My family and I had an amazing time from the beginning of our trip the staff was amazing. They made sure our group had everything we need and were fully accommodated. The place had tons of fun activities to try. Everything was super well priced and would recommend this to anyone trying to get some exercise in while still being fun. Will definitely be coming back multiple times.

Brittany was great to help us book our party, she made it so simple. Kenna attended to all 50 of us perfect. The patio was excellent, plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Everyone had a blast jumping and playing too. Thank you Defy!

We went on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. My husband, three year old son and I had never been toa place such as DEFY but it was great. There are a variety of different activities to do, it reminded me a little bit of the courses from American Gladiator and Ninja Warrior. It was pretty busy, but you could hardly tell because of all the space. The prices are amazing, I will say, I was not a fan of hidden cost of “grip sock” that are a requirement, but other than that no complaints. There’s even a Groupon right now that will save you even more money! They have “referees” walking around that are similar to lifeguards at a pool, in case someone where to get hurt. If you want a quick bite to eat there’s also a little cafe like area. They keep everything very clean as wel so there is little to no worry about COVID either. Overall we were very impressed with the staff and the place. We will definitely be going again in the near future.

It was a great experience, we brought 13 boys and a couple adults and the group had a lot of fun. We found a good deal on Groupon so I decided to buy it and try Defy and I am glad that we did. There was many different variations of trampolines with lots of fun to be had!

Great trampoline park with lots of different options for everyone. This one is my kids favorite in the area. Kids ages 6-14 are all moving and enjoying themselves the whole time we are there.

Cool place to relieve some stress and have a blast! Best deal is if you do the $20 monthly special. You can literally jump around for 2 hours every day if you wanted. Different areas/rooms with options to do the aerials, zip line, birthday parties, etc...

Taylor Buice and Ashby Bellows were so kind welcoming! The cafe worker(Taylor) offered some really good food recommendations-I loved the nachos she prepared! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Great place for the kids to have a blast. Affordably priced and lots of exercise, I highly recommend for burning off all that pinned up energy from having to stay indoors due to air quality and school schedules.

Always a great experience for our family. Employees are nice. They do a great job keeping it clean. From hand sanitizer to vacuuming and spraying down the trampolines with disinfectant.

Wonderful first experience at Defy. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was not crowded. My 6 YO has DS and some of these facilities are a sensory overload, but Defy was not hectic, the music was at a fun but not ear-splitting volume and the layout of the play area allowed for her to explore safely without having to worry about collisions

Defy Sparks is so amazing. The staff is super friendly and the place is always super clean. We go once a month for a sensory event that defy does for the special needs community and they are always so accommodating and always take the time to talk to the families and children. We love defy and what they stand for.

Defy is an awesome Trampoline park. Not only has trampolines but lots of foam pits to try out your latest backflip or try some new crazy trick they have a little bit of everything for everyone from ninja warrior obstacles to silk ropeTraining area to a netted Indoor dodge ball trampoline court. And a convenient monthly fee so the kids can go two hours a day and wear themselves out. The fact that it is close to home is just an added bonus! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to come jump or a place for their kids to wear out their energy!!

This place rocks! How exciting not to have to go to an over-priced movie theater for entertainment. Trampolines and soft “foam pits” to fall into are just part of the fun. Plus, the snack bar,music, and decor completes the family-friendly experience. Love the staff, too. They feel like family.

This is a wonderful place to go with your kids. You can have your kids jump on their own or you can jump with them... I highly recommend joining them, it brings the inner kid out of you and you forget about everything else in the world. My kids had a blast and so did I! Well definitely be back for more.

We absolutely love this trampoline adventure park! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they keep the park very clean. We have a 2 year old and she loves all the different trampolines and areas to play. Well worth the monthly membership as it pays for itself after a couple times!

Defy is the best trampoline park in town! Everyone here is so nice and the park is very clean. Very different from the other parks. 100% would recommend to all of my friends.They had a really cool sock collection too!

This place was so awesome! Me and my 2 y/o went and had a blast! We went from 6:30pm-9:00pm on a Tuesday and just about had the place to ourselves! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the best part... 2 years and under go for free! So my 1.5 hrs, and two pairs of jump socks came to $26! The only downfall is were from Carson City so the drive was a bit long, but it was freeway driving the whole way! We might be buying memberships next time!

It is not very clean and masks are not always worn . There is no limit that I could see on how many people can be inside. I was really disappointed.

What a headache to check in on computer. Their system is horrible. Bunch of people In front of computer trying to figure out how to navigate. Going to stick with fly high. Much easier to check in.

Hosted my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was incredible! The kids had a ton of fun and the employees were very helpful! I can’t remember the lady who helped us but she was extremely nice and checking up on us every so often which I loved! I have no negative comments.

I took my grandkids and step son, not from this area so didn’t know what to expect, was very happy, the staff was very nice and the facility was very clean

It cost me $49 to take my 3 young kids for ONE HOUR yesterday. I feel like $49 should buy a little more than 60 minutes of jump time. Then I got scolded like a little school girl by a “referee” because my 2 year old was WITH ME on the “7 and over” trampoline while there was no one else around and no one waiting to jump on the trampoline. With all of that added up, I wasnt very impressed... There is an “Urban” environment in town that is cheaper and allows you to parent your own children without harassment from a 16 year old child who has the job title of “referee”.

Have just starting going this last month. I live out of town and try to find fun things for my kids to do while we are out of town. The staff are always friendly, and my sons always have a great time.

I absolutely love this place. I’m 31 years old and had so much fun. The employees were wonderful, the pricing is fair, and the amenities are great! Love the variety of socks and they were only 3$! I will be going back many more times while I’m in the Reno area!

It was very kid friendly. However, for those of us who are older, don’t want little tiny kids running around us when we are trying to do tricks. My friend did a flip and a kid walked right behind her and she landed on her. The kid was about 5 so...there needs to be better separation for older vs. younger kids. Also, we only stayed for an hour and paid for two hours because we got really bored.

DEFY Sparks is the premier kid friendly indoor trampoline fun center for the whole family place to be. If you haven’t been then you are missing out. The pictures do not do it justice. What a great workout. The staff is very very kind, friendly and professional. It is a bit pricey but it is such a nice place it is worth every penney!!

It is a great facility, it has lots to do. I love it, however rushing birthday parties isnt fun, and 15 per adult is expensive for only an hour. But I would come back either way. Thank you for a fun environment. My daughter didnt want to stop jumping after an hour!

Pretty awesome my 3 year old an I had a blast. A nice rock wall would be a nice addition maybe on one of the back walls with a foam pit. Thanks for an awesome time

Defy is awesome, the employees are really friendly and kind the food is really good.I spend hours their with my friends. if we get hungry we always get a large pizza with french fries and it fills us up.my favorite part is the super trampoline its my favorite! come if you haven`t!

We recently held a BSA Scouting event at DEFY Sparks. The location was very clean and the customer service was excellent. We will return and recommend this location to anyone looking for quality family entertainment!

It was a very fun time for our family. A lot of cool things to do and jump on. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5, is because it was SO hard to find. Google maps couldnt help.

The kids had the best time. They were very friendly and made sure we knew all the rules even before we walked onto the floor. It was fun for everyone.

We LOVED our experience at DEFY. It was a cut above the rest and we were so impressed with the fun atmosphere, the cleanliness and the friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. It also smells amazing there...not like stinky sweaty kids like the other parks.

My kids LOVE this place. We come to jump and have fun at least once a week. It is a brand new place and clean and organized. The staff is very polite and happy to help. I have little ones and they always watch out for them. I have been telling to all my friends to visit this incredible trampoline place. So happy we found it.

My family went to Defy for the first time for my sons birthday. We all had a blast. Much better then other jump places. All the associates were very helpful and continue to keep the facilities clean. Im so glad we decided to try a new place. Now my daughter wants to go to her for her birthday also. We will definitely be back.

We had a great experience here today! It wasn’t crowded because it was the middle of the school day which was nice..Melissa, one of the workers was super nice and active in my three year old’s experience. She was super involved and very fun! I would definitely recommend!

First time going, lots of activities to do, hour definitely goes by quickly. Looking around my group and I can could tell we were one of the oldest people in the building. We tried to make sure the little kids go first- more for their safety if anything-. We noticed the Crew Captain (didn’t catch his name but he was super awesome and very polite) was noticing us letting the younger kids go first and he felt very grateful for that and so he gave us VIP cards for our next visit, and he said he hoped we had fun and hoped we have more fun next time.

I was rushing in panic mode to find a venue for our team. Sarah responded to my inquiry immediately and took action in minutes, she reached out to her husband to see how they could help our local youth. They were absolutely amazing neither of them hesitated to help. They got all the paperwork together for us in a matter of hours and most likely took a loss on our event because of the amount of people we had but they still delivered top notch service. Defy was immaculate, staff were very nice, helpful and brought more benches and tables out to help accommodate for our large party and Jacob checked on all of us continuously throughout the night to ensure we were okay. Seating was very comfortable and easily fit our large group. All the feedback from the kids were positive and each really enjoyed themselves, many of them have already returned to defy once they experienced how much fun it was there. Jacob turned the lights down for all the jumpers and put on disco lights and the atmosphere was phenomenal. This kids had a blast and especially enjoyed the dodgeball section ! Our private event was a success and none of it wouldve been possible without them. Our team is very grateful and will forever support Defy as they strongly support their local youth. We love you guys and truly cant thank you enough. We strongly recommend Defy Sparks and hope you all check them out, very convenient location, you wont be disappointed, pricing is great for a family and i really cant say enough great things about them. THANK YOU DEFY !!!

We had a blast, but I booked this party back in September and they didn’t have the colors I picked out. They should have told me this before the party and not as I was already there. Also was awkward at the end telling me 40+ dollars is 15% for tip and would I like to add that to the card. Instead of letting me decide the tip without the pressure. Also my third pizza I paid for back in sept wasn’t ready with my other 2 pizzas and we had to wait.

It’s wonderful! My kids had so much fun. There’s so much to do. The time goes by so fast when you’re there. We loved it so much that we went twice in 2 days! Will definitely be going very often.

Such a great place for ppl of all ages but super fun for the kids. And the staff is extremely watchful - always someone there to make sure all is ok. The party options amazing and they handle everything.

Awesome place and friendly staff. My daughter ended up hurting her ankle (not bad at all) and had to cut her jump time a little bit short. But the staff was on it immediately and got her ice and was very attentive. They also compensated her in a very great way for her next visit. 10/10 would recommend!!!

It’s AWESOME!! It’s a family, teen, toddler friendly facility. My wife and I take our toddler; we all get a great workout and everyone leaves with smiles. There is a mini ninja-warrior course, extra bounce trampolines, foam pits, etc. The entire staff is kind and happy to help everyone. Lockers are free. Cleanliness is great! Overall, get your jump on and make some memories. We love DEFY!

Such a fun place to go with the family! We have had nothing but great experiences here every time we’ve been here. The staff is so patient, friendly and kind to all the jumpers! It’s nice to see a lot of supervision throughout the facility so you know there’s not a lot of safety concerns there!The atmosphere is clean, air conditioned so it’s always feeling fresh in there, and the music is just right.I highly recommend going! We take our 3 year old and even we jump. Everyone has such a great attitude here and they really make sure you have a good time!
