maint. staff are always willing to help and are very fair and do issues go unresolved. great job by all and a very nice park and nice location.
This is a great Park! I make it my winter home. The park is Under New Management and they are doing wonderous things for our little community. The residents of the park are very close-knit and very friendly. The spring-fed swimming pool is now very well maintained and is very refreshing in the bright Florida Sun. There are many activities in the clubhouse to partake in should one wish to socialize. I love Holiday Springs.
My daughter lives there. It is a quiet and clean place.
Beautiful place! They are so helpful would definitely reserve here for a longer stay
Was thinking of purchasing in this resort. Jennifer the manager took her time to show me around the resort. She showed me a few a homes in my price. She was very kind & patient with all my questions. My only deterrent was my dog she is larger than the allowed 20 lbs..
I love this place its out of this world
Great natural spring in the park. Very relaxing and so soothing to the soul.
Nice 55+ park.
I came to see the natural spring fed pool. Gorgeous. Id stay just for that.
Very clean and organized.
Love Jennifer & Rose Very Helpful ! Love the Park Very Clean People are Friendly
So friendlyLots of activity
Nice location with a spring fed swimming pool..has a hall for activities.. Population lite during the Summer and more active when snow birds arrive during the winter months...Most owners own the mobile home and pay for the land use... there are sites vacant for visiting RV use....PS My home is adjacent to this property...
This RV park is run poorly. The highway noises will keep you awake at night. The natural ‘pool’ has snakes in it, not for swimming. I had a fifth wheel parked at Holiday Springs. It was a very strange experience. There is a girl in the office who is loud and makes inappropriate commits. She told one of the lady’s who lived there she was a pain in her butt... haha.. but the lady wasn’t laughing. One of the lady’s I met in the laundry room expressed to me how unhappy she was living there. She told me the equipment in the laundry is always broke and they have raised her lot rent every year for the past 3 years. The last raise being 60$ a month! I had a friend thinking about moving to this park. Glad we found out before he made a BIG mistake. Chris the Avon lady was very sweet.
Nice and clean resort
Used to live there. It still looks beautiful!
Very special place we call home, friendly people, stay year round or pull into the many camper set ups. Natural spring fed pool, six acre lake is almost like an aquarium with fish turtles and an occasional small gator or two. Love this place
Completely beautiful I wish I was there right now. 1000 stars
Just called to verify the semi - retirement 55+ age requirement...it is strict! My husband and I are both retired military and are not 55. Too bad for this community, it sounded like a nice place to stay...maybe they will loosen up on their age restrictions and get some more fun and interesting retired people in the park.
Beautifully landscaped, clean quiet rv resort for 55+ guests, has large lake, nature trail, and natural springs swimming pool
Rv spots extremely narrow. Was directed in so that all my hookups were on wrong side. Water didnt work. Told park next morning as I was leaving (1 night quick stop), offered nothing to me. Dryer broke but not labelled. Reported, did not offer my money back. Staff was friendly when booking. Park was quiet amd clean.
Amazing natural spring fed pool, acres of lake and nature trails, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, friendly onsite staff, free WI-FI. Great place to park an RV and stay a month or 10!
It was a nice park, the cost of lot fee was out of budget.
Beautiful and the people are amazing. ...So we decided to buy and make this our home base.
Love this place
Not helpful, inexperienced at customer service. At best 1/2 star.
Excellent customer service, rose is so nice and helpful, property looks very nice as well
If you have other options use them. The park is clean, the pool is a pond that is not very well maintained with mostly grassy bottom with turtles, fish and potentially other uninvited guests. The permanent homes or trailers are closely packed in and many are in needed of updating and cleaning. Management can and often is short, rude and abrupt. Social activities are minimal. Only a small shuffleboard group. No horseshoes, bocce, hot tub are available. Bingo night maxs out at about 15 players and pots are small. As with anything you get what you pay for as the monthly lot lease is only $320.00 a month. If you check around you will find better parks, perks and locations for less than a $100.00 a month more. Look around before you buy and if your visiting for a brief time, make it only a brief time. Wi fi is terribly slow and unsecured.Glad mine time there was short, unfortunately it was not sweet either.
Clean park, but old, pool is a joke, Beverly Hillbillies would love their cement pond
We called to make a reservation and were told we dont take your type because our RV is a Roadtrek Sprinter Class B. Nowhere on their website is this stated and the 2 different women we spoke to spoke very rudely. If they are trying to keep the riffraff out they should state that clearly although I dont think a Roadtrek $100,000 RV meets that description. They have a right to make their own rules but rudeness is not necessary and they should explain their restrictions on their website so that Class B RVs can take their business elsewhere.
Both parents and Aunt lived there. They loved it.
The propane is not very accommodating
Sites close together, hookups are between sites so you will need long electric and water or poo hose. Its more like a live in park than camping.
Very nice place. Very friendly.
Thanks Rich and Sue. Nice freindly clean place
Great craft fair
Great prices and lots of camping space
Not very clean
,sales there
It was ok
Has a variety of stores, plenty of parking

I am a permanent resident
Very nice

Love it
Small RV Park lots are rather cramped but the people are terrific!!!!
Very clean, well kept, but $$$$
Awesome place good people
It was like going to a camper show to close together
Great food!
Great park, clean and friendly.
My fav place
Had an enjoyable meeting in the club house
Great people
Peaceful,embraces natural surroundings
The park is okay, many sites in the back get flooded, I was going to stay there three months but left after one month because I thought $600 a month was too much for a site that was under water in a hard rain, I asked about another site but the owners kept putting me off, they didnt seem to want my business so I left.
