I purchased a 5 pieces of art in January. I was told to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. I received 4 of the 5. One piece never came. I was then sent a piece of art that was supposed to be the missing piece and it was actually a duplicate of a different piece of art and I ended up returning to you guys.I was then offered alternate choices of art since i was told that there was difficulty pulling the art that i purchased. I was told by a sales rep to pick 2 alternates so that if one wasnt available i could be sent the other. I chose made my choices and never heard back from her after i sent my choices on May 5th.It has now been 32 weeks since I purchased that piece of art from you guys and you havent delivered.I was excited to purchase art for the first time and was glad at the options available in my range. But this experience has made me avoid purchasing art from any dealer now. Id rate this Gallery with zero stars if i could for the difficulty it is to deal with.

The people who hosted the auction were vary knowledgeable about the many different pieces of art. The experience was energetic and fun. I truly look forward to my next auction and expanding the start of my collection. Thanks to everyone.

Very clean. Brightly lit and great collection of wonderful art

Very disappointed in Park West Gallery. Purchased two paintings on a cruise, after 8 weeks when they arrived one painting was incorrect. Sent it back, waited another 8 weeks, finally got the correct painting but the frame was incorrect. Requested the correct frame, even emailed the gallery pictures of the correct frame and the incorrect frame so they could see the difference. After 2 weeks of waiting received the incorrect frame again! This process has been going on for 18 weeks and yet to be resolved!

This is my second experiencing of purchasing artwork from Park West. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They work tirelessly to provide you with a great experience at a very good cost. The auctions are very fun even for a novice. Whether you are purchasing a $200 piece or spending thousands, you are treated equally. I just received my first Peter Max and I am thrilled. Park West is my reason to cruise!

Friendly staff, some great exhibits and great price.

I participated in an on line auction over four months ago and am still waiting for one of the art works I placed. Park West has shown lityle interest in following up or sending the art work. Very disappointed.

We have collected art with Park West on several cruises. The experience has been excellent. The education that is provided is interesting and fun and the auctions are also a lot of fun. We enjoy spending time in the Art Gallery on the ships and just looking at the different artwork.On our last cruise we were able to purchase a couple of original art works, there is no doubt that the education and experience has made a difference in our lives. We have a Tranquility Room in our house were we go to relax and that is where the majority of the art now hangs.

Ive been buying art work from Park West over the past few years and have always had a great experience. There are many employees of Park West, all who have been great to us, but one who stands out from the rest is Trista Maltby. I Recently just had the pleasure of working with Trista from the sales department. Trista has exercised patience in assisting us on purchasing a recent art work. Trista’s profound knowledge and expertise has ensured us we made the right decision on our recent purchase. Trista has gone beyond the scope of her job duties in assisting us. I look forward to working with Trista on our next purchase.

Third purchase with Park West Galleries. Two aboard Royal Caribbean cruise line and 1 on land. Great experience all three times. I even brought a friend who wound up purchasing 4 pieces. Professional, accommodating and informative on the piece, the artists and their artistic method of creation of the work. An ability to open an account allowed me to obtain this third piece form an artist I really admire. Very happy with procurement to delivery.

Purchased three pieces of art aboard Royal Caribbean. I was supposed to receive my art work in 6 weeks. It’s now been 10 weeks now and Ive only Received two pieces, I still have not received all three.I’ve called the phone number on the invoice they’ve provided, several times, no one answers it’s just a automated machine after being on hold for over an hour everytime I just hang up. I’ve also left messages for them to call me back as it states, they will call back within one business day.....it’s been three Days and no one has contacted me. I’ve also emailed the client email address they’ve provided on website and no one has contacted me. I’m so disappointed with park west and their service. No one has contacted me at all since I’ve purchased the paintings in February. I am seeking help to get my painting. My last option is to contact my credit card and distribute the charges since I did not get what I paid for. I cruise every year and I will not being attending another park west event.

I enjoyed this event a great deal. It felt like it was well planned, including the dinner out to Santa Barbara. Dave, as usual was tremendously informative. The associates were helpful, but not pushy. The venue was amazing. I’d happily attend another auction there, anytime. Sincerely; Lou Whitlock

The experience was worse then terrible. I have been collecting art from Park West Gallery for five years. This last auction (which was on a cruise ship) was going good, until it came time to finalize the sale. I had $600.00 in bid credit, from Park West Gallery, that I was told I could not use because we were getting a good deal. I dont know where the better deal came from. Because, i was paying what I bid. A better deal would mean that I was saving more then $600.00. Based on this experience with Park West Gallery, they lost a loyal collector.Randy

My boyfriend and I just got off the Carnival Sunrise. Jean-Jacques was the auctioneer for our cruise. We had never been in an art gallery before and we had no idea what to expect the first time we went to the gallery, but Fredricka immediately helped us, showed us things that we might enjoy, and invited us to the auction.We went to the auction and we were intimidated but Jean-Jacques made it so fun and engaging. We had an absolute blast, got a few pieces, and scheduled an appointment with Lindie to go back later that evening.When we went down that evening, Lindie took over an hour of her time to explain different pieces, tell us about artists, show us things we never even thought to look into. We were always scared to go into anything like that because we thought that we would be judged for not being able to afford thousands of dollars worth of artwork. We thought they would turn their noses up at us because were young and dont know anything about art.We had the exact opposite experience. The entire team was so incredibly helpful and the auctions and gallery ended up being the highlight of our entire trip.To Jean-Jacques, Lindie, and the entire Park West crew on Carnival Sunrise, thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn about something new, for taking time to explain things, break them down, and look out for us. You guys are the reason we have a new love and appreciation for art. Travis and I cannot wait to receive all the artwork we purchased and put it up in our home. Our latest cruise was spectacular. One of the top highlights was our many experiences with the Art program on the ship. The Art Director, Boris is as knowledgeable, professional and fun as anyone we have experienced. The works of art and value were fantastic. Boris truly was committed to making sure every passenger had great exposure to the works on board as well as art history and the masters as well. We cannot say enough about this expert. His staff was as warm and genuine as they come. Roxie and Luke were very supportive and available all hours of the day and late night. They too were sincere and fun. This was a great highlight to our cruise. Thank you, Park West and team.

Our first time venturing into the art world. Were on a cruise and wet just to see what happens at an art auction. Saw three pieces of art we liked and bought all three. Everyone involved were very professional and informative. The follow up contact with customer service has bee a most enjoyable experience. Everybody made us feel that they really cared about our complete satisfaction with the process and our purchases.

Another plus to this is that you might also collect the works from the gallery.

We Purchased this painting on a cruise ship. We were told it would be 3 to 6 weeks after we disembarked before we would be able to get our painting. It showed up a week and a 1/2 later in excellent condition. The whole experience went smooth with no problems would definitely buy from Park West again.

What a great experience! They made it easy and affordable to acquire quality authentic artwork. The group that we worked with was simply amazing and really made us feel good about the choices of artwork we purchased. With Park West Gallery, everyone can actually afford real artwork from well known artists like Peter Max, Thomas Kinkade, or even Rembrandt! The prices are even better than you would think. I recently bought my first piece of fine art through Park West Gallery and the entire experience was easy and enjoyable. The gallery attendants aboard our cruise ship were extremely informative and helpful, guiding me through what would also be my first art auction. Working through the final purchase appointment was quick and painless as well as the shipping to my home, which was much quicker than expected. Overall I would purchase art through Park West Gallery again and highly recommend the company.

We purchased two paintings from Park West at an art auction on a cruise ship. We made it clear to the sales person for Park West that we wanted matching frames for the two paintings but the pewter color instead of the gold and bronze frames that were displayed on the ship. He said that would be no problem and he would take care of it. When the artwork was delivered they were in the same unmatched frames that were displayed on the cruise ship. It has been over two weeks since we notified Park West that there was a problem. They said they would look into it, but we have heard nothing further from them.For the amount of money that they charge for artwork, I would expect more effort at customer satisfaction. I have come to the conclusion that they are the timeshare sales version of the art world. I would not buy from them again, and would recommend that others beware.

The entire experience I had with Park West Gallery, starting with the wonderful employees on the Carnival Valor to receiving the artwork, has been FABULOUS!!!I have been on many cruises and attended many seminars. I cant begin to say how impressed I was with the workers on the Valor.Also, the artwork arrived well packaged and timely. The art and frames were exactly as I purchased and in excellent condition.

We have purchased several times from Park West and have been able to collect from a variety of current and old masters. Each piece has a special and unique meaning to us. The staff have been exceptionally good to work with and have helped educate us about the individual artist and what shapes their thinking. We look forward to adding to our already interesting collection of art.

I did not visit the actual gallery but was introduced on a Carnival cruise. I met the nicest young man, Lindsey, from South Africa. At the time, I didnt have any plans to buy artwork, but he took the time (after regular hours) to tell me information about some of the artists and to demonstrate the use of lighting. Id always wanted a Thomas Kincade painting, and I was able to purchase one at a very reasonable price. Lindsey invited me to attend the final auction even though I was not planning to buy anything else. I really enjoyed it and hope to attend future auctions when my husband and I cruise. Again, I want to say how kind, friendly and helpful Lindsay was. He made buying a pleasure.

The cruise and art was great. On-line custom framing is a disaster and has taken so much joy out of our purchases. Site is extremely slow, you can not get good views of how it will actually look (not enough depth or clarity to see) and you do not get the personal touch of working with a farmer who has a good eye as you would while doing it on ship or frame shop. Really has taken much of enjoyment out of purchases and we have had to spend over 7 hours trying to frame 5 pieces of art.

Great group on the Carnival Freedom! Very knowledgeable, funny and had time for you to listen about any concerns or information you needed on artist. I love coming to the auctions always have a good time and most of the time there are several people there!

After delaying shipping for five months they sent us the wrong piece and tried to extort us for nearly $1000 more for the correct one. Overall dealing with Park West Gallery has been a terrible experience. We spent nearly $15,000 for several other pieces and to be treated like this when we clearly have the contract for that particular painting is unprofessional. Personally, I think they had received a better offer off book and took it.

We have purchased art pieces onboard Carnival Cruise Lines in the past and most recently on the Vista in January 2020. We also have pieces that we won in drawings. We are very satisfied with all items.

Purchased 4 paintings from them while on a Norwegian cruise. My wife and I enjoyed the auction process and the staff on the ship was terrific. My issue is that we havent received our last painting and it has been 3 months since we cruised. Ive had to reach out to them 3 different times because someone was supposed to get back to me time #1 and #2. You would think they wouldve been proactive and let me know that the last painting never made it off the ship. So for not notifying me of this and making me try 3 different times before getting any answer is unacceptable. By the way, I still am not sure if I am getting a different painting within the same edition, as I had asked, because Lindsey from there has not responded back in 2 days. Ugggghhh!

The art I purchased was reasonable a good price for what I purchased. The people who helped me with the purchase was quite professional. What they promised on delivery is what I received which was quite pleasant. I loved the variety of the artworks and how it was presented at the auction.

This was a first time experience for my husband and I to attend the art auctions aboard a cruise ship.We were totally taken in by the whole experience. Our cruise was aboard Rhapsody of the seas . Donald and his staff were amazing.I dont think any of the cruise line give just time slots for the learning of the arts and artists. I also believe more advertising by the program director should addressed to really get the word out about the art auctions and the learning sessions of the artists.Kudos to Park West Gallery and Donald and his staff for giving us the chance to learn and purchase beautiful art works.

My experience with Park West Gallery happened aboard the Carnival cruise ship Sunshine. I attended my first art auction there and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions about the art presented. I bought 3 pieces of Andrew Bone from them. I was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. I definitely will purchase from them again if I get the chance!

Alan Ritterhoff is amazing. He should be exclusively on the VIP Events. He and his staff were a wealth of knowledge. The auctions and special event evenings were interesting and very informative. We had been to the art auctions on our previous cruises, but never approached and help like we were this time on the Carnival Breeze. Nick is the reason we are now collectors. He explained everything to us and made us see how easy it is to be a collector. We wound up purchasing a few paintings including three from one of my favorite artist Daniel Wall. All in all I enjoyed the whole experience. I have purchased before and I understand that what I bought is not a 1 of 1. With that said I buy what I like and what draws me in. Each piece has a special place and adds character to the room.

I was on the Majesty of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) and met Park West representatives upon boarding. From day one they were friendly and sincere. They kept me apprised of their auctions and other activities.Arno (from South Africa) and Ilia (from Russia) were the BEST! They helped me with my bidding and gave me hints at each auction. They greeted me when they saw me on board.At first, I was hesitant to even participate in an auction--fearful of being misled and over-paying for an item. By the end of the week I had learned so much from the lectures, presentations and viewings, I felt I received a free art education while on board.I met fellow collectors who were all kind and enthusiastic about art and about Park West Gallery. Great people - enjoyed the art educational aspects and the great team that we interacted with on our cruise. We bought some wonderful pieces of art and now understand more about their value and the artists. Delivery of the art was timely and very well packaged.

We greatly enjoyed the interaction with the auction team, especially Simba, Will, and Andi. As always, they provided is great service as previous Park West customers. The selection of art was not spectacular although there were some new items and artists presented. Ive been collecting with Park West for several years now. Overall, its been a great experience. Ive bought enough to be invited to several VIP events. 2 on land & 1 at sea. As most people, I imagine, I started collecting on board the cruise ships. The auctions are exciting & its a bit addictive. You learn a lot about art & the different ways copies can be made. Lots of new vocabulary to learn about the kinds of art reproductions. Basically, I honestly dont care if it is an original or a copy, if I like it.Although originals are cool to own, they can be very expensive. I buy the art because I like it, not because it will be a good investment. I have bought things that are quite valuable and will probably become even more valuable as the years go on. But its not easy to sell art & certainly there is no guarantee that you will recoup your investment. Park West does have a program that you can sell your stuff back, but, Im not sure how it worksThe VIP events are the best way to collect because not only are you really treated like VIPs, they include many valuable things in the purchase price, like the appraisal, frames, shipping, etc. And they bring in the artists for you to meet & offer special paintings that are done just for the event.. They also offer special ways to pay for the pieces that you fall in love with but cant afford right now. They also have art that you woulnt get to see, much less own, typically, like Picassos, Dalis, Rembrandts, etc.The land VIP events, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dallas for four days, where we had an open bar, attended special events just for us & got to see & collect beautiful works of art from our favorite painters. We also got to meet the artists & spend time with them. We met three artists at each land VIP event.Then I was invited on a sea VIP event. They paid for a balcony cabin for me & a friend on a week long Norwegian cruise and all we had to pay for were our airline tickets to Miami (& whatever shore excursions, spending money, etc.) Open bar at the events, and we met four artists, including the one who designed the hull of the ship!The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I have had terrible customer service experiences. But once you get the email of somebody in the company, then you can contact them & get resolution for your issue. Ive just given up on their customer service department, but everything else has been so great with this company, that I can overlook that issue.Nowhere else would I have had this opportunity to collect art & meet the artists. Even if I hadnt had the opportunity to participate in the VIP events, I would not have had the chance to buy the art I have that I get to look at & enjoy on a daily basis if they did not have the art programs on the various cruise lines.If youve never been to an art auction on a cruise ship, you should try it the next time you cruise. If nothing else, you can get free Champagne & probably a free art print, but if you find something you really like, youll be able to hang it up & enjoy it everyday, thanks to Park West Gallery giving you that opportunity.The pictures Ive attached are of some of the art that Ive collected... The prices Ive paid range from less than $100 to a few thousand. They always have ways to win gift certificates, inexpensive prints, etc. They are for everyone, not just the super rich.

What a great way to collect excellent art. And so easy! With the guarantees you cant go wrong and passing them on to your heirs is an easy way to show how much you love them.

The event could not have been any better! The accommodations were exceptional! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable! The auctions had pieces to accommodate every taste. The checkout process and staff were the absolute BEST!!! There is not one area of the entire experience that could have been improved!

It has now been over 7 weeks since my cruise, and I have received nothing from Park West, no communication whatsoever except a satisfaction survey. I am not satisfied. I paid cash for my art, and have been trying for two weeks to find out its status. I emailed customer service over a week ago, no response. I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes, left a message with a guaranteed callback in 1 business day, and nothing. I get that logistics are harder right now, but SOME kind of communication would be nice. I would seriously reconsider buying art from them until they get their customer service shop in order.

The experience on the cruise ship was a lot of fun. I had never been at an art auction before and they were fun people to interact with! We bought several paintings and have very pleased with them.

I am still waiting on a couple of orders but the team on the Carnival Breeze were amazing. The auctioneer was full of passion for his trade and the other team members were very thorough. Fully enjoyed my experience as a first time collector.

The art dealers who assisted in choosing the painting that was right for me were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, patient, and a thoroughly enjoyable team with whom to begin my adventure in art collection. Their enthusiasm was inspirational.

I ordered 3 prints on my cruise with Carnival. i recieved 2 in a timely manner. the last one i had to contact several times for a status because it was past the 6 weeks promised. One of the emails said it was being prepared to ship. after not getting a tracking number for a week. i contacted them again. this time they said it was back ordered and they did not know how long it would be. They said i could pick another piece or get a refund. i said refund. now they said it would only be 85% of the value and it would be a voucher for park west gallery! so why did they even say i would get a refund. now i am out 15% of the value and i am forced to get a replacement piece from them. worst experience ever! will never ever purchase from a cruise with them. worst experience ever!

I very much enjoyed my experience with Park West Gallery. I was introduced to some amazing artists by a knowledgeable staff while on vacation on the Oasis of the Seas. The auction was fun and engaging and provided an opportunity for good savings. Purchasing was equally pleasant, having a scheduled time to discuss further options and aspects of similar artists really opened me up to ideas of art acquisition! All in all, a very wonderful experience.

My husband and I fell in love with a piece while we were on a carnival cruise for our honeymoon. They worked with us to do everything they could to get us the best price, not only for that piece, but for another as well. Also, for purchasing with them, we got 2 free pieces of art. We are still waiting for 2/4 to come in, but we are expecting them shortly! And if you get a chance to meet Matthew Erasmus, I HIGHLY recommend you take some time to chat with him. He was great!

We purchased a picture for granddaughter while on cruise. Had it framed. Also during auction we won a print that we also had framed. Both pictures arrived quickly. The auctioneers were great and very helpful. We were on Jewel of the Seas.

You can collect without pressure. enjoy your pieces of art at home. once you purchase them, the delivery is planned according to the schedule that is provided at the delivery site. i a great experience to have art in your life. Enjoy the masterpieces of many different artiest but you will always fall in love with more than one.

We experienced PWG on a cruise. They introduced us to art auction which was exciting. The transport to us was very smooth and the painting arrived in very good condition to our home.

Let me start with the good. We have been looking at an artist for 5 years, Michael Cheval. We love a piece and finally this year we decided to start collecting not only Cheval but another artist as well. We were on a cruise and had a wonderful experience with the staff on the cruise.The bad, We bought two pieces and explained how we live in an apartment building and would like the art shipped directly to our door. They told us we would have to sign for the art anyway. The first piece came and was left in the outdoor mail room about a half a mile from my building. I didn’t sign for it. Because the shipping container was so big it didn’t fit on the car so I carried a half a mile to my building and then up 5 flights of stairs to get upstairs. I called complained and said the next piece was worth a lot more and can’t happen again. It did and once again the piece was left, no signature and once again I had to carry home on my back.But wait it gets worse. I opened to see the beautiful art I received. The frame was damaged and coming apart with a big chip in the corner and even worse the picture had what looked like fingerprints on the picture. But they aren’t fingerprints on glass they are actually in the glazing they used over the painting. It’s a horrible piece to look at now. I have called and called and called, I’ve sent emails where emails are supposed to be sent, and I have received nothing back from the gallery.I will continue to try to get in touch, but am seriously about to add comments to their already badly rated better business bureau page.Be careful when using this company.*** Update ... We finally got in touch with the company. They sent the picture back after saying it was fixed and it wasn’t. They then sent a new painting and it’s finally correct and in great shape. They never sent the letter of Authentication. 7 months later we still have not had this transaction completed.This company was a horrible. A complete rip off. Don’t do it! Do the research, go to a real gallery or exhibit and find the artist you’d like elsewhere/

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They talk a great game but do not deliver. I ordered a piece while on a cruise in early February. The wrong piece arrived about five weeks later. I returned it per their instructions, they received it, and it is early April and all I get are excuses or the runaround. I also ordered a Thomas Kincade table top book at about the same time and I am still waiting for that. It feels like they are hoping I will forget about it and theyll keep my money and Ill get nothing. They ship from Miami and I live in West Melbourne (FLORIDA) only 3 hours away. I will never order another piece from them.

Weekend in Santa Barbara was outstanding. Very informative and well done. Anybody that a chance to attend one of these events should take advantage of the opportunity .

Started with five stars but it will continue to drop as time goes by. My wife and I have bought numerous pieces of art during Carnival cruises. Everything has always been great until a cruise in October. As normal we purchased art during the cruise. Once again everything was great. We received all our art except one piece. The only response we have received was an email that they have reached out to our team to find out the details. It has been over a month since I received this email. Nothing!

We always have a wonderful time at the VIP events and we ended up with 6 new pieces of art. We so enjoy meeting and getting to know the artists who were so informative and in the case of Michael Godard very entertaining. I would have given this event 5 stars but we had to check out by 1:30 as we had a train to catch and even though we made everyone aware of this ahead of time it was still not handled well and was very stressful. Other than that, all I can say is thank you for the wonderful time, art education and fun!

My experience with Park West Gallery was an auction aboard a cruise ship. I actually won a piece of art in a raffle, but was up-sold a frame and received only a slight bit of additional sales pressure to collect more art. One critique that do I have is regarding the auction. The auction was advertised as under $500 however most pieces on offer started the bidding at $495. 495 is technically under 500, but I feel that doing this limited the buying opportunities for attendees who were probably hoping to spend closer to $200-300. The auction also included sales of art at the range of $10,000 or more, and that was bit off-putting and somewhat false advertising in my opinion.

Ive never been to the museum in Michigan, but Ive collected art at sea now for a second time and found the experiences on both occasions to be entertaining, enlightening and exhilarating. Be careful with your money because youll most assuredly fall in love with quite a few of the rotating art works in the at-sea galleries and the art teams make it oh so easy to make you want to fill your walls with beautiful art, everything from lithographs to serigraphs hand-embellished by the artist him or herself to unique, one-of-a-kind, original works that youll be dying to add to your collection.One of these days, Im going to go out of my way to visit that museum in Michigan!

[Dearborn land event] Park West provided excellent amenities and accommodations that went above my expectation. Their staff was professional and were willing and able to help with anything and answer any question I had. It was a wonderful experience and can’t wait for the next one!

We had a wonderful experience on the cruise 12/2/19 and paid in full for the Spectator at Tarkay by Marcus Glenn but here we are March 16, 2020 and still have not received it. I have called monthly and no one has been able to tell me why it hasn’t been sent. Multiple excuses with the latest being that online capabilities have been out for over a week and they can’t access our records and don’t know when they will. Extremely disappointed.

We really enjoy the variety of artists that are able to be viewed close up. It makes for a fantastic experience both seeing the works and the seminars that were offered. We had an awesome relationship building experience with George Frangs. His knowledge and personality are top notch! Look forward to visiting again on our next cruise.

I want to go on another cruise to purchase some of the more beautiful art work and learn more about the artists. It was the highlight of our trip. Because we are trying to close on a house, unfortunately, we were unable to buy pieces that we fell in love with. Hopefully next time we travel. But at the moment we are pleased with what we could purchase.

The Park West VIP event was spectacular. The host and staff were outstanding in making sure all were comfortable and we were all truly treated like VIPs. The art exhibits were spectacular and meeting the artists was a chance of a lifetime. All three artistes went beyond expectations interacting with all of the VIPs. It was an experience me and my husband will always cherish. We also made many new friends; art lovers just like us.Thank you.

Everything is top notch with Park West! The best art, artists and prices! The best part is that everything is authentic and appraised! The staff is second to none! I am running out of walls, but want to attend many more VIP events!

I’m so frustrated in regards to trying to reach customer service to fix my issues. A few of my issues are I received an empty shipping box that a Jim Warren- All Dogs Goto Heaven was supposed to be inside also still waiting on a few refunds that they tell me were sent to Carnival Cruise line. I can’t get any answers! Also I need an appraisal for a piece of art that I got transferred over to me and they tell me it will be up to 8 weeks! I’m not sure if I will ever do business with Park West Galleries. I need to get these issues resolved right away before I seek legal advice.

Everyone was extremely nice and not ine if them were pushy. I changed my purchase several times and they were great. I have received half of my purchases and they all were wrapped so well and were delivered in perfect condition. Im excited for future purchases with PWG!!

I recently purchased some art from this company. After I did some research online, I found they are charging 3 times what the art is worth. Everything they were selling can be bought elsewhere for 1/3 of the price they are charging!!! Youd be a complete fool to buy anything from them here in on a cruise ship. Do your own research and dont get ripped off, this company has hundreds of reviews from unhappy customers that were scammed in one way or another! PLEASE BEWARE AND AVOID!!

Professional, knowledgeable and fun! At their events we get to see the work of famous, obscure and up and coming artists all in one place. Other reviewers moan about their use of sales tactics but DUH! Of course they use sales tactics...they want to sell you something! Just put on your critical thinking cap, know your finances, and buy what you LIKE!

The art and the company are just great but best of all is the people that work for Park West. They are very knowledgeable, love their work and are very passionate about it. The art is very nice and their guarantee on their masterpieces is a cut above. When cruising their auctions are a lot of fun and exciting. Cant wait until the next cruise!!

Well we dont know art, arent really collectors, but we know what we like, and have some pieces weve picked up while vacationing/cruising and displayed or hung around the house. We like a bargain and if we can get something cheap that we like, we get it. The people are nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and not condescending. What more could you ask?

Notice all the 4/5 reviews are given while still on the cruise.I hope more people come update their reviews as many of them still dont have their artwork like me or Customer Service just wont pick up the phone.I read all the reviews since January and 90% are 1 star and some of them are updated reviews of people who purchased art, then either didnt receive it, came damaged, wrong frame or an empty box.Now I might feel bad (a little) if Mark has to down size his 9k sf Mansion in one of his 4 homes if PWG doesnt make of through Covid.Man, only if their Customer service team was using management software like Saleforce or Zendesk like my my company uses which would allow them the freedom to work from home and still be managed remotely via case management. VoIP would still be an option as well for call routing ext.It seems like there is 0 customer service or Joan (Dir of CS) is just stretched so thin that there is not enough space to fit everyone in their call center 6 ft apart. I wonder with sweet but crazy 2 faced Mary decided to retire early?You can guess that I have called them a few times!!!1 star from me folks!

We love cruising with Carnival, and started in 2015. Since then (as of 2019), we have purchased art from Park West on three different cruises. We plan to purchase other art in the future. We have always found the staff to be professional, capable, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They REALLY know their art and their stuff! Yeah, they can pressure you a bit for a sale, but as long as you give a solid and polite no thank you, they will dial it down. We have bought multiple Thomas Kinkades, 3 David Najars, and a few other smaller pieces for parents. We have also walked away with plenty of drawing prizes, like smaller art. We have always received the art in great condition and before its estimated arrival date. If you buy art in international waters, you do not get walloped with all sorts of taxes and fees. If you buy art, be prepared to spend more on buying a frame. We do recommend Park West for framing too. Sometimes they will sell you a painting with a frame already, and it will also be a great deal! Typically, the art is not framed, because they leave it to you to decide what frame will work best with your art in your home. I pour lots of time and sweat into a side-job to earn money for my cruising/fun account, and am always very happy to invest some of that in beautiful art that I can treasure each day, and eventually bless my kids with. I just love my Britto. The only thing that upset me, was it took so very long to receive. But it was worth the wait. Unfortunately I now have run out of walls.I am going on several more cruises & will miss visiting the Gallery.Everyone was so very polite & friendly.I enjoyed the experience.
