Sparks Mobile Home & RV Park

My husband and I lived in our RV for 10 months, residing in the park are some of the kindest people we have ever met, from the park manager Debra to the handyman Greg. They made us feel very welcome treated us like family! I would recommend to anyone looking for an extended or short term stay. The laundry was always kept clean, and everyone had a smile to share, couldnt have asked for a better temporary home!!!

I loved it here. Debra was extremely nice, even when my ex boyfriend was kinda rude to her. I love Sparks and i would come stay here again.

This park is getting a 5 because of the wonderful management. Debbie the manager was always kind, thoughtful and full of advice on local eateries and places to visit. Greg was also very helpful in helping park the RV, general maintenance information and delivering packages. Thank you Debbie and Sparks RV for making our stay so welcoming. We will miss you...The Joynes traveling nurses.

Ive lived here for about 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful and available when needed. The recent improvements are greatly appreciated! The dog run area is a wonderful addition to the park. The laundry area is clean. The location is convenient too, with many local businesses to meet my familys needs.

Nice management but this is mostly a residential park. There are very few RVs. The sites are very close and the park is on the corner of 2 of the busiest streets in Sparks. We didnt have a good nights sleep the 4 weeks we were there.

Nice quiet place to stay in your RV or travel trailer. Short term or long. Quiet time is 8pm to 8am. There is no trouble here that I have seen or heard, just good folks and well behaved pets. Debbie is an awesome manager. Follow the park rules, BE COURTEOUS to your neighbors and you will have a very good experience here.

We have lived here for 6 yrs. And unfortunately I am handicapped .When I first moved here I was a lot more mobile. Today not so much. There is no ramps to the office, laundry room or the mailboxes. So I have to have my teenage daughter do things that I could do myself if there was any ramps. And just more accessible for people with disabilities like me.

Lived here over 2 years. Nothing but good things to say. Alot of great people and a quiet area that everyone respects. There is no other competitor to this park.

Have I been to an RV park I do not like!?! Whats not to love? Debbie and Greg are great, the trailer park had no issues. I do not need extra amenities such as a pool or showers/bathroom. This was a great RV parkThank you guys!

Yes it is an old park right in town. However, it is a fit for now. Everything is pretty much full around here park wise (summer). Lucky to get this spot. Was greeted with a smile very nice& sweet lady. Super helpful on telling me about different stores and such in this area. Park has older and new campers. Very quiet park other than the airplanes landing and leaving. Spots are tight.

This is a great place to live, or stay for a little while. Great management, and staff. Its clean, low cost. Most of the time its very quiet. Lots of friendly people. Everyone watches out for each other here.

Some of the neighbors have been a bit unkind, to say the least. But the manager, the managers family & the maintenance man are such wonderful, kind, helpful people. We are so thankful for this. As for the community here, its much bigger than we expected & the maintenance man does a fantastic job of keeping everything around here clean & in order.

It is clean and quiet. They are in the process of removing older units. Management is very friendly.

Its okay for me to get a ride less worries about be trafficIs comfortable
