First time going and it was awesome. Took our 5 year old grandson and he had so much fun. The new owners are awesome nice and everybody there was very friendly. We went Friday and Saturday and will definitely be going back!

Great owners very friendly had lots of fun. Me and my family go all the time great variety of music.

The rink was bought a month or so ago and is under new management. I dont have any experience with the old owners but the new owners are extremely nice and polite, and they seem to have a passion for skating. The music was great on adult (18+) night, there was some hip hop, pop, and some songs had a bit of a disco type feel. I was really happy they offered an adult night because while family nights are great I worry Im going to run over a child when rinks are too packed. The rink itself was very clean and prices for skates were great too. They even had some fun Halloween decorations up with a fog machine. I will definitely be going back here. Great family environment and fun times!

Skate Palace is incredible. Spartanburg County Sheriffs Department is there to help supervise the kids on Friday nights 7 pm - 11 pm. The music is great. The staff is super nice and the concession stand is reasonably priced. My girls (7 & 16) had an incredible time. We will definitely be going back.

Do not come here if you want to have fun because this ain’t it. Terry the lady owner can not follow simple request acting as simple song request is impossible. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I liked it fine when it was Skatepalace, and so far like it a little better now that its Hot Wheels. I would like it even more if they would start serving hotdogs with chili or even add hamburger pizza. Pepperoni is hard on my stomach.Thank you and God bless yall. It was fun.

Just RUDE AND DONT MIND LETTING BLACK PEOPLES KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WANTED HERE. All they play is country music like it’s okay, it’s okay to play hip hop. No one is going to get hurt. The white lady don’t mind looking at you with a funky look. I give this place a thumbs down!!!

The lady who takes the money is just rude. Every time I comes she doesn’t have a smile on her face. I’m not getting in for free.. IM PAYING HARD WORKING MONEY FOR THIS. Then they play one type of music the whole time.. I don’t even give it one star.

Great family place to go and its safe

The staff was incredibly rude and the music selection wasnt great either. They allowed a lot of disorderly conduct and didnt get on the mic to say anything until someone fell and actually got hurt. Not coming back here

Its a great place for the kids,great atmosphere!I highly recommend this place.

Loved it. My granddaughters school rented it for their 100 days of school. Best experience i have had.

A very enjoyable place, staff was friendly and courteous. Loved it but my children loved it more they didnt want to leave.

Parking was a joke. Exits were blocked no security whatsoever

Girl Scouts from the Boiling Springs and Chesnee areas enjoyed their Back to School Skate party! The girls collected cat and dog food and treats for their Bronze project in which they will be providing care packages to newly adopted pets. Everyone was so helpful at Skate Palace and the pizza was delicious! Thanks for everything. We hope to be back soon.

It was dead when we went but its good. pricey skates to buy but thats ok. gave it 4 stars because the staff wasnt friendly and rushed us out before closing time

My son just had his birthday there this past Saturday. We payed $281 for the private party package and upgraded it. It came with three pizzas, unlimited drinks, skate rental for 25 guests, 25 cotton candy buckets, and I paid $20 for 100 tokens because I didnt know that there were only going to be 6 game machines. I really dont recommend the private party package because its so expensive, but the skating rink was okay. The only complaint I have about the actual skating rink itself is that the rink floor was tapped in certain areas and the floor was very uneven.

Our family loves it. Skating ring is not packed where your kids cant skate. Now food being served unlimited while skating. Best thing my family could do on a good night!

Staff not friendly. Inappropriate songs for a “family night” requested to change and staff made no effort to do so. Will not come back

2 out of 3 of the staff team, were sour patches! I caught them several times talking to the children in a way that I dont approve of and I know that they wouldnt have wanted anyone talking to their child/children in that fashion!! The guy apologized and tried to explain. I respected his attempt and appreciated the fact that he tried to make the childrens visit worthwhile!

Yep. Its everything you remember from your childhood and not much more. Carpet on the floor and walls. Loud music with the intercom announcing all skate and backwards skate. Staff is helpful, food worthy of a skating rink. Its still fun and after many, many years I still remember how to skate and even backwards skate a little. Great for birthday parties.

In years of skating and working at rinks I have never encountered a more rude group of rink staff. The music was dated and inappropriate for the crowd and the staff allowed disorderly activity on the skate floor the entire night.

Always a fun experience. Prices are ok for food but high for toys and gadgets but they are supposed to be skating so it is as personal opinion

They are rude to their customers and they clean up their concesion stand at 9:30 when thy dont close till 11 and they throw your drinks away when u still want them so I do not recommend this place

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They are so unprofessional and rude. And wouldn’t let us in despite saying they’re open online

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible our experience was. First off, the skate palace smells disgusting and the hours aren’t correctly posted to the public, so don’t even bother going. Secondly, the worker lady is obnoxious and rude. She told me we couldn’t come in to skate because she has to leave for another job. maybe find someone who can take care of this job and the customers here.
