We love this place and were so excited when they opened back up after quarantine. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also are very respectful in following the Texas governors mask mandate. They also have creative ways in reminding the kids to sanitize and keep up on making sure all the equipment is cleaned thoroughly.

Urban Air is one of the most fun amusement parks Ive been too! The court monitors are attentive, the food is amazing and Preston the go-cart attendant is one of the coolest guys Ive ever met. This place is the place to celebrate your birthday! Im very impressed!!!

Hayden always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice host! I dont even live here but ill be back to visit Urban air because of Hayden AWESOME customer service!

Best location to buy the membership! Best bang for your buck because they offer the most attractions. A/C feels amazing. Plenty of areas for parents to kick back and relax/charge devices. Food/drinks are pricey - but to be expected at an amusement place. Awesome experience for my 6 year old. He couldnt get enough on his first day! *height requirements (barefooted) for most attractions - research before you buy*

Once you get past the sticker shock this is a great place. My son loves the go-karts as well as the other attractions. He also loves the fact that he doesnt have to pay for it. The prices are posted so I cant hold that really against them in regards to the number of stars but I do wish it wasnt so darn expensive. However my kids have a great time there and theyre worth it.

Called to confirm their COVID policy, which was everyone 10 and older must wear mask and that they disinfect every ride after use. Went there and saw sign on mask policy, which was same as what they conveyed over the phone. Went inside, paid for bands for 3 kids, and was surprised to see most adults without masks and on rides. Asked staff about this only to be told that they cannot force them to do anything. I went back to the counter and asked for full refund.

I recently had a party at Urban Air and Avi made my daughters party something she will remember for the rest of her life. Every detail was perfect. Avi and his staff were cleaning the entire time we were there, and we felt very safe to have fun and not worry. Also, Hayden did a great job of opening attractions for us and helping with the party. Both Avi, Hayden, and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful.

Everyone we encountered were very pleasant. The manager with blonde hair at front desk was extremely helpful. She had a great personality. She made sure everyone who entered felt safe. She explained how they clean at night and maintain the park during the day. Everyone else were great as well. They kept up with cleaning and were very accommodating. Great job Urban Air!

My family and I had an amazing time yesterday. Gokarts are a blast and definitely worth the money. Jackson was super helpful and respectful, and Preston made the experience at gokarts even better. We can’t wait to come back soon.

Pathetic waste of time unless your kid is under the age of nine. Nothing for kids older than that to do included in deluxe package. Everything costs extra. Customer service god-awful. No introduction to park. Not following any covid protocols. Some activities were closed.Beware of what appears to be fake reviews for this place. Several 5 star reviews are from people who have only 1 or 2 reviews to their name. One review that is listed on top is from someone with 133 reviews from all around the US and every one is a 5 star review.

Im not happy at all. You pay full price and only allowed to play for 2 hours because of covid. Dont yall think you should lower the price since we are limited in time right now? I paid $134 and normally this is what we do all day for at least 4 to 5 hours. I would have gone somewhere else if I was aware of the time limit before I paid

Had a great experience tonight. I was a little worried about coming to the park due to COVID 19, but I shouldnt have been. I think the cleaning measures were very obvious and the Cupid Shuffle was a nice fun bonus! Staff were friendly and the environment was great for my kids! I drove out from Arlington even called ahead of time to ask about the attractions. To get here and not be able to do all of them because they had one employee working the floor and the other working the the go karts while there are 2 to 3 behind the front desk so I went to ask if someone could help me with one of the attractions to be told that I needed to wait 10 to 20 minutes mind you we pay for two hours so we’re on a time limit all I’m saying is if I’m paying for all the attractions I want to be able to do all the attractions there was a lot of wasted time very disappointed I’ve never had such a bad experience at urban air:(

So after COVID they reopened if you can call it that. The go-carts are only open half the time, the rest of the stuff is half open. You pay the same price as a full day and only get 2 hours to wait for them to open the rides. Avoid at all costs

The cafe manager was really efficient when getting my food out at a good time. The food was also really well made. No complaints. There was a girl in a blue shirt who made sure to answer all my questions and when she didn’t know how to respond she got her manager to help.

This place is absolutely wonderful!! I take my grand kids here all the time. It’s so fun. The workers are amazing but there’s one that stands out among the others. Liviah is my favorite! She always has a good attitude and it looks like she loves her job. She answers all of my questions and is super sweet to my grand kids. She seems to know how to do everything and the other workers should try to keep the same helpful attitude she has. Overall a great place to take the family and I look forward to going every time!!

This location has very friendly staff which were very kind to my children. The lines moved quickly. The bathrooms exceptionally clean. The snack bar provided good quick service with a smile. All of the games seem to be working properly. When one of the go-cart had issues they pulled them out of service and began repairing it. I will return to this location soon.

Had an amazing time here at this location. Manger(s) Hailey & Devon made this experience worth every dime we spent. The kids enjoyed them selves and so did we. Even with Covid-19 the sanitation of the park was very well kept and we felt like we were at home. Thanks Yall will be back soon

I never thought I could love a trampoline park so much, but I had the most amazing experience at Urban Air this past weekend! We went for my son Masons 8th birthday party and he and his friends had a blast! This was all thanks to the amazingly helpful staff: Cassandra, the girl working during Masons party, was simply phenomenal! She exceeded all my expectations and seemed so eager to make Masons party the best she could. I highly recommend this place for any birthday parties, or if youre just looking for a fun place to be on a Saturday afternoon

Normally I dont write bad reviews, but this place was no fun. I went to check reviews to see if others felt the same way. But, they all seem to be fake and not the truth, theyre pretty exaggerated to make urban air seem better than it is. i think they should earn the reviews. From me, they have earned two stars because the staff is unattentive and barely any cleaning was done. The staff was limited, and not watching my children, they were just messing around. Also, barely any attractions were opened. sad. hopefully they are better in the future

Christian was so helpful in helping us keep our kids safe! And our kids love this place in general, so many fun things for them to do. They get more experienced on different activities constantly and love trying different things out. From the trampolines, lots of different kinds, the slides, jungle gym areas, the go karts some of the best with two levels, and a Wipeout style bar, ball pit, and lots more.

Went there today and had a blast. Haven’t had the most great experiences in the past but I was amazed at the quality and the cleanliness of the location. Most fun I’ve had in a really long time. Brought my kids I was babysitting. The staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you Braeden for being patient with them and enhancing the experience over all.

Urban air opened this weekend, and I thought it would be safe too go but it’s very unsanitary. They were taking temperature which is a great way to insure that no one in the park has a fever but the family in front apparently had a fever as the worker grabbed their co worker and looked as if they were confused and a Man in a black shirt let them in anyways . I am very disappointed in their staff as well there was nobody by bumper cars or the ropes course. I am not happy with my visit ! Do NOT go here if you are worried about covid-19

It would have been better if the lines didnt take so long.. Might as well have gone to six flags. Most of the employees were working so slow and acted like they didnt care. The manager was nice and helpful because the lockers werent working.

Dont get a membership. They will charge your card and wont stop.

This place is F-U-N!!! Not an inexpensive place to go to, but a wonderful place to race on the go-karts, play in a ball pit (warning: it can be difficult to get out of if youre out of shape) and a zip line overhead. Games are available, too.

Logan and his staff were kind and knowledgeable! Logan went above and beyond to make our first experience here the best it could be. For example, he showed us around, answered questions about memberships, and told us information for our youngest daughter to help us save money.We had a fabulous day of family fun!

My friends and I had a great time. The zip line was especially fun. I couldn’t go on the go-karts because I didn’t have the platinum pass but it was still a fun day. But Madison was very kind when she was letting us know what each wristband package offered.

This is our family’s favorite location and the staff was super helpful and friendly!! One of the managers named Logan went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. Exceptional service that you don’t see all the time anymore but it was definitely on display here. Highly recommend this place! Our girls who are 6 and 3 had endless options of fun and maximized it to ten fullest. They already are asking about the next time to come back and we haven’t even left yet haha!!!

Definitely a fun place. You have to pay for the highest level to really have any fun . The basic package is a joke, nothing much to it. The golf carts were slow and seemed to be having a lot of issues the day we went. Food drinks is evenMore expensive and not that great. The place is clean though and the kids had a great time. I want to go back more often but it’s just to dang expensive.

I came here over the weekend with my grandchildren and it was exciting. It’s a great workout and energy waster for adults as well as kids. Madison helped explain the memberships to me. You can get a membership for a whole year!

I dont know how I didnt find out about this place earlier. They were so filled with fun activities for our sons. From the go karts which where the most exhilarating of any go karts Ive been on...went up and down hill, well managed, too. Also had fun jungle gym area for the youngest of ours. We got the membership because its cheaper and were looking forward to a birthday here.

I have only been to urban air twice and my experience has been outstanding. The workers are great and the activities are fun. I recommend coming to urban air. The go carts are fun and enjoyable. Urban air is a great place to hangout with friends. Urban air isnt to pricy and its worth it.

The urban air cafe workers are amazing. They are very nice to their customers and always make the best food. Some of there cafe members are Davis and Dalton. Also Christian is a very good front desk member.

The place is pretty awesome, great place for birthday parties for the kids and just a great place just to go to have lots of fun. Its not just trampolines, but has quite a few other features that keep the patrons and kids happy and busy. Really enjoyed this place.

Manager does not know what she is doing. Floors were so sticky it was like they were not mopped in a month. Everytime we wanted to use the video game systems they were down and no one knew how to fix them. The kids that work there have no one watching over them so they r on their phones and not paying attention to make sure attractions r safe for the kids. Plus with all the sickness going around I heard they only clean maybe once a week if they feel like it. Dont go here if u want your kids safe and not be exposed to tons of germs.

Not impressed.Looks like they rushed to open . Temporary stairs installed, bumper cars half only working, soda machine half inop, virtual reality didnt work for most of our time there. Wipeout attraction broken. Go-karts took forever to cycle between groups.

This new place seems like a great place to being your family and children, with a lot of different activities to do. However, Im giving an average score because of some false advertising. The website for this location advertises Pro Karts are for adults over 54″ tall and go around 40MPH around the indoor track. Our Junior Kart..When coming here, I was greatly disappointed to find just two types: single and double rider go karts. Even the corporate safety videos being played at the location show a line for junior and pro karts, but at this location there is just one line and one type of slow single rider go kart. I was incredibly bored going around this track. I did not expect amazing, but didnt expect very slow either.

I recently celebrated my daughters birthday at this location, and I must say it was one of her best parties so far. Our hosts Amore and Trevor were amazing. They took very good care of everyone with our party and the kids had the best time. It was an AWESOME experience from beginning to end and we will definitely be back.

UPDATE: I was contacted by management shortly after I left this review and I can honestly say I was impressed by the level of professionalism they showed. They listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you!I booked my daughters birthday party here even though we live in Dallas because this location seemed to have more to offer. When we get in there’s a huge line of people and only one person behind the counter. I walked up to a group of 3 employees that were just standing around talking and asked them how to check in for a party. They gave me super quick instructions “check in at the kiosk and take your receipt to any party host” in a very rude manner, rolled their eyes and then turned and continued their conversation. So I check in and then have to hunt down a random party host to help us. We finally get to our room almost 10 minutes after the party time started and meet our party host. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or just doesn’t have a personality but she seemed bored the entire time and just stood in the corner almost the entire party. Not sure what she was even there for other than bringing the pizza to our room and cutting the cake. Every party host I’ve had for other events are super enthusiastic and smiling and helpful. This girl seemed like she had a lobotomy done. Then let’s get to these $15 pizzas that taste like cafeteria food and the room temperature water bottles that are offered during the party. For the money we’re spending, the quality of service and food should definitely be better. When I got home I looked at our reservation and realized we didn’t get a lot of stuff that was supposed to be in our booking. There were no balloons in the room, we never got a free jump pass for the birthday kid or the action band, and apparently there was supposed to be a group video taken that wasn’t received either. I received the link in my email to take a survey and I guess they saw that I wasn’t happy with the experience so they called me and left a voicemail. I tried calling them back for almost an hour and nobody picked up the phone and there isn’t an option to leave a voicemail. The only good thing I can say is that my kid had a great time. But if someone is paying almost $500 for a party the service should be on point.

Today I brought my family to Urban Air and we had an absolute blast. A manager named Braeden made sure to check in on us and let us know that he could help us with what ever we needed. Kids are playing, and I am enjoying watching them have fun. Will definitely be back!
