QUALITY, EASY, AFFORDABLE!!!!I called a week before my wedding and talked with Kathy who was very helpful, knowledgeable and recommended the 1:1 JAG Port-A-Lisa Cottage. For 100 guests, this 1:1 restroom was above and beyond what we expected and we heard nothing but praises from everyone who used it. My husband was there when it was delivered and picked up and he said everything was prompt, easy and went smoothly. I would highly recommend Imperial Restrooms INC for all outdoor restroom needs and will use them again in the future.

Awesome Experience. My wife called and ordered a JAG Port-A-Lisa Cottage one week before our outdoor wedding at a home establishment. The guy who delivered the trailer was Jonny on the Spot - on time, hooked everything up, double checked to make sure everything was working correctly and that the trailer was on level ground. The restrooms were clean, smelled good and were far above my initial expectations. I would highly recommend using this company and restroom trailers for any outdoor event.

I used Imperial Restrooms for my wedding this past March. I ordered a bathroom trailer for guests to use at my outdoor ceremony and reception. We had the PLATINUM COMFORT ELITE III trailer.Great customer service, easy to work with. Delivery guys set up the trailer quickly and provided a run down of the men and womens rooms.The interior of the trailer was awesome, spacious stalls, beautiful sinks, full mirrors, TVs and a radio. They provided toilet paper, soap and paper towels (although we did buy extra just in case).

The showers we paid for were not the ones that were delivered. The delivery company had no idea how to set it up. Never had hot water because the hoses all leaked. When called about it nothing was done. Was charged double then what was listed on contract. It’s very sad when you have to have a lawyer read all your contracts so you don’t get ripped off. This is not a trust worthy company.

We got ripped off by this company... its sad that they would do that to people. Delivered a day late and picked it up a week later and then charged us for that?DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!Edit: This company is not good, it is not spam. Is the truth.

The first time I saw this company’s restroom trailers was at a benefit I attended in NYC’s Central Park. They were spotless and truly luxurious, with granite countertops and real wooden doors and floors. Saw them again a few months later being placed on an exclusive inlet north of Miami, then at a Beyoncé concert in Philly, then at the Strawberry Festival,and once again in Fort Meyers as an emergency relief aid for victims of Hurricane Irma. I thought to myself that this company had to be excellent because I kept seeing them all over the place, lol!! I decided to try them out for my daughter’s wedding and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous, responsible, punctual, and extremely helpful to me with all of my needs. The price was very affordable and really fit my budget. The trailer was extremely clean and well maintained. They offered me an on-site attendant to maintain the bathrooms clean and well stocked, and since I had so many other things to oversee I jumped at the opportunity! It was a very small price to pay for taking that weight off of my shoulders. I truly had the chance to enjoy everything! All I had to supply was a garden hose and an electrical outlet, and they took care of everything else! They rent generators as well, but we have one so it wasn’t necessary.I definitely recommend Imperial!!! My sincere thanks to Ed and Kathy for your outstanding help, and for your impeccable trailer! I’ll probably see you guys more in the near future, you guys are everywhere! (I posted some pics, the large trailer was the one I saw in Central Park, the smaller one was the one I rented for my daughter.)

To The Public. One person (potentially one of our competitors) wrote 4 bad reviews in 1 day to try and undermine our fair company. Imperial Restrooms has been in business for over a decade with 100% Customer Satisfaction. Our pricing is fair and we provide high end, luxury mobile restroom trailer rentals, shower trailers, porta potty rentals and bathroom/shower trailer combo units. Never once have we had a complaint about the condition of our meticulously maintained units which are primarily used for weddings, family reunions, fairs, festivals, etc. It truly is sad that someone would try to hurt our family business since we have quite literally thousands of happy customers. We urge the person/people responsible for this slander to remove the false claims as our attorney is working with Google to look up the IP Addresses for the laptops/phones to subpoena complete phone records and summon the owner to court to examine these records. We will be seeking monetary damages based on our annual revenue, advertising budget and Treble damages caused by this malicious and tortious behavior. My advice is to remove all 4 negative reviews within 5 days of this post.
