I ordered items online on Black Friday to be shipped to Michaels in La Verne, CA. The Michaels website made a mistake and sent the order to this Michaels Store in Texas instead. Michaels corporation website needs to fix their programming, first of all. I have ordered drive by pickup and in store pickup at Target so many times. Never did it happen that I chose a store but the the order was sent to the wrong store. Well, I suppose there is a first for everything.I called this Michaels store to cancel the order that Michaels mistakenly sent to this Texas store. The lady I spoke to the on the phone was very efficient. She immediately cancelled the order. The 4 star review is for her customer service.For my experience with Michaels today, I would give 1.5 stars. The website programming needs to be better. Amazon, Target, April Skin, LilySilk, and Costco are eons better. They are much more user friendly and provide a more instantaneous service.

Im getting ready for The Other Art Fair, in Dallas, in May, so when I need professional art supplies fast, I run to Michaels.

This store was well organized and clean. The lines were long but it seemed the only had two people. Now, the floor employees could have been more proactive in assisting customers or asking if we needed assistance.

Store was clean and well stocked.Large selection of painting supplies including good deals on 5-packs of medium canvases.Could have been a few more employees available on the sales floor to assist and answer questions, but I was able to find all the supplies I was shopping for.

For a Southlake store I was very disappointed. It was a clean and tidy store but very small. Which translates to limited space and selection. Not one employee asked if I could find everything.

This is the BEST MICHAELS EVER!! The customer service here is superior!!! I purchased my first silhouette cameo at this location, the Staff here was so helpful. I decided to purchase a second cutting machine and this time I choose the circuit explore 2. Long story short, after familiarizing myself with the silhouette design software, I could not adjust to the circuit design software. I decided that I needed to return the circuit in exchange for another silhouette. Well unfortunately I misplaced my receipt. But I am a rewards member, and because of this I was able to do the return without the physical receipt . However, the staff had trouble locating my purchase. We tried everything email, phone number, etc. Eventually we were able to locate the purchase but the machine was showing a price that was less than I originally paid, it was about a $20 difference. Chris, the store manger was extremely helpful. After further research Chris took my word and allowed me to do an even exchange for the machine. I understand this is a long post and I rarely do reviews. I’m not just leaving this review because Chris allowed me to do the exchange. But each time I come to this location the staff is so helpful and NICE. They greet you, and always ask if you need assistance. I live in Arlington, TX but I will drive to this location for the service. Thank you to Chris and the staff, I appreciate you so much, and you have my continued business.

Im starting a new decorated planner book. So Ive been shopping around. Decided not to purchase from here. For the same planners and accessories at Michaels, their prices are double the price. Hobby Lobby has a much better selection. Doesnt hurt to shop around.

Always an adventure. Great selection. Unfortunately, they never seem to have the specific product that is the basis for my visit. At least Im always entertained by the random selections I what is in stock.

Very disappointed!! Our cashier (brown girl dark straight hair) was scanning the items when I brought to her attention one of the items was marked clearance she completely ignored me!!! When I said it louder she replied to me saying it was miss place, very bad management skills!!!!!!! Would never go their ever again very angry and disappointed with my service

Went for yarn. Department was fully stocked. There were no clearance yarns but there were some 40% off yarns.

Say they have curbside pickup during a pandemic, so I order and pay, but the phone number hangs up automatically. So they fail to protect me, no curbside. No good.

The most wonderful store with everything you need to be crafty. But make sure you dont have any questions about where something is. It takes FOREVER to find an employee ready to help. But the cashier makes up for it! Shes so sweet and always remembers me.

The store is nice, but the service is awful! The staff really doesnt care. Did a party for my daughter here, and the staff was the least helpful and really couldnt care less. Really disappointing and is not the first time, had had the same experience before several times at this same store during their weekend craft events.

This location is not very busy during the week, which makes it ideal for lazy shopping with the kids and grandkids. Smaller store so dont expect everything to be in stock.

What you would ed expect from Michaels. The cashier was a bit snippy.

A good source for all things craft related. I found their frame selection and prices to be better than Hobby Lobby but you have to look at the frames carefully because quality control is kind of sloppy. For example the frame glass might have a ripple or a mat has a ragged edge. Always use daily coupons or shop during sale weeks, the regular prices are inflated and the sale price is more typical of what you would pay at elsewhere.

Only came here for a variety of specific items for a Pinewood derby car, which their website indicated were available in this store. Upon arriving and not finding the items in the section listed online, I asked for help. The associate was not helpful, and said they have never carried it in stores, is only available online, and that if I had looked it up beforehand Id know that... Maybe this bad experience was a one-off incident, but I certainly wont be returning, especially when there are several other hobby/craft stores right down the road.

Went to get a poster framed because it was 70% off. Im pretty sure they mark their original prices up just so they can say its 70% off. Even with the sale, frame only, it would cost 300 dollars to get the most basic 15x35 frame. Its completely overpriced.
