The new starwars movie. It had changed a lot since the last time I was there. New recliner power seats. Very comfortable for me. I was worried my feet would swell after sitting through a movie. Very roomy and comfortable

Decent cinema, obviously the best part are the reclining seats. Although its not my typical cinema to choose from the mix. Service is as good as a movie theater would be. Even though its different with covid regulations, the seating is spaced out.

I went to check out the new movie Let Him Go, great movie very touching, movie theaters were wonderful, absolutely love the reclining seats make you feel at home in front of the big screen with your buttery popcorn.

It was really nice to receive a hearty greeting. Even nicer to have picked our seats. We chose the 4:15 showing and were the only 2 in the theater. The concession lines were short and moving quickly. It was clean and quiet. This was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Star Wars without other fans!!( No verbal predictions or spoilers).We were able to recline in very comfortable recliners. It was a little cold. they sell little throws at the entrance for $10. This was the perfect experience, the theater was nicer since the renovations.

Review for post construction. They recently updated the seating which is huge. The lobby is now inside instead of waiting outside to buy tickets. Food and drink options have been updated with more meal (not snack) options like pizza, burgers and etc. Although our pizza was burnt and too crispy, it was nice to have the option. The reclining seats were so nice. Also seating selection when purchasing is a huge plus.

I ordered a pizza and they didn’t even bring it like they are supposed too. They need more skills. Would not recommend! If I could give this a one star I would.

I always go here. Its a safe place even for the kids. Lots of parking available. Several choices to choose from to eat nearby. Always a fun time at this venue.

Caught a good flick with the fam: The Unhinged

This theater is no longer first come for seating you pick and reserve your seats in the theatre when you purchase your tickets. The theatre chain doesnt offer any military discount. The only discounts are all day Tuesdays, however discounts are canceled on holidays or school breaks. I still dont like the way management handles their customers. This location redid their lobby it looks like they may have removed their arcade in favor of a bar. And the bathrooms look allot nicer this time. The floors in the theatres are being redone so no more sticky. The chairs are nice but they have a couple down sides. First off they dont recline as far back as I would prefer. Second they have bass built into the chairs so they vibrate. If you have back problems it isnt going to be good for you. Im disappointed the theatre doesnt have a warning sign up for that, or an option to not have that on. The picture seems the same to me, and as for the sound quality the speakers on the walls werent working the center channel with the voices are still in the front by the screen the only other sound was from the vibration from the chair I assumed was bass.

This week I attended this theater for the first time to see the movie Queen & Slim. When purchasing my ticket as a first time customer I didnt not know that I had to choose a seat or in what color the seats were available. So when asking the employee questions he was very rude and sarcastic. You all really need to work on your customer service. Renovations and reclining chairs arent the only thing that makes for a great experience. Thank you!

Now that they have renovated it seems a lot nicer, smaller, but still nice. Went to see Last Christmas and they didn’t clean the theatre in between movies so the seats we chose at the kiosk had someone else’s popcorn and drinks sitting on them from the last showing. We moved the food and drinks to the garbage ourselves and looked out for people to come clean. They didn’t show up. We noticed this issue (Food being spilled everywhere and still being in seats) on several rows as we went to throw it away. It kind of took away from the niceness because why renovate when your not going to keep up with it diligently?

Very polite. Sounded good but just a bit too loud for my 85 year old dad who is a combat veteran.

The food options are great. They have the grill, good drink selection, and all that. Very good. Seats in theaters were broken in the 2 we went to. Happened to sit in them both times! Otherwise would be 5 stars

Very comfortable recliners,I love that you can relax like youre at home watching a movie. The food was great popcorn was awesome.

My husband and I went to this movie theater on my birthday. After purchasing movie tickets we proceeded to grab popcorn and drinks at the concession stand. Unfortunately this movie theater only accepts cash at 10:00. How inconvenient it was for us not having any cash on hand. This was a horrible experience to go through especially the night of my birthday. This movie theater should have an atm machine since it only accepts cash for popcorn and drinks. We were able to use our credit card to purchase the movies tickets but unable to buy popcorn and drinks. Such a horrible experience for any to go through on the night of their birthday. I will never attend this movie theater again. The staff was unprofessional and unapologetic.

Love the convenience of going on the app. n picking your seats n paying in advance. Yall I did not know you could do that but u can. Try it out for yourself. The variety of food is awsome, n they even got servers bringing it too you...even though our order got lost in the crowd n my brother-in-law had to stop a server to get our food. But they gave him a nice refund for the mess up. The picture showed beautifully n the sound was sssssooo loud that I just wish I had a remote to turn it down a tad. The seat reclined, yes reclined n they were comfortable. I love every minute at the movies . PLEASE go visit this movie theatre n see for yourself that the night at the movies is fun.

The staff was great, but could not stay for the movie, because a gentleman started arguing with my husband and we felt threatened. But the manager was nice and refunded our money. This happened 12/10/19 at the 7:05pm

This is a herd theater. Many many people. You have to make you way through the masses. Obnoxious music playing continuously in the lobby, restrooms, etc. Many teenagers. There is stadium seating and reclining seats which are relatively new. Everything is sticky - the hand rails, arm rests, cup holders, etc. I like seeing movies on a big screen but is it worth it?!

Loved the reclining seat, although it was a bit cool in there, I felt minimal heat lastnight, couldnt really get comfortable but I enjoyed my movie for the most part.

Great location, I found this theater easy to locate for anyone new to the area. The inside is spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite giving a cozy, family friendly atmosphere; while moving the crowd.

The new seats are amazing and the $6 tickets on Tuesday definitely make it worth going

Awesome love the new upgrade i felt very V.I.P. as I shud circulating all that damn money up in there but frfr it was worth it!!!

Its a bit crowded at times, but its been enjoyable all but once. Rowdy kids thought they were being cute and just were extremely loud and intentionally throwing things at people. Manager personally walked them out after several attempts to get them to behave.

SO HAPPY THEY RENOVATED!! It is secure, clean, organized, and the reclining seats are the BEST. All of the seats are reserved which makes everything so easy. No reason to drive to Collierville anymore.

Nice and CLEAN...and a great bargain

Good things are the seatings row are spacious so you aren’t crammed up against the seats in front of you, kids popcorn combos are decently priced and audio and visual are pretty good. Theater had a musty smell though.Update- completely remodeled with wide rows and electric recliners! Restrooms redone and very nice. 5 stars now!

Wonderful time very clean & had a very nice home smell to the place.

New format is date friendly. Need to have popcorn that is not all pieces at the bottom. For 11 bucks for a combo, my popcorn should be freah with plenty of whole pieces.

They were rude and they supposed to bring you your order...welp I had to wait they didnt even offer. The theater took for ever to get dark and although I loved the movie I only heard so much over the people talking. Wish they would have turned the movie up some.

I love the location because its close to home, several nice restaurants, and a shopping center. Service is always good. But Im looking forward to the renovations currently taking place because the carpet is reaks of old popcorn butter.

Have not been here in years.They have added the recliner seating and food delivery.We went to see Midway . Had a private showing, by accident. Monday night at 7 pm. Food was ok. We will go back againIt works well for us boomers.Bar to open in about a month. Get a glass of wine. Be asleep before movies end.

I took a senior group to this place and they really enjoyed it. I lost my credit card and they retrieved it and saved it for me which was so very helpful. I love the amenities and the bathrooms were clean.

WARNING I GOT BEDBUGS FROM HERE! I went to this theater the other day to watch Endgame. Everything was great. A few days later I kept noticing itchy bumps all over my body growing in numbers. I kept thinking of all the possibilities it could’ve been . I am not the kind of person to go to peoples house let alone spend the night And they aren’t allowed at mine. I went with my mother who lives with me and she doesn’t do that either. So clearly the only place it could’ve been is here which makes sense bc this place is FILTHY. I’m in shock that I am the only one who has experienced this so far. I’ve never had anything like this happen so I am absolutely devastated that I have to destroy my house from the ground up to get rid of this and possibly not get them all. I am LIVID!!! I’m beyond upset. I am going to do something about this.

Friendly employees and excellent video and audio. Malco always has the latest technology when it comes to the viewing experience. My only complaint is the 3d glasses are usually still dirty when we get them and we have to clean them ourselves to enjoy the movie.

Came here for the first time. We saw Mary Poppins Returns. Great movie. Nice clean theater with big comfy seats. Was ready for a nap afterwards. Service was fast for popcorn and snacks.

Will not answer the phone when you are trying to ask questions about tickets I called at least 30 times and they let the phone ring... So freaking frustrating!

It needs some repair work, went to the restroom and the lock was off the door. We also didnt like paying 12 dollars a person if some of the seats was broken and it smelled bad in the room they played the movie. So I can only give a 3 star rating

The theater has a nostalgic feeling with the 80s style neon lighting, outdoor tickets booth, and uncomfortable seating to match! The floor was sticky all over and there were 3 stalls in the womens bathroom, 1 was closed, and the others were disgusting... Only good thing about this visit was the movie Aladdin.

Saw several movies over the last few months at this location. Everytime is worse.The restrooms are a disgrace and need to be cleaned with products. The movie theater was smelly, dirty, and the seats were broke. They need to renovate. I love the location but they need to do improvements. I gave it two stars because I like the movies, location, and staff. My husband said give them 1 star. They need professional cleaners the staff cant get rid of that smell and the theaters need to be severely cleaned too.

This place is okay I would have dated a better rating but having to wait 30 minutes for a personal pizza because they forgot to put it the order in is kind of ridiculous those young kids at work there need to be reassessed they need to have more attention to the customers and not on their phones into each other

Expensive $29.50 to see a movie for 2 adults and a 9 yr old. Popcorn and coke to share $11.25. The place had plenty of help but they were not friendly at all. The womens restroom was filthy. Toilets were all full of urine not flushed. I would find another place to spend my time and money . Im not going back..other businesses there were also rude. Must be the area.
