We recently toured this village and several of the homes for sale. A huge thank-you to Karen the many hours (even on Sunday) she spent showing us the properties and explaining the process. Windward Village has a lot to offer and the over all experience was positive. Windward village was well kept, clean, with a very warm and friendly environment. We were impressed with all that Windward Village had to offer. When the time is right for a move to Florida, Windward Village will be at the top of our list for a retirement home and community. Thank-you again Karen for our wonderful tour.

Have lived here for 7 years. Love it here, but there are some rules. I am pretty sure that the rules help keep this place a lovely community. Management does work with the residents to keep this park looking so nice.

Ive seen the manager bully several residents in the park. My own experience has been good but Id like to see managementstop bullying people.

I live here now. I cant wait to move! Not worth the price, and the manager of the park is a bully. This is most definitely not a community you want to live in. Run as fast as you can!In response; you cant make it up. Unless you leave, and we get some decent owners. Have you noticed how many people are leaving? Its mostly because of you. That and the fact that you raise lot rent $20.00 or more every year. Youre pushing people out! There are more houses for sale here now than Ive ever seen and its going to get worse. Get a clue. The only person that works here right now worth anything is the maintenance man.And for the record this response is the same one you use for everyone who is unhappy. But we never get a call.

I live here now, also. I agree that the manager is a bully. I moved here on short notice. That was my mistake. Do NOT believe anything she says. Find somewhere else!

It is a beautiful modular home park for 55 and older. We were looking at a home to buy there. It has beautiful pond and streams around it. Price is better than our nearby park. We didnt buy but liked the place a lot. Definitely worth a look.

Moved here 4 yrs ago when i sold my house and had to be out by Christmas. Did not plan to stay. Yes we had a couple bad not friendly Managers. BUT Last year we got a great Lady. She has improved the park and is still going at it. Great park helpers also. Cant tell you to move here. That would be your choice. BUT I am at this time in my life not leaving. UNLESS Karen becomes an old hag. HE HE. Hoping to get some of my Family to move here.
