I just bought a new mobile home here, new management. They have new mobile homes for sale. Right by Grapevine Lake, walking distance. Big green trees. Good neighbors. Love it!!!!

Just moved in. Such a nice clean quiet place.

A Park in transition. Rvs moving out and traditional mobile homes moving in. Lots of trees, convenient location.

I dont even know that i can give this place 1 star... horrible run down, owners obviously DO NOT care about the residents. I would not rent or buy here. Viewed a trailer that was run down with leaky roof to rent, then shown 2 trailers to buy, muddy mess with with no property or amenities to offer
