Hello!! Because this gym is the closest to us, we chose this one. Time went by, and we saw the unprofessionalism, the front desk is empty. For about 2 weeks, I had questions about my paymnt, and about 2 weeks no one was at the front desk to help. İ didnt really like this. Even if would call their number, who would pick up? Since no one is on the front desk. The only way out would be thru mail. And no one (those who ... İ dont know... Work here??) knows when the front desk will be occupied meaning when the person will come back.

Their fees have been raised sky high in the past couple of years after the original owner Kozeev sold this place to the current owners. They charge over $80 a month for little kids (5-6yr olds) classes for them to sit on the floor and stretch, walk on the beam, do their rolls, and play with hula hoops. There is no progression in their skills at all and a waste of money. The instructor girl shows them one thing, kids do something else and she doesnt correct them, or guide them through and throughly.Also in summer the gym gets too hot in summer (are they saving money off of gymnasts comfort? And thats with high fees) and too cold in winter. How pathetic is that?

This place is awesome! My daughter loves it. Everyone makes you feel welcomed, they want you to succeed, and they manage to have fun while doing it. Coaches are very knowledgeable as well!

Ive been going here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The coaches are all loving and supportive. The other gymnasts and coaches will become your second family.

I went here when it was koseeves world of gymnastics, i love the place, i quit going there bc i felt like it wasnt the same place i had been going to since kindergarten, the coaches are amazing as welk as the equipment, i 20/10 reccomend it

After Kozeev sold this place, it turned into a lame money-sucking machine. Their charges and fees are outrageous. Go to Greenville instead.

I currently work here! This is a very neat and fun oriented facility! All of my students are great, and a joy to teach!

You feel loved as soon as you walk through the door. A great, family atmosphere for your child and the coaches really know their stuff.

My experience at Sparkle city has been amazing. My child loves the classes and coach.

The gym will try to take extra money by charging excessive fees on everything. You are required to volunteer or charged a fee. Competition feee are required, but you never get to see the actual amount charged by the competition. You have to pay a processing fee for competition fees, but there is no option to pay them yourself.

The lady that sits at the desk is so rude and unprofessional. She has no respect or concern for anyone accept getting your money. Very bad experience with her. Customer service is key and when thats the type of encounter you get when walking in the door you will not be getting our children or money!

This gym doesnt have any uneven bars because I am a level 9 gymnast and I need uneven bars
