I love it, I go this morning with my husband and kids and it was amazing! The staff in the trampoline area in the morning today was amazing very loving and patient with the kids! I hope to see him soon!
What a happy surprise this place is! Grandma and I were looking for a fun activity for our 5 year old granddaughter. This place was 100% activity for her. She was moving nonstop for hours. The trampolines are arranged cleverly so that one can effortlessly move from one feature to another. The staff is attentive and friendly. And all the features are clean and well maintained. The guests were all ages having a good time. I will talk it up to anybody with a kid or who act like kids. Great place!
It could have a few more activities. Other trampoline parks in the area offer a bit more to do. That being said price is great if you go middle of the day during the week.
Our very high energy 3yr old was tuckered out after just an hour of non-stop jumping and playing! We felt like kids again jumping and playing the different games with the trampolines! Absolute fun for the whole family! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. :)
Real awesome place for spring hill. Lots of different areas if u have kids who are you ger they have a young one areaBrianna up front is super helpfulIf your child is shy u may want to stay with them i am close because on weekend such a mixed bag some of the older kids dont realize what a little one is doing. We will be back my son loves itWebsite wont let m post pics
Went with my boyfriend and my son. We all jumped, it was a lot of fun. Seems to be a major teen hang out, which is good because we needed something like that around here.
Went for a kid’s birthday party and it was so much fun!!! Finally an indoor place in Spring Hill to take the kids. It was very clean and lots of areas to jump around in. A little pricey for the time allotted, but still had a really great time.
Beware. I bookwd a Party for 9/12. Before booking I asked all the right questions. Edited for comment from the company-Did you really read what I said? Placing banners on the WALL will not effect your safety nets! And further more when the employees asks “have you ever been here before” and we say NO, why Not POINT OUT the banners!! We don’t walk around looking at the ceiling. Duh! We never seen them. Only got told “this is kiddy zone” no one pointed out the banners at all! I said how are you supposed to know that? He didn’t answer. A simple point to the ceiling at the banner would have answered! I started looking around. My eyes went straight to the wall! Where you would think that information would be visible! There wasn’t ONE, NOT ONE adult in the performance zone. Not one employee made the little kids move away from there. Check Saturday’s cameras 11/14/2020.I’m not just saying this stuff. It’s true. We were there. And it was so not in control that it was uncomfortable to be there. And we found it very hard to enjoy the 1.5 hours we paid for!Couldn’t jump into the pit, because little kids LAYED in it and WOULDN’T GET OUT!How is that fair to other paying guest?? It’s NOT!We had kids coming onto the trampoline that had the wall game. Where it’s supposed to only be the two people paying the game!! This tiny little two year old (idk where to parents were at all) came over and got onto the trampoline while we played. He got bounced off. Not one employee grabbed him and found the parent. No one cared. Obviously not even that babies parent. As I said before the speaker sounds busted! Can’t make out one word!!! All 6 of us had no idea what she said! Your response tells me these problems won’t be fixed. So we won’t be returning for sure.Of course different parks are different sizes. Only stating this one seems pretty darn small for the city it’s in. Smh. Can’t have fun here if the rules aren’t enforced for everyone, instead of a few. Also we watched the employ turn up the turning bars up while little kids were in there and they were taken blows to the face pretty hard. Flipping them to the ground. They may sign wavers but that thing can be dangerous the way they operate it.And no one enforces the one person per trampoline. I had numerous kids try jumping in the same square as me and all we came with. Like I said it wasn’t fun when we were the ones that seemed to get bossed around. We look to the employees to tell these kids to get out the pit or don’t double jump. And they don’t bat a eye! But if you go to the “kiddy zone” be prepared to get jumped!Original comment-Not a huge fan of this place. It was our first time going. They did not point out the banner at the ceiling. We were in the kid zone and didn’t know it because there was a obstacle course right there and of course everyone wanted to try it.They enforce the kiddy zone but not the performance zone where it said kids under 10 must have adult supervision. There were tons of very young kids in this area. And they had THAT sign low where you could actually see it! Unlike the banners at the ceiling line. Until it’s pointed out. I’m not paying attention to the ceiling. Put the banner on the wall lower where it can be seen. Also the area you jump into the pit had kids laying there and not getting out so others cant jump in. Or you might knock a kid out. No one was manning that zone at all. Seemed there were young kids running everywhere with no manners at all. No care they could be double bounced and injured. No one is telling them one person per trampoline like it should be. (As it is at other parks)This place is rather small. It’s about half the size as the one in Ocala. We won’t be returning to this one.The only area that was pretty fun was the performance zone. The trampoline there allows you jump higher. Although there should be rules or instructions for jumping off that wall. I seen a few jump off and collapsed into the trampoline.Oh and when they talk over the speaker, no IDEA WHAT SHE SAID EITHER TIME!We ended up figuring out that it was time up for certain people. We just kept our own time.
Fun for all ages. We took our one year old was nervous at first but loved it after a few minutes. It is very big and there is a lot to do. Its a little pricey but its to be expected.
Definitely a fun place to go but my biggest complaint was how the employees literally FOLLOW you everywhere. Its kinda creepy. It would be better if there was someone in every area that just stayed there but when me and my kids are going around and the same employees are following us everywhere it made me uncomfortable. We werent doing anything crazy to make them need to keep a eye on us and it made me uncomfortable.
Outstanding as always! Lots of fun. Good clean fun.
Kids had a blast! Very clean and all around fun place
I took my 5 & 2 year old here on 8/19/20 for a one hour jump session. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. The set up is great and much more than I expected. I noticed they had music playing pretty loud but didn’t think much of it. I was with my 5 year old old son in the back by the dodgeball area when we sat down for a break under one of the speakers. Right away I knew the song Bodak Yellow by Cardi B “Money Moves”. I’ve heard the song before and this was the original version. The F word amongst most other cuss words used in this song are no where near appropriate for this kind of setting. A group that was in the dodge ball area noticed the profanity and was shocked. The next song was by Nelly, same uncut lyrics. I’m not one to leave reviews but this was pretty disappointing. I’m sure I’ll get some generated response in regards to this review. I have video footage While we were jumping of all the profanity. There were maybe 15 people in there at the time we were there. I’d say 10 were under 8.... sad
You guys should change the pricing on your website and FB page. Went to your establishment with 2 little ones and boy were they excited. Since the pricing was so off on your website, a $20 outing for an hour for me and my 2 little ones, turned into $60 ($15/per person, yes including the toddlers, plus a ridiculous price for socks) after explaining the situation to the front desk employee, they clearly did not care one bit. I planned my littles ones day based on your promotions and advertisements. And now I couldnt tell 2 little ones that the price got out of hand, since they dont understand that. So sadly we wont be returning.
Clean, spacious, lots of fun! Great staff
We had a birthday party there. One of the extra kids had to pay full price instead of the 19 dollars for the extra kid.
It was an amazing place, we had so much fun as a family. Just nonstop fun and laughter
The manager and employees were awesome. We brought people from out of town and made it a awesome experience.
3 stars bc our area Really needed something like this but the prices are completely inaccurate. They advertised toddler and adult pricing and they do not honor it when you get there so everyone regardless of age has to pay full price. A little frustrating since parents of toddlers dont get a full experience. Also no running, sitting on the trampolines or jumping with your toddler in kid zone..... Wouldve been 5 stars otherwise.
It is very cheap and you should get a membership for$10 a month
So much fun
My grandkids had a ball
The sounds of it sounds amazing!!!!
Very nice
