Battle Born is how companies in America should be. Awesome customer service with a product thats built to last. Ive had 3 of their batteries in my 5th Wheel for 1 season now and just bought a 4th. They are top notch. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They help you with other companies products to make sure your settings are right. Cant say enough about this company.

The best customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with.After researching battery/electrical options for my van conversion, I contacted Battle Born for a custom bundle with the components (charger, full sine inverter, battery, etc.) to get me on the road full time. Every step of that process went well, including all the support I got for the install.Recently I decided to get a shore power inlet installed and take advantage of 30amp power at campsites and RV Parks. Eric at Battle Born could not have been more knowledgeable, patient, or helpful. He answered all of my (many) questions and followed up with an install manual, wiring diagram, and video tutorial specific to my set up. Even though I’m having the work done professionally, I wanted to understand the process thoroughly.Eric was incredibly generous with his time over multiple calls and emails, to make sure that I had all the information I needed. The excellent customer support I’ve received from Eric and others at Battle Born seems to spring from how positively they feel about the company they work for.I truly feel like the folks at Battle Born have my back, which is such an exceptional thing these days. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Had issues with my BMV 712 that went on for a year. Talked to multiple sources without issues resolved. Contacted Jessie at Battle Born Batteries. He very swiftly and meticulously found the problem that no one else could. Great job Jessie.

I use battle born batteries for several applications...a horse trailer, travel trailer, and a truck camper. While the batteries have lived up to what I had hoped from a lithium battery, I have received some excellent customer service from Jesse in particular. As there are many components in my various systems some are more compatible than others where they may need to be adjusted or configured a little differently. BB customer service has helped me get my systems working reliably and safely while protecting my investment. Its great have a knowledgeable and responsive support.

Bought 3 of the Battle Born 100Ah batteries and the Victron BVM712 Battery Monitor with the 100/50 MPPT Solar Charge Controller for a 5th wheel trailer. Solar for RVs is relatively new and I needed a little help during installation and Jesse Asay from their tech department was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to Jesse and all I can say is WOW about having a off-grid solar system on my 5th wheel.

Talk about customer service! I cant recall ever being so impressed in dealing with a company over the phone. The wait for an actual person was next to nothing. Eric was utterly exceptional, in my experience, speaking with him today. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and so patient with my many questions and needs. We had quite a long call, and not once did I feel rushed or anything. My travel trailer charger/converter is so new info on it isnt readily available; so we called the manufacturer to confirm some details. By the way, the charger/converter tech support employee gave Battle Born props as they follow everything they do and consider them the standard. That sure was impressive to hear. Im fully confident in what we figured out and am very excited to get my order and officially be a part of the Battle Born community. Thank you!

We upgraded our RV batteries to Battle Born Lithium Batteries. In that process we had to reset the inverter settings, battery monitor settings, and charger settings. Cory Hubbell was phenomenal in getting us set up. His attitude was always helpful, positive, and patient. (We arent real tech savvy.) His customer service skills were topnotch. We will continue our business with Battle Born.

This started about 2 1/2 months ago, when I determined I was in need of new house batteries for my RV. A friend suggested I look into the Lithium Ion batteries made by Battle Born. So that is what I set out to do. While traveling and enjoying the winter down south, I introduced myself via email to Aaron, one of two sales associates that I would end up working with. Wanting to educate myself in order to make a decision on what to do, I repeatedly emailed Aaron questions. He was awesome, responding timely, providing the answers to my questions, all the while making me more and more comfortable with the customer service I was receiving, which is very important to me. Fast forward two and half months, back home ready to make my decision.This is where Hunter jumped in, as I finally called in to help facilitate the final steps of this important decision. Just like Aaron, Hunter was great also, friendly, easy to communicate with over the phone, making the purchase of the equipment for the upgrade easy. In my request for a quote, identifying the components I was going to purchase, Hunter came back with a very reasonable offering, making this decision easier than expected.Battle Born has all of the necessary equipment for my upgrade. While yes, I could have gotten a couple of the accessories for a little less, BB provided me incentives to purchase it all through them., which is what I did.Based on the expertise and the customer service provided by both Aaron and Hunter, via email or phone calls, making this decision to upgrade the batteries for my RV was an easy one.I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the all of the equipment and getting prepared for the install.Based on this experience, if you are at a time when your batteries need replacement or just want an upgrade, I strongly recommend a email or call to Battle Born.

Battle born batteries is amazing! Not only do they offer a great quality product, but their service and customer care is superb! We had an issue in the middle of the night and Ronnie was answering our emails at midnight on a holiday weekend. We never expected such a quick response! On top of that he warrantied our battery as quick as he answered emails. I cant rave enough about how great these people and this company is! They saved us. Battleborn Has great customer service. I talked to Jesse this morning and he answered all my questions and was very patient with me, a novice. When I call they usually answer the phone or return my call promptly. I have two of their batteries and so far, great

Technical Support at Battle Born - I recently bought a new Class B RV which came fitted with 6 Firefly batteries. The coach manufacturer hadnt set up the battery charging properly (actually set for AGM!!). Having installed the app for the Victron controller and established a network, I did some research on YouTube and decided I needed more help. Jessie at Battle Born walked me through every setting and now everything is working correctly. This is what customer service should be like and if all companies followed the standard that Jessie provided, the world would be a better place. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was looking for a Lithium battery upgrade for my travel trailer since the original lasted a few months. I research several companies including Amazon sellers. After calling Battleborn Batteries and working with their consultants I realized that they would be getting my money. After receiving the battery I called them to discus proper use and charging for getting the best life out of it. Roni Ventura ext. 114 really took the time to explain the process AFTER the sale. For me that is what makes Battleborn worth the investment. Its a company that values the customers by providing not only a properly engineered product but also a company that takes the time to make sure everything is installed right.

Jesse from Battle Born Batteries has been incredible to work with. Even with the huge increase in business, he always answers my calls, spends as much time on the phone with me as I need, and is very friendly and professional. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for lithium batteries. The product is superior....BUT if something does happen to go wrong, I feel confident that Battle Born will stand behind their product and make things right in a timely manner.

My review about Battle Born batteries is less about technical issues but more about the truly exceptional customer service I received from Aaron B. I called BB to discuss my plan to upgrade the electrical system on my Winnebago Journey. I was put in touch with Aaron who I explained my plan to. Aaron recommended the proper solar charge controller (Victron Energy), battery bank (Battle Born, of course) and battery monitoring product (Victron Energy). He also suggested upgrading my Magnum Energy remote to properly program charge values for the lithium batteries in addition to proper wiring size etc. I put the system together in parts and was able to confirm with Aaron each step of the way to ensure it was put together right. I called Aaron numerous times over the course of the total install and not once did I get the impression I was bothering him but truly interested in making my complete project a success. He was extremely helpful and always willing to answer all my questions. I have to rank my experience with Battle Born Batteries and specifically Aaron as tops in customer service. If it matters to you, it matters to them. Dont go anywhere else.

After many months of searching, watching videos, reading reviews and bargain shopping, I decided to send an email with a couple of questions to Battle Born, and test out that legendary customer service... its real.Brandon not only answered my questions, he pointed out something I had forgotten which could have caused issues down the road. He also pointed towards some great resources to help me research and make decisions on my solar build, and offered to assist any time with future questions.Once I realized that I had found the best customer service in the market (I already knew these are the best LiFePo4 on the market), I asked Brandon to contact me after the weekend (I sent his email twenty minutes before they closed, on a Friday, which is the beginning of the Memorial day Weekend). Ten minutes later my phone was ringing, with a very cheerful and helpful Brandon on the other end. After a few more minutes we had my order placed, and he let me know that my battery was going to be built fresh over the weekend (!!!) and most likely will be shipped the day after the holiday.Im going to update my review here and elsewhere once Ive received and used my battery, but I expect the same stellar performance that virtually everyone else reports. Ive never seen a bad review of their products or service, and so far my experience has aligned with others.Give them a call, send a message, check their site, you wont be disappointed.

The BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They answer the phone every time and will spend as much time as needed talking to me about the battery or related systems. Just wanted to send a Shout out to the Support guys at Battle Born. Called and got Jessie today, I thought they would be closed and Id have to leave a message, but no I got a person! He took some time to explain some stuff along with assisting me to configure my Victron battery Monitor and also gave me some extra pointers that he had found that other people miss when hooking up their systems. Am new to the off grid life, just went for it. I called with questions about their Lithium iron batteries. Have 2 of them. They are performing better than expected but being new I needed help understanding the controller read outs. Hunter answered (working from home) and was so beyond pleasant and knowledgeable I was blown away! Wasn’t a batterie issue but he took the time to walk me through until I understood what I was looking at. As a plus he e-mailed over all sorts of links to double check my settings. Also got a follow up call to make sure I had received the info.Just can’t say enough good things about this company. Will be buying 2 or more again from this company for my “she shop”. Top notch customer service.

Im upgrading to a lithium battery. I did a ton of research, and Battle Born won hands down. Not only do they have the best drop-in replacement LiFePO4 battery on the market, but (not coincidentally), they have the best customer service (especially Jesse Asay). And they offer battery related equipment at great prices and with great tech support. And if they dont know an answer, they will get it from the manufacturer... they wont BS up an answer as many tech support departments do. A well deserved 5 stars.

I purchased 2 batteries and a BMV-712 smart meter. The staff answered all my questions very professionally . They shipped when they said they would ship, and arrived a few days later. Once I had the batteries and meter, I had several subsequent questions. Roni answered them and followed up with wiring schematics that greatly assisted me in the install process. Thanks for the professional and courteous customer support.

Cant say enough about the amazing customer service from Ronnie at Battle Born, we were leaving for a trip in 3 days and the old trailer battery wasnt going to cut it. Ronnie worked with his team to get the battery to me on time and Ill be enjoying a cold refrigerated beer thanks to them.

I do not feel qualified to write a review for BattleBorn.They deserve way better writing than I am able to provide.I bought a set of batteries, inverter and solar controller from them a couple of months ago. The inverter came in with something a miss. We were planning a trip to Alaska but the border was closed. So I asked BB if I could come by and let them have a look ( this was as close to Reno as I ever planned to be).A week or so later we arrived in Reno and BB sent one of their top installers ( KP with Six Gun 12 Volt)out to have a look. He decided it was probably a bad mother board.Here is were the EXCEPTIONAL service came from BB. They told me to come by and they would pay to have KP install a new inverter at no cost to me.Now that is taking care of the customer. They easily could have said drop it off and we will ship it out for repair.I will never look any further than BattleBorn for any of my off grid power needs.It would be nice if I could remember each person’s name but I think I have talked to them all. All of them are the upmost Profesional customer service agents.Quit looking and buy from BattleBorn, you will have no regrets.

Lets face it, most of us are not electricians. So when I had an issue with my Sprinter electrical system ( 200 Amp BB, Victron charge controller and Battery monitor 712) I called the people at Battle Born. More specifically, Kayln! Through a series of screen shots and e-mails she accurately diagnosed the problem and we came up with a solution. ( a reverse wire on the shunt) Huge thanks to Battle Born and Kayln.Bill Lowe

Finally pooled the trigger! After a year of all different configurations with different companies, products, and designs I finally called these guys back and made the order! JESSE was a huge help! I was on the phone for only five minutes and he gave me deal after deal. And he beat my Amazon shopping cart by a few hundred bucks. With this set up and after running through all options possible for my van conversion I couldn’t be happier or more proud of myself haha! Can’t wait to make more Systems with these guys for friends and family! Don’t hesitate to ask questions ask for JESSE HES GOT YOUR BACK!! Update from a few weeks later I finally got the stuff after FedEx lost all of my packages for about a week a few things arrived damaged and it was kind of difficult getting stuff returned and replaced. The sales person Erin wasn’t very good at fixing the problem after telling me he would give me a discount on each battery I purchased or I could pay to return them for my refund. After that dilemma I was very angry with battle born batteries. I decided to keep my second damaged Victron multi plus and move on in life. And then came across the problem that my charge controller was too small for what I needed and was lucky enough to have a good representative named Brandon to help me with that. I still don’t think I got a discount refunded for the damaged batteries though. I was also told that I was getting sent some free swag but never received any. But overall I don’t need more cotton shirts LOL But I definitely think battle park and do a lot better in the assembly line making sure that your $900 batteries and other expensive equipment or not getting dings and dents and scratches of all sorts all over them. After all for paying this much money the stuff should at least look good. For now I have to take two stars off of my five star review and hopefully I’ll be able to bring it back up to a five later after I install everything if it all works well.

Great investment in long lasting energy. I got tired of checking my batteries water levels, discharge level, how many years old are they. This battery is amazing. After researching this for some time, Im very happy to have pulled the trigger. Amazing warranty too. Best bang for my buck!

We bought six batteries for our Class A about four years ago while we were in Reno. We met the managers and employees, had a tour of the facilities, and have even had service while living on BLM land to help with our charging issues (by phone). On our last trip through Reno, last fall, we had Battle Born update the BMS on them. These batteries worked well with our five solar pannels normally getting 100% charge if we had eight hours of pretty direct sunlight. After the update, we are reaching 100% charges within 4 hours! We can now go for a couple days of rain after a full charge without worrying about running the generator. We highly recomend this company for their products and services if you are serious about living off grid.

It’s been 11 days now since I placed a $3000.00 order for marine lithium batteries. I never received any shipping information or confirmations. I’ve never received any form of communications from them since ordering the batteries 11 days ago. I’ve emailed and left 2 voicemails with no return communication. It’s pretty sad that you have to chase a company down to give them $3k, especially since there are so many other lithium battery companies offering this product. I hope this review deters others from using this company, who obviously has major issues with fulfilling orders and customer service. I had planned on dropping another $3k to replace the other 3 batteries in my boat if I liked these so not only are they out my original order, but also an additional $3k + and also all orders my buddies would have placed to upgrade their boats.

I recently installed a large mobile solar system for a friend. We had a few bumps in the road along the way and needed the tech support for an equipment issue. Jesse went above & beyond for us to help resolve our issues. Others like him could take a lesson from the outstanding customer support that he provided! I highly recommend this company for its quality products, and most of all its exceptional customer support!

The original battery they sent was redirected back to them via FedEx and I was like oh no! So I emailed and called them up and they responded quickly that they were resending a new battery next day air. Sure enough, next day I had a battery in time for my wifes birthday to give her a powered kayak. Ill be back and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to switch over from a heavy deep cycle battery to lightweight lithium.
