Great service! I came in and was immediately helped, staff (Cecilia and Kaitlin) were incredibly knowledgeable about products, very welcoming, and even recommended a few places in town relevant to my interests because I just moved here. Will definitely return.

Went in tonight with my wife & was blown away by how educated their employee Dorothy was! Make sure you go to her for any & all questions, she can answer them in an educated, professional, & super informational manner. She can explain to you what products are worth the money & what you didnt even know you needed.

Dorothy was amazing! My husband and I came in for some toys and as two people of color, it was so cool to see her in all of her melaninated beauty. On top of that, her customer service was spot on. Were trying something new, and while I was eager from the start, he later mentioned how relaxed she made him feel with this exploration. Well definitely be coming back to this location.

Their service is nothing short of 5 stars All employees are very professional and knowledgeable! And thank goodness for antiviral toy cleaner in a time like this! Adam & Eve is the place to go for all quarantine needs!

They don’t have very much lingerie and you can’t really try anything on so that sucks. I understand hygiene but they could place the Protectants they do on swimsuits. I’m not buying something not knowing if it will fit and it be non returnable. Employees were friendly, the policies just suck.

First experience was online, where they said I got a discount, but it wouldn’t give it to me. Wrote them off then, until I was driving buy with wife. Decided to stop in, but needed to use the restroom first. Was informed that they didn’t have a public restroom. “REALLY” where do you go. Had to go to the Denny’s.Ok I can kind of see this if I wasn’t a paying customer. But what would you do if you pulled into get gas and we’re told no restrooms.Guess I won’t be doing business there anymore.So you cater to the public, but the public isn’t welcome. You need to rethink your policies.

I get a no return policy but if its broken when you buy it something should be done about that.

So my bf and I usually shop here once a month or so and I know the staff that works there usually. Well there was this one guy who worked there who goes by wizard who was extremely helpful and always makes me feel comfortable as going into a sex shop is already stressful enough as it is. To be honest, most of the staff is helpful!Well when I was in the other day I asked were wizard was and they said they let him go because of some made up complaints? When I asked what they were about they sounded completely made up and ridiculous as I could never see him saying or doing the things in those complaints and she agreed with me. They let go a perfectly good worker just because management didnt want to investigate or even ask questions?That tells me the management there doesnt care enough to look into stuff like that and doesnt look out for their employees. Since they dont look out for the people they pay, I cant imagine what they say about the customers that come in. I would say go to castle instead as they have both men and women working there when adam and eve fires the only male they had on false complaints. My bf and I will no longer be going here if thats how they treat their staff.

This last week was my first time at Adam and Eve, and I’m typically pretty reserved in these sort of environments, but the staff was so friendly. The clerk, Michael, was very knowledgeable with the product and gave great recommendations.

I went into the store unsure of what I wanted to purchase. Good thing Michael G was there to assist me. He was so nice and accommodating to my needs.

This used to be a 5 star review. But recently I learned about how they treat their employees. It is clear that management doesnt value their team at all, except for a select few. It is an incredibly nepotistic environment from what I have heard from several individuals who used to work there, many of which were unjustly fired after bringing great energy and success to the company. I even read over the other reviews here and found that others have seen the same thing. It is an utter shame.

Angela r helped me find everything i was looking for. She was polite and very professional. Made me feel very comfortable.

I bought a teddy here and I couldnt even fit it past my hips. No smell or nothing like that on it and I put it back in the original box AND bag both of which I still had. Plus the receipt. Now their website says that you can return or exchange items, but the (very rude) lady informed me that the box cant be ripped, the packaging has to be PERFECT, and it has to be within 48 hours. She said I believe I talked to you yesterday and I already told you that... Um, excuse you - but I have never called the Spokane Adam and Eve in my life and I wont be coming here ever again. Thanks for making my mood turn sour. Hope yall had a lovely day!

Management really sucks, so thats why the employees are grumpy when you come in here. If you get a friendly one, its because they havent been screwed over yet. Spend your money at Lovers down the street, even if itll be a few dollars more.
