It felt good to be back at Dbat! Love Coach Michael! Always positive and encouraging!!!
Great facility. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to have fun, or work on your craft.
Love D-Bat! Staff is friendly, pro shop has a decent selection. We love Jake Norton as a coach - patient, but pushes our son to work hard and excel.
Had actually been in there couple times and didnt think much of place. Batting cages are batting cages, but using real softballs is a definite plus as well machines had adjustable settings to fit all. Best thing was upon leaving ended up talking to a young man who I later found out was the GM. I was very impressed, his personality, attitude, knowledge, etc. was fabulous. The time he took in general conversation was definitely appreciated. Took the time to show me what new things they had at the facility. Again most GM Ive come in contact with are not as personable. I would recommend this DBat to everyone. Nice facility, nice employees overall great experience.
Great customer service showing folks how to use the machines. Easy to understand directions and very clean facility. Actual softballs used instead of the mush balls. Will be back for sure.
Place was dead. No one else there. I spend good money there. All cages empty and got asked to stop warming up catch in one of the batting cages. Really?
Great place to come practice for baseball and softball. The staff is so friendly and helpful, prices are definitely reasonable. Recently got a membership and we absolutely love it!
Cant say enough good things about D-Bat in Southlake! The renovated facilities are wonderful - clean, crisp, and welcoming. While they have an excellent proshop, many batting cages, an exclusive system that lets batters try a near VR experience to hit in MLB stadiums, and a great space to work out, it is the staff who are the true heart of this place. The owner and manager are always friendly and kind, and the coaches here (many are former MLB players!) are incredible. They welcome players at all levels and ages, build good, solid skills, and players are certain to improve here. After several months of lessons with Jake Norton, my sons baseball abilities have grown immensely, but more importantly, his confidence in his athleticism has skyrocketed. Jake takes the time to coach with patience and kindness, all while expecting hard work from his students. Anyone looking for somewhere to take baseball/softball lessons, or for a great indoor batting cage, need not look any further. D-Bat Southlake is IT!
Dropped in to kill a couple of hours in the batting cages. Really good facilities and very friendly staff
Friendly staff and a very well-maintained batting cage environment! My boys and I were happy to find an indoor hitting cage closer to our home, and they enjoyed hitting here. They offer baseball day camps as well as individual private lessons. Highly recommend this place!
Great staff. Love this place. My daughter loves it too!
Always a great place for workouts.
Great place to have your kid learn! Amazing staff! Great facilities!
Beautiful location!!State of the art training facility for any individual looking to improve their game on the field. Multiple hitting cages, machines, soft toss, and everything you can imagine baseball/softball...
Friendly rep at front desk. They sell some merchandise like bats, gloves, bags and t-shirts. There are cages with pitching machines where you can select the speed and whether it is baseball or softball. Cages can be reserved for live pitching. They also offer memberships, coaching, classes/camps. The facility is clean but there was a bit of an odor when we entered the room where the cages are, it wasnt over powering (we didnt notice it any more after a few minutes).
I take my boy here. Clean and good service.
Great management runs the business well. Clean and well organized.
Excellent Facilities and people
Although I cant speak for fast pitch or baseball. The cages are terrible and small when it comes to slow pitch. They either dont pitch slow enough, too high, too low, or dont pitch at all. Ive been checking in every couple of weeks along with mentioning how poor they are. No changes. This made me look elsewhere and I found a couple places close that are a lot better
Remodel looks great.
I have enjoyed my visits at D-Bat DFW. I have had hitting lessons here with one of the trainers and he knows what he is talking about (thank you Zach). I like hitting the real balls instead of hard rubber ones at another cage Ive been to. Climate is controlled. The only things that could be worked on is the distance. All the cages are around 45 feet, or 9-10u distance. I think this could be ready arranged if there is 3-4 different cages. Second, only having 13-15 pitches and charging 20 dollars per token is a little pricey but with the great service and higher prices, it makes you want to get a membership. Other than these issues I have enjoyed my visits at D-Bat DFW (BTW the membership gives discounts in the shop and 10 free tokens everyday!!! Definently worth getting).
Staff is available for help. Batting cages and bullpens. Its nice
Machines am staff are AMAZING!!
Nice area but too small. You have to take turns batting. They only have 4 batting cages.
Great Facility and Great teaching. Many cages to hit in and great temperature in building. Price is very cheap for lessons
Well I figured because it was indoors it would be air conditioned. I suppose I should of checked into that more. It was very hot in the building. I will not be returning because of this. At least with the outdoor cages you get a breeze that cools you down.Update...I just pulled this from their website,In 2011, D-BAT opened a new location in the Southlake area. D-BAT DFW boasts an exceptionally well-lit, indoor climate-controlled facility, featuring flat screen televisions and an environment that invites parents to be a part of their ballplayer’s developmentSo I guess I was ripped off? It says it was supposed to be climate controlled.
Nice facility, nice people. Wish they had more batting cages.
I wouldnt recomend this one they are twice as much as others near by amd lady working didnt no anything to help you out if you wanted to use hit track
We started our two sons at DBat last Spring and have been amazed at how much they have improved. We could not be happier! We have a 9 and 7 year old, one that loves baseball and one that tolerates it - DBat has been appropriate for both of them. The owner, Jayne, is always available to help answer any question and Coach Zack, Coach Dave, and Coach Tye are baseball geniuses. They teach the small details that cause rapid improvement, and are always encouraging. If you are looking to give your player they edge that only one on one professional coaching can give, I highly recommend you give DBat a try.
Friendly staff and great options for enhancing the skills. AC and some curve balls can be tricky
Clean, classy p lace to hit some baseballs
I like it. Its fun. I go weekly!
