We had our son’s party here and it was the best ever. All the parents were talking about how great it was. We will be back a lot!

This place is amazing... but PLEASE.... LAY OFF THE WHISTLE!! Id give it 5 stars but some of the refs with whistles let the authority go to their head and sometimes feels like they are CONSTANTLY lurking. They focus more on the parents (time stickers) who accompany young children rather than the older kids causing a ruckus!

Kenny b was super speedy and helpful when it came to my family, friends and myself he was an absolute blast and joy to talk to he had a smile on his face the whole time. 10/10 recommend him to everyone. We will definitely be coming back to visit him!!

Kenny was amazing! He was the cashier. Hentook extra time with us and got us all set for jumping. Then jump staff on the floor was awesome too! What a great way to spend a Friday afternoon

Big Air is a must for everyone! Its a place for your kids and even yourself as an adult to have tons of fun and get plenty of exercise if thats what your aiming for. If you have younger kids its a perfect place for them to burn off some energy and have a fun and memorable time! The staff is extremely helpful and have great upbeat personalities. Orlando Sartor an Employee of Big Air is a person that demonstrates the above. I had a question and he had immediately stopped what he was doing to help me with no hesitation and did it with a smile on his face with an extremely pleasant attitude. He is a person that u can tell actually enjoys his job and has great Customer Service skills. Thank you Orlando for being a 5 star employee in my book! The price is great for every day of the week. Everyday they have some kind of special going on which I think is awesome because anyone can afford to come try Big Air out and have an awesome and fun experience for ALL ages! Thank you for the great time from myself and my family!

We love this place. We went to this one and the one in Greenville. Both are awesome. The flight simulator was epic.

There is so much to do for the price. I was amazed. There is so much more to do than any other trampoline park. Clean and fun.

Went to Cosmic Night. Had a blast. The front line needs to have adult supervision, so when issues come up a quick solution can be reached.

Plenty of space and activities for kids of all ages. But with a pandemic, I found it a little weird that some type of face masks werent required. And I also didnt see workers cleaning as often (or not at all) as they stated on their website.

Most employees, especially Elijah H, Noah S, Rebecca T, and Kenny B. These individuals were plenty helpful and always assisted me with a smile!! I will definitely return to this establishment.

They need to clean and sanitize this place.Im quite sure they make enough money to buy and use cleaning products so kids and adults could have fun in a safe clean place.

We had our sons Birthday Party there. This is the 3 rd time we have used Big Air for parties. This place is great. Our party host was great, he went beyond for us. At the end the Shift manger even walked up to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a party of about 20 and the kids really had a blast. Deep P was the one who ask if everything went well and Celeb was our host. Outstanding and professional both of them. This place has it all to make a party stress free and kids happy.

We had a great time tonight. Our host Mckinzie was was awesome. Great attitude, awesome service. I will definitely be going there again.

Great Birthday Party! The place is amazing! My only complaints are that yall have got to develop a more streamlined check-in process, and the people who are at the front should be working, not chatting. We stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to check in for my sons party, while the were only 2 people actually working. Everyone else seemed to be busy socializing. Also, after paying over $400 for a party, I find it a little insulting to be charged almost $5 for a pitcher of WATER, that was ordered from the concession area. However, our party host Destiny, was wonderful and very attentive!One more thing...it would be wise to send out a confirmation email with ALL details of the party, when you reserve a party, and have an online platform to create a guest list to make check-in run more smoothly. Just a thought.

So for our first time going, I have to say I was EXTREMELY impressed! Staff was extremely helpful upon arrival and was patient with me while I asked questions. Failed to apply the Monday discount and was almost overcharged, but the girl quickly fixed the problem and gave us two free pair of socks due to the mix up, which completely blew me away! She didnt have to do that but did anyway which was extremely impressive! Since we had two small children with us, 5 and 6, we were worried about them not being able to do certain things or having problems doing some of the attractions, which again proved NOT to be the case! The staff and other children who were playing were extremely helpful and friendly with assisting our kids and didnt have a problem with me helping them myself even though I wasnt a paying customer! Didnt utilize the snack bar, although I took notice of the prices listed and the are about average with other family amusement centers (except for the pizza which we thought to be extremely expensive...) The amount of attractions there was another plus. There is a lot kids can do and will have fun doing over and over. A lot of the attractions are also geared at getting kids together which I liked as well. I also liked the fact that youre receiving exercise the entire time while having fun at the same time! Overall, I give Big Air 5-stars due to the extreme friendliness of the staff, extreme cleanliness of the place, and quality of fun for the amount of money you will spend. We are glad we found a new place to take the kids every week now!

Couldn’t find the corporate number and called up there to get a refund because I paid for a full hour for the park just for it to be closed 20 minutes early due to kids fighting. The manager said it closed 10 minutes early which it did not and that the staff had it under control which THEY DID NOT. He didn’t even apologize or say anything with remorse. A big crowd of aggressive older kids running around the park, throwing items when I had a child that could have been trampled over and hurt. The cops finally came 20-30 minutes late after all the chaos was over. Apparently this happened last weekend (I did not know until now) they should have security or cops posted up yesterday. I am very disappointed, I would not like to come back I would like a refund.

The staff has been amazing with Covid happening. Two weeks ago we werent a fan of the pizza they sell. So tonight they were happy to accommodate us with something else. They did mention that it was a one time thing. However they were still happy to help. My children love the trampoline park!

My family absolutely Love (with a capital L) this place. Truly so much fun and they beg to come each day. The facility has many great areas for kids to enjoy. Your kids will love it no doubt. The reason I gave 3 stars is because they really, really, need to try harder with customer service. I know, its difficult to make everyone happy BUT lying is absolutely unacceptable! Its so unorganized in regards to rules, fees, snacks, re-fills on drinks and so on. Im sure with more training they can fix these issues. The last issue arose when my child forgot her membership card and asked to have her name looked up at the snack bar. The girl working informed my child that if she doesnt bring her card again she will have to pay for a replacement which will cost $50! Naturally my child freaked out and told me. I went to the snack bar and asked about this rule and she said that shes been told to say that to everyone. I asked her to speak to management about where this is mentioned. The management really became upset and raised her voice, speaking fast and annoyed. I was being very curious only asking for where this states that $50 replacement will have to be purchased in order to replace a lost card. She became so upset and said that its $10 to replace the card and the second offense is $50. I simply asked her to point me to where this information is available. Anyways at that point she became so upset with me and told to look online. I did! Nothing there that states the prices, only says that it will be replaced for a nominal fee. Anyways my sister became upset and told her to stop lying about the fees especially when its nowhere stated. There was another incident where my son was showed and pushed and called all types of vulgar words because he got a kid out in dodgeball. When addressing with management (which there were many onlookers who confirmed my sons story) they did absolutely Nothing! They came up to us and said that those kids had 20 minutes left and we should sit and wait for them to leave. So instead of telling THEM to leave, they told us to wait it out. Again, to prevent any extra drama we decided to leave instead. Lastly, the refills on drinks is always different on costs. One employee will say its free, the other one says, its either .15, .25, .50 cents different each time. Little things here and there are adding up.Again, the facility is amazing and many employees are too! But many of them need serious training. It ruins the mood and day, for both adult and kids.Stay kind, stay nice, and be beautiful.

Love this place. It Is well worth the money. The kids have a great time and get worn out. There are place to sit and watch the kids. The food and drinks are a little expensive. Overall it was a great time for all.

I went here for a birthday party, it a really cool place but staff could not handle the rush. I was in the first line to get in for 30 min add that on top of the party time limit we spent most of the time there. I then tried to get a drink from the snack stand, I never got a drink the line never moved. They had one employee running around doing everything. They need to look into cross training people and express teamwork to there employees. I also never saw a manager or anything to help and organize the staff.

McKinzie T was phenomenal, helpful and very fast in accommodating all of our needs and wants in this chaotic 20 kid bday party! Way to go McKinzie!

Not to bad expensive.. Lots of fun and plenty to keep them busy...be careful with them lockers tho.. The charged me 10$.. 3 for 1 hour and I had to open it a few times within that hour and it charged me 2$ every time I opened it..

First time here and well definitely be coming back. I posted a Google question prior to my visit and it was answered by someone at the facility swiftly. I completed the waiver online and the check-in process was smooth. Lots of places to sit and watch the children. We went at 6pm on Friday and it wasnt super crowded. I can imagine peak hours would be different. Overall a great experience.

Great place to take the kids. Can be a little pricey for an hour, especially if you have several kids. But good healthy fun!

We My husband and daughters ages 5 and 8 LOVE coming to big air in Spartanburg, SC! They staff is always so friendly. We were just there a week ago and 2 guys that work there were helping my girls build a house out of the blocks! We always have the best time when we come! I definitely recommend this place!

Came for toddler time with my sister and nephew. We had a blast! I loved that they had kid friendly music playing and that it wasnt too crowded. My nephew loved it!

Wow! Where to begin! No order! Was invited to a Birthday Party! Start time was 4p.m didnt get party room till 6 p.m & by that time as a grandparent I was ready to leave! The FOOD & DRINKS!!! Were way to EXPENSIVE!!!! quality of food! Poor they only have young adults fixing food inexperience for such a high volume over priced place thats SUPPOSED to be for enjoyment!! A large drink was $5 for a small fry, large drink and order of chicken finger it was $12 now add that plus admission price !!! Hire more ADULTS instead of kids to work in your over priced poor quality & quantity restaurant!!!

My 4 year old LOVES Big Air. So much for kids to see and do. We had her birthday party there and it was so easy.

My daughter and nephews love coming to Big Air to jump because they have the freedom to to jump and if they ever need help the bigger kids are willing to help them out. The employees who watch them keep a close eye on the kids to make sure everyone is safe and that is super helpful. Thank you Big Air for providing a safe place for the kiddos to jump freely, play and be themselves. We will continue to come here for family fun.

Went to my nephews birthday party. Big Air is the perfect place for parties. Pizza, drinks, cotton candy, lots of jumping, dodge ball, basketball goals, jousting, a mechanical bull, and an obstacle course! Lots of fun and most of all lots of laughs and smiles on the kids faces! Plus...It wears the little ones out so theyll pass out on the way home! Woo hoo. They have massage chairs too for mom, dad, grandparents or anyone that wants to relax and chill for a few minutes. The prices arent bad either. Besides, the time you spend with your kids is priceless. Throw on some orange socks mom and dad and jump around. Dont act your age. If your feeling froggy, jump.

We love Big Air. They have so many attractions to play on and the food is really good too. We play there about once a week since we have a membership.

Great spot for kids, but pricey I got 5 kids so it costs me minimum of 70 bucks per hour.

They have the friendliest most exciting staff around this area. You also get the best excerise there. Theres no place better for your whole family. Also have a deal on fountain drinks if you buy a Big Air cup for $5 you can get $1 refills each time u go.

Whenever my grandson is in town he wants to go. He has a great time. Lots of other children there to play basketball. Good exercise.

I paid $78 for my middle school kids to jump. I stayed with them. They were playing dodgeball when an ADULT (probably 20-25 years old) started bullying them. Because my middle school boys stood up for themselves, even though they didnt touch the ADULT, both our party and the ADULT were made to leave. I had only been there 30 minutes. I totally understand their policy that if an altercation occurs that both parties have to leave. What I dont understand is why a 20 something year old ADULT is hanging out there and that it is ok for him to bully kids. I makes me really question allowing my children to play here. I was planning to drop them off but changed my mind when I called and they told me that they didnt have an age limit (too young or too old) for people to jump and they had no way to monitor their doors. That is very sketchy to me and I would be very wary about leaving my child there without an adult. We will definitely NOT be back!!

Worst bday party ever... party was rushed. Had to always search for an employer to help with what was needed. Have my kid gifts to another party. Finally got an employee to go get them from the other party room. Needs to be more attentive to the children and less to each other.

The place is nice, they shouldn’t be open on sunday’s and atleast give a break. Bryce thinks so high of himself and thinks he can kick someone out for stepping on his shoe.

Great place for the kids to burn off steam...but they have a few attractions that sit unused.....your forced to find a teen employee to run the attraction and they really cant be bothered....they should have employees run these things periodically so the kids get to try them out

My kids always have a wonderful time at The Big Air. The place is always clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had birthday parties for our kids there as well and they loved every minute of it.

We celebrated my sons 8th birthday here. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience we had! They took care of everything! I brought cupcakes, table clothes, and a happy birthday sign. Guests dropped off gifts as they signed in. I was prepared to set up 10 mins before, but our server: Kalin Miller had already used my supplies to decorate and set up our party area! She served the pizza, fruit, cotton candy, drinks, and cupcakes! She reminded me of the time, and suggested when we should begin opening gifts. She packed up our extra food, and provided us with a cart to carry everything to the car. Then, she cleaned it all up for us! On top of all of this, the kids LOVED jumping and had a blast!

Great for birthday parties. Tons for kids to play on. Have made numerous upgrades and cool new attractions.

Very big Trampoline park. Has lots of different areas that are fun for any skill level. This park offers a range of jump times that very from free time to toddle time and many more. They have a consession stand to if you get hungry. It is very clean and well organized

Do not pay for a membership online. You will have problems when you try to check in and get your membership card. My first attempt to get a membership card was in the store. The employees at the front desk were not able to complete the membership and said that I should come back later to get it. I went online and completed a membership application and paid for it online. When I got to big air and provided the voucher showing that I had paid the employees at the front desk were still unable to complete the membership and give me a card. again they said that I would have to come back later to get it completed. When I came back later the employees said that they could not find the membership. Finally had to get a manager involved and they had to refund the payment and then re-apply it. It seems that the employees on the front desk need better training. Thank you for finally getting the membership straightened out but it was very frustrating, requiring numerous trips to get a membership that should have been fairly simple to get.

Honestly... They have some of the best equipment and variety around. My only negative is that the last few times weve been for Cosmic Jump, the front staff was really unprofessional. Im all for having fun at your place of employment but 2 employees almost swinging on each other and such is a little much.

I have been here a couple of times with my family. We love it! It is a little bit on the expensive side, but the obstacles are a blast! They have so many different activites you can do that it is completely worth it! They make it very safe as well with workers at all the stations.

I get three stars because when you first enter big are its very confusing and its really a huge cluster they have no signs point to where you need first before you go to purchase your ticket. It should be more organized when you first walk in the door specially if youre a first-time customer. You have to purchase a air trampoline socks I plan on keeping my ngoc to pay $3 every time I go other than that it was actually quite fun and really enjoyed it with my two-year-old nephew. They could keep it cooler in there very hot

Long slow lines and you have to register before going because if you don’t you’ll have to get out of line to do it and they do not offer you to bring ticket to counter when you finish they made us get at the very back of the line and start all over with a long wait. If it wasn’t my babies 3rd birthday we really would have left but I didn’t wanna disappoint my kids. Other than that, kids had a good time!! I don’t know how to reply back to the owner or whoever responded to my review so I’ll just add to my review lol, but Maybe they’re signs outside but we weren’t reading posters I only read the sign telling me I made it to Big Air!!, could you have the person at the door greeting to mention that to the customers as we enter??? I’m sure I’m not the only person who has never been to Big Air and that could help you get a better rate and the customer service as well, just my opinion, but it would have made me have a better experience for sure!!???? Is that possible?? And btw I’m going to give you another star for speedy response!!

This place was tons of fun! The prices are cheaper than most trampoline parks. Thursday and Sunday you pay $45 for 4 people to jump for 1 hour and a large pizzas and soda!

Parties can make it crowded but there is a good bit of space inside so when it is crowded it is still fun!!! Also prices are nice and they are not overpriced!!! Lots of fun, but watch your small kids as they can do stupid things and might get hurt. There is a ring in the back that has a turning knock down arm. I would keep your small kids OUT of this, as it knocks the kids down from their back and has hurt many smaller kids.

Buy a membership if you live locally. Absolute best bang for the buck with actual quality trampolines. (Great for actual gymnasts and flippers)
