A very extensive collection and property to visit for free. Loved feeding the trout and the underwater viewing of the huge 15 year-old retired trout. A unique park definitely worth visiting.

Always a favorite stop for our family! Beautiful places, fish food to feed the amazing fish, lots to learn and just a highlight everytime we stop. You wont be disappointed! The food in the bags is a much better deal then the quarter machines.

This was such a beautiful place to visit. Our girls loved feeding the fish and hiking the trails up and around the property. We also loved seeing all of the different fish.

All the ponds are completely drained right now. Looks like theyve been that way for awhile. Was totally disappointed. No explanation on why?

Kids loved it! Parents loved that it was free! Unfortunately the tours were closed (thanks COVID) but we will definitely stop next time!

The kids had a lot of fun learning about the different stages of trout, especially pertinent to mine knowing the local pond is stocked by a hatchery.

The fish hatchery in Spearfish provides a family friendly learning experience and the river with the parks along its banks nearby is beautiful and good for when the weather is toasty!
