It was so clean and safe. Staff a wearing face masks and gloves. Temperatures taken and hand sanitizing every guest at the door. We went between 3-5 on a Friday and the place mostly to ourselves for thr first hour and a half.

The manager is amazing, he is helpful with each customer and goes above and beyond every time. The staff needs some work but hey theyre kids. The manager is a reason I came back and I hope that every customer appreciates his hard work.

I TRULY LIKE IT FOR IT was fun ESPECIALLY when your child can play n get on without waiting

Complete remodel! Food, games everything is 100x better! I had stopped going here because the price wasnt worth it (bad food, very dirty) but had to stop by to see an out of town family member...so glad i did...we stayed for hours! Food was amazing, totally different! Games were new and affordable! This will definitely be a weekend and winter weather go to like it was when i was a child! So so so proud to have this as something local for my kids again! Good...no....Great job!

Very friendly staff, great pizza. Lots of games

Some machines didnt work plus didnt see any employee wipe 1 game down

We were here for our daughters birthday party. They did an amazing job. The party coordinator, Harley, did such a great job. We were very happy with the experience and will definitely be back.

The children had a great time! All of us had fun on my fiancees sons 11th birthday celebration! Wonderful place! Friendly Staff! Great Tasting Pizza!

The remodeled Chuck-E-Cheese is actually pretty good. I was sad it was no tokens but card was much better and right on the price. All staff friendly and happy.

I came here during the day with my nephew. Chuck e came out to wave and dance with the children which was nice, they even did a dance routine that any walking child can follow. The place was clean and there were no problems

My great granddaughter loves this place. Its fun and clean. Everyone was very nice. And she followed the mouse everywhere.

My daughter had a blast. We played and danced with Chuck E Cheese himself!! Im disappointed with the lack of attention the staff gave to the customers. There were multiple machines out of tickets, a child stuck an action figure up the skee ball shoot, and I brought this to their attention and got nothing in return. No help. No tickets. I got stared at after the staff members got done playing a few rounds of basketball. I only go a few times a year for my daughter, but it may be less if customer service doesnt improve.

The ball claw game is fun.Everything is on a card now. So Yu tap the card on a reader and get a coin and put it in the machine.Games are fun.Perfect for kids.

Great place my kids had a blast and I had a great time with them, but no one controls their child. No supervision at all

A great place for kids! Some of the games were out of order and many ran out of tickets, but the employee behind the counter filled them quickly. The salad bar needed more attention as it took them 45 minutes and us asking for them to refill it.

Good place now since they change the place if u got kid good to go to love it with my family

The remodeling was excellent great games good food plenty of fun and great security if you arent stamped you are not walking out with someone elses kid

My youngest had a blast.. much cleaner and organized than other Chuck E. Cheeses I had been too in previous years..

My kids loved it here they also love the changes that Chuck-E-Cheeses has made with the new dance floor we had an amazing time also play some of the games with my son he loved that I can play with him

Its was a great place for the kids but the bathroom could of have be a little more up kept

Celebrated my daughters birthday there! And our host was awesome.

Did a great job updating and alot of fun games for kids and some for adults!! We loved it and had fun!!!!

Really busy but kids loved it and had fun but expensive dont like the change with not getting tokens with the food combos

Very ghetto now, run down, and no games for toddlers. The kids still love the big mouse though.

It just depends on why you are going just to have fun is fine but to throw a birthday party its not worth the money you spend we paid for them to pass out food was late on that was late on cutting the cake and when we got there they over booked like always and cut us 3 tables

I am so so SAD they killed the band why would u do that!? I was hoping that my favorite characters were improved upon. But nope. They removed them completely. And occasionally send out Chuckie to throw some tickets on the floor. So the kids can crawl in the floor and compete for them :( sure its cleaner and brighter. But u Took away the centerpiece... No plates with my pizza unless I get a combo. So me and my girls get to eat off of a pan. . Too sad. Idk what their thinking here. But I do like the light up floor its fun.

They have redone a lot of the inside. More games and now with the time limit cards its easier for the parents to help play to win tickets. Chuck e cheese comes out everytime and now they have a dance you do with him. Lots of fun. Pizza is kind of expensive but thats my only criticism. We will definitely hang out here again.

Clean, family friendly and a good experience

My niece had her 5th birthday party yesterday and our host Haley was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and patient with all the kids. Turned out to be a very nice party and my sweet niece really enjoyed herself. The only thing I wasnt digging was the pizza and no Im not Shane Dawson and I wasnt investigating the diameter of the pie, its more about the taste but I prefer a sweeter sauce

Its changed owners everything about it I didnt like the pizza was horrible. They no longer give you tokens you have to buy a Chuck-E-Cheese gift card I would never go back its over price

Kids had a blast as always. Staff was friendly, food was hot, fresh and tastes much better than expected! I took one star away because I overheard an employee speaking bad to another employee about salad dressing at the salad bar so I would stay away from that food area. Other than that the kids truly enjoyed themselves.

Manager Jim Kelley was great. Clean place, well run and pleasant.

Best place for kids.

I want to have my birthday party here afterhours :(

Dirty, nothing stocked, pizza poorly cooked and cut, minimal staff, long lines to pay it cash in tickets. Just not a good clean place.

Newly remodeled. Staff is very attentive. Clean and very well managed. Kids had a blast.

Not what I remember but the kids had a blast

Grand Baby had 3rd BD party here it was nice for him...

Took my 10y.o. son for the 45 min play pass and it was awesome. We had so much fun speed playing and it wasnt crowded since it was the last hour of the night. Well see definitely be going again.

I used to love this Chuck E Cheese when I was a kid, and I am happy to see that it is still well maintained. I’ve seen Ceasarland and Tilts N Tumbles close, and I figured (no offense) Chuck E Cheese would end up closing too. I hope not! My daughter loves it there. We go at least once a month and there’s always new games. The bathrooms have always been clean (which speaks a lot about management etc). We were the first ones in today and were greeted enthusiastically, and Chucky came out just to hang out with my daughter. But even on busy weekend nights we usually see the gray haired man (manager?) and he’s always interacting with guests and making sure they have bags for their tickets, etc. I’ve worked in food service for years and know it’s hard to find up beat and positive employees especially for a little kid oriented place, so I just wanted to write a review to someone know I think they are doing a good job.

The pizza and salad bar were pretty good, a little pricey but it was worth it. Better than 6 years ago thats for sure.

Great time for the money. Not sure where all the tunnels and ball pits went but now when you buy a game card instead of tokens you can do an all u can play option which worked amazing. $11 for 30 minutes of play. Great day and didnt end up with extra tokens and decided to save our tickets cuz we will be back!!!

My son had a blast. Like the revamp. Just miss the characters

This is by far the nicest of the Chuck E. Cheese I have been to around my area. Im glad we decided to switch it up and come to this one.

Nice and clean

Clean, fun, and a great value. This is not the grimy place I remember from my youth. Had a birthday party there and it was a huge hit.

My family and i had a good experience however, food was pricey for the amount we received, the slices of pizza were too small even for the children. The birthday kids bracelet should be unlimited for the two hours, other than that it was a nice experience.

Kinda bummed the play scape was taken down. Now its just an arcade basically. The bathroom was flooded like usual. Not sure if I stood in pee or water. Definitely has gone down hill over the years but the kids love it.

Kids are having fun. I need a Valium

Shout out to Crystal the manager at Chuck-E-Cheese great job

Its okay, but nothing like the Chuck E. Cheese restaurants of old. Its more like a glorified arcade these days.

Had my daughters birthday party here. Wonderful experience. Lauren, our host, was wonderful. Answered all my questions, made sure everyone was taken care of. She even took a picture with my daughter. It was a wonderful experience for us.

Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly guy names Brian. That was the high light. No longer does anyone bring your pizza to the table, you get a pager and have to go pick it up yourself when it goes off. Saddest looking pizza ever (and we usually enjoy their pizza). We had to ask for a serving utensil. They have multiple (6 to be exact) ticket munching machines, however, only 2 were working. Disappointing

Upgraded a lot of the games for older kids which is great. The pizza however is just ok. They use to have great pizza and bread sticks but changed recipe when the ch as needed over happened.

Youngest daughter loves it but need to offer more military deals!!

Grandson loved it. He is 5. I found the timed card works the best because mine did not stop. I put his card on a keychain that went around his wrist. If they lose the card you have to buy a new one. There is a salad bar. Not everything is pizza. It was a fun time.

$60 for 3 kids to play unlimited games for 90 minutes is actually a pretty good deal if youve ever taken kids to arcades these days. You can pause the time on the card one while you eat. The food is not great, for sure, and over priced for what you get. Id advise to keep the prices, improve the food. However, its not as awful as it used to be before they revamped the place. AND, ever single person that worked today was over the top kind, helpful and really genuine. Like, remarkably so. So good job with your hiring skills and training program. Cant be easy dealing with hyped up kids and stressed out parents and grandparents, but youd never know it today

Very clean. Food good. Kids had a blast

Chuckie here does not like african american kids he purposely avoided my 3 on his birthday will never visit this location again

Wasnt the best time at first but the manager crystal took care of business to make sure we were all happy when we left from the birthday party that we reserved for.

Chuck E. Cheese was actually pretty good. Clean floors and the pizza was hot. They have these cards you can load up with $10 for 30 mins play time. Probably the best thing Chuck E. Cheese came up with.

Prices a little hi need more 7 and under kid friendly games Food quality very good look for coupons on app

Best time to go is during the day. Staff us nice and keep it as clean as they can. Evenings and weekends get crazy.

Had my daughters party here our server was awsome she did a great job and all the kids at my party had a great time

Clean pizza is delicious... they really updated the place and made it better

I recommended this over the other Chuck-E-Cheese, its have new arcade and the guy was working up front he was very helpful.

I shared two pictures to show what a $14 pizza and $10.50 order of wings look like here. You can get a $5 hot-n-ready that’s bigger and taste better elsewhere. You can get better tasting wings pretty much anywhere else. The $24.50 order had the taste and quality of an order maybe worth $10. They are seriously overcharging and I highly recommend not ordering food here.

We had a blast with our two and a half year old! We spent over two hours!

Is good fro the kids to go here

It’s the best Chuck E. Cheese out there I had so much fun there and the bots are more entertaining then the games

Fun for my daughter and I. Some of the machines werent calibrated... But we still managed to have a great time

Staff is always nice im sad to see the band go its been there since i was a child

Great manager and overall great staff very attentive my favorite Chuck-E-Cheese to take the kids to for partys or just because they have been good all month.

They do great birthday parties!

They had a lot of games. Classic carnival games and new games. My kids loved them all. To be honest i bought myself an Hour play pass also to play the older carnival games that i love! Lol

First time going to a Chuck E. Cheese in my life and Ive only been there once but its alright place, food is expensive and you have to be there for hours to get a good toy, but thats everywhere so dont expect much.

Was in a birthday party. Could have been better but employees faces like i dont like to work here... didnt like it.

Great fun for kids, even big kids too!

Very clean location, friendly staff. I definitely will be returning with my four year old.

A was a pleasure to see my kids playing

this place. Fun and cheap

A lot of new machines and newly remodeled

Went in a bit before noon on a Saturday. The stage area was setup for several birthday parties, as expected. The animatronics began, of course my kids were scared of them. They are in a bit of disrepair; Pasquale doesnt move but his head, curtains are tied back, lights dont work... The dining room and game area were pretty clean for the most part. The pizza was good, but the dough was bubbly and the toppings slid off those areas. I was pretty disappointed with some of the small issues with the games. There didnt seem to be a game tech on duty to help. (I did apply for that management position.) Im sure well be back, the kids are still young...

Manager on night shift is not cool he was very rude to me. I have been coming here for years and they way he acted about my 13 year old son and 6 year old son was ridiculous. I will not return to this location.

Had a horrible experience having my sons 1st birthday party here. I booked his party online and went in-store to pay the deposit. His party was scheduled for Friday January 4th at 5:00. Well, upon arrival and walking over to the party area we noticed his name wasnt on any of the tables that were set up.. So I let an associate know, and to my surprise I was told our party was cancelled!!! WHAT!!! So after having to wait at least a half hour of showing email confirmation and what I suppose was a manager, they put us at a party table... Nothing was in order, had to wait about an hour to finally receive the pizza.. I had to get plates myself, refill the pitchers of drinks myself.. Nothing was in order for our party which was very upsetting.. Then after we moved to a booth after the party, the plate that had my sons candle and cake toppers was thrown away off our table.. Which broke my heart, and I didnt realize until we were getting ready to leave, which was to late to figure out where and what bag of trash it was in. We were also overcharged!! Nothing was offered for any of our inconvenience or troubles..

Its always fun here my family has been coming here since I was young and its so great we can share it with the next generation

Its changed. Now its just a money maker with ticketed games. Why did they take out the tunnels n tubes. The kids loved it. It was the only free thing in there. Why? Now theyre just pizza n wierd mechanical puppets. Sorry not thrilled. Still b-day soots littles request.

My daughter love it so much. I like their new coin system. They usually gave me coins for gaming consoles. But now they give me the card which is useful. Because I dont have to lose some coins. Also they have the machine to show me of the balance of I have. Amazing.

A lot different from when I was a kid, but my son loves it here and I even play a few games as well...

Great service, wonderful and kind staff. Everything and everyone was nice. I had a great time!

My nephew is 1 & had a great time....Hey when did Chuck E. (The mouse) get SOOO SKINNY??? NOT a good look...at all. FIX IT ppl!!!

Had fun with my son but seen alot of electric cords taped to the floor.

Clean, safe and friendly staff

Enjoyed family outing with granddaughter at the newly renovated. . Chuck E.Cheese.

My sons favorite place to have fun at.

Great place for kids, think there was only 1 game out of order. Everything else was clean working and fun. Besides the food. Food is extremely expensive and not good at all. Our bday group ended up getting sick the following day of the party here.

Love the cards, different from when I was younger my 4yr old loves running around with his playing anything he wants so simple.

I love the friendly staff and the newly renovated space!

Way too crowded and the pizza is at least a week old and continuously re-heated

I had a walk-in birthday party for my three-year-old daughter. The staff was great I had printed out coupons to bring and use them. When I realized I needed more tokens but couldnt find the coupon paper the lady still gave me the coupon deal. I also forgot to bring candles. Theres a Dollar Tree right in the same complex close enough to walk to so I was going to send my friend to grab some. Instead of going through all that the ladies came through with three candles for my daughter.
