Great place !

Reasonable rates. Quick repairs. Very quiet, friendly people and most of the children are good with one another and others you dont even know have kids because you never see them.

This plice is not right for anyone. Or a dog

The park looks great and Id love to live her but nobody answers the phones. I went to the office to talk to bill and he was on the phone. A lady rushed me, took my name and number then hurried me out with the promise of a call.

Im very happy here. My wife and I moved in two months ago. Since we moved in we have been met by kindness and cooperation from the park as well as the neighborhood. It is such a rare, and refreshing quality in a neighborhood, and I just couldnt ask for a better place to live.

I guess if you dont have a lot of money but even at that this place smells of suboxone and drama stay away the management dont know how to prevent the garbage cause they only care about $500 a head and they only have 2 streets of shack level trailers

Terrible!!! No one wants to do their job. No one is ever in the office and no one answers the phones. Billy the head guy is a greasy guy thay just wants money. Do not recommend.

Where else can you rent for 425? Of course its not the Taj Mahal. But its a comfortable home.
