Had granddaughters birthday here. Would not recommend!! Way, way, way too expensive for what you get. This was the first and last time!! Sky Zone is far superior!!
This place is amazing. My grandchildren had a blast. Its fun for young and older, I think our adults had as much fun as the children
Slow service, poor customer service, workers are unprofessional and think everything is a joke!!! Signed waivers and paid at the kiosk and still had to stand in line, waiting over 20 minutes because the workers behind the counter “didn’t work in that area, they worked parties.” One worker and was IGNORING CUSTOMERS AND ON THE PHONE, and the only time I seen fast movement was when a manager came up front (phone call ended and another register opened up when she walked up also). Food took forever and customers were hovering over it while we had to wait in line to hand over the pagers to receive our food!!! Over $100 gone to waste!!!
The staff and manager are very disrespectful and ghetto. The staff were basically kids and they talked about the children and their mothers. They are very immature. I feel that the staff are not fit to be around children because they lack patience care and maturity. Would not visit again.
I was pretty shocked by how unsanitary it was when I took my child here for a birthday party..The fact that we had to sign a covid waiver should have been our sign that they werent doing much cleaning. Lol.The ball pit was downright gross.. Some had dark dirt marks on them, and there were some that had fallen out of the pit onto the dirty floor and I saw an employee pick them up and throw them back into the pit without cleaning anything.Then when it was time to go into the party room to eat, I immediately took my child to the restroom so we could wash our hands and I was disgusted even more when I walked into the bathroom.. It was NASTY. And there wasnt anything to dry our hands with after washing them.Youd think that theyd have employees keeping everything clean during a pandemic.If it had been clean, it would have been awesome though.. They had some really cool stuff in there, just needs to be sanitized.
If you want something to eat, you have to make a line for almost 30 minutos...... and they took only 50 minutes more to get just a pair of hotdogs and 6 chicken wings, but also in that time you can see 5 employees playing and laughing while you are starving

Its a fun place for kids with cool activities... its a bit pricey, but worth it if you have a couple of hours to kill. Havent tried the food yet, but theres a few places to charge your phone while your kids play...They also need to do a better job at putting the wristbands on people and stamping the receipt or something cuz I see all types of trading wristbands and stuff to get in or get socks and not pay full price!! Thats BS and they need to step security up!

Do not come here on a Friday or Saturday night. Its like a club for teens. Only kids work here, I didnt see one adult working. More then half of the people were just sitting around. $60 dollars for 2 adults just for us to leave in 1 hour. Kids there have no respect. If your not 15, your not going to have a good time. Dont waste your money.

We celebrated our sons 5th birthday here and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything was perfect and or party host Jamal was the BEST. Both parents and kids had a blast, but we expected nothing less as our son would live there if he could!! Very big THANK YOU to the staff of Urban Air Southaven; you all are GREAT!
I went in to purchase two platinum gifts cards with two pair of socks. I was charge $70.32. She put the price of 2 gift cards on ONE gift card. I needed Two gift cards for $35.16 each. She credit my bank account for $70.32. She told me that it might take a few days before I will see it on my bank account. I did it my 2 gift cards for $35.16 each after 45 minutes wait and paid $70.32 on my debit card again. I believe there must be a better way to handle this.
Great place to take your kids to get their restlessness out of their system. New equipment and pretty clean. it would be nice if they had more options for smaller toddlers around 2 yrs of age....but oh well, mine just has to be supervised by myself full time.
Me and my kid have a membership here. He loves it here. But he doesn’t notice stuff like the staff and their behaviors. There was 6 employees behind the concession counter just talking and cursing in front of me and my child. I sent him to go play versus having to hear what they were saying. We constantly have to hunt down employees to have them do the obstacles. Not one one individual had a smile on their face that was working there. I strongly believe the culture of your working environment mean everything.
This review is for the party experience on a weekendIn hindsight if I ever go here again it won’t be on a Saturday. The private host disappeared for far to long was not prepared. It took well over thirty minutes into our time to get checked in and several people had arrived early to get waivers signed. My daughter didn’t get her return pass and I had to ask for the shirt included. Had to ask for the waters that were also supposed to be included. It was packed, frustrating and way too much money for such a poor experience. May try again during a week day with just my daughter and I but I would not recommend this place for a party. The only reason I gave it two stars is the pizza was actually better than I expected.
Really need to work on your staff including management. We have visited this location several times and every single time most of the workers are rude and make it known that they don’t care to be there. I pay for a membership that can’t be cancelled but after our last experience my oldest doesn’t want to go back. My son had a staff member tell him he needs to lose weight. I asked to speak to a manager that never came my way. Instead I was asked by another staff member if he could handle the situation because the one in question was new. My son was then embarrassed and told he misunderstood what was said. Then the staff member that made the comment looked me in the eye and told me my other child is the one who said it and my son was lying. I waited an hour to speak to the manager only to watch her and the employees gather to talk and laugh and watch us like we had done something wrong. This is completely unacceptable and I will make sure that this reaches every single person that needs to know.
Great place friendly staff reasonable priced admission,drinks and food. Large variety of activities for all ages. And already looking forward to having our sons sons next birthday there.

Its near the house thank God. Im tired of driving to Memphis or across town. The kids had a blast. Love the price, I paid 30 dollars for the day and it covers everything they wanted to do. They had a food station. Food was terrible, pizza was dry and cold, fries was cold. Paying that price like that for the food not worth it . No you cant come out to your car after you pay for your ticket. Parents you can as long as you didnt pay to play yet. I dont recommend for children under 5yrs of age.

Wildly unorganized and chaotic due to poor design and inefficient staff members. This place may be fine during low traffic times but the logistics of the self-serve kiosk, locker rental and obtaining your wristband and socks is clumsy and time consuming. Moving on, the women’s restroom was poorly kept; one stall down, another not serviced and the final one without tissue. I then sent my niece to play and began my 1+ hour long wait of standing in the food line and then waiting for our simple orders; there was never more than one staff member on the register and one staff assisting. Kids will have tons of fun because why wouldn’t they, but if you like any modicum of order, this isn’t it.

A great and fun place for a family. But there is a issue with safety. Your kids can just run out the building without any staff stopping them. I feel there should be some one at the front door since the small kids area is at the front by the door. Also they should have an adult running the food area because you have kids taking orders and messing up. A lady sent her order back 3 times because they was bringing her the wrong thing out. So there is space for some improvement.

This place is seemingly incredible from the door, until you get inside. The staff is seemingly high schoolers who should be on Ritalin. Lana, was my representative and it went downhill. Communication and customer service can’t be a requirement for employment. I stood in 3 lines, prepared to make a monthly commitment of $34.99. However, I kept being told I was in the wrong line, never being told which line was the right line. Congratulations, what could’ve been a yearly membership for a family of four, ended up being a lousy one night stand.
We were celebrating our daughters 10 year birthday this weekend. We always have big parties for our children, so money was not the issue. I like to give feedback on good and bad service. My daughter and her friends had a great time, the food was very good and our party host did an excellent job handling 31 kids by himself. This review is more about inept management and poor customer service on the manager’s part. When booking the party, we were told that a room could host 40 kids. It turns out; the room will probably accommodate about 20 comfortably. If you go over that, they wont bring you any chairs, so be prepared. My wife purchased gift cards at a 50% off sale during the Holidays, specifically for this party. When we got ready to check out after the party, all of the cards had been loaded incorrectly by the very same manager last month. She tried to say that we had spent the money on the cards which was ridiculous. Fortunately my wife had her receipts to prove the purchase. We had misplaced one of our gift cards for $100.00 and the manager acted like it was foreign company so she couldn’t lookup the card and replace the lost card despite us having the receipt of purchase. She seems as though she really needs more training on the system. Neither here nor there we found it later at home. Secondly, we asked about Military discount and she offered a $2 dollar discount on an 800.00 bill. Its nice to know what they think of our military. Overall,it was a great party, but typically the manager of a place is the most knowledgeable where as it was the total opposite here. You should be fine goingthere as long as you don’t have to deal with the manager. Good Luck!!!
Took my son and a friend on a Saturday afternoon. They had a good time but the facility is very loud, chaotic, and unorganized. I waited 25 minutes in a food line just to get a Coke. Lots of staff running around in orange shirts looking like they are lost and dont know what to do. I came back to my table with my phone and computer on it and a group of people were sitting there because we aint got nowhere to sit. Kids had fun, miserable experience for me. Hint, look at Main Event, they have ample tables, easy to order food, and TVs for parents. I was very willing to spend more money on food but no way I was going to stand in the food line again.
Terrible sign in system for parties. Extremely long lines...only 2 systems had working printers. Unattended babies everywhere getting ran over by big kids. It was nerve wrecking. Sky Zone wasnt like this....I guess the size matters.

Dont get me wrong everyone is friendly and working hard they are just overwhelmed. Wont be back until this is fixed.

I would have agree with another post regarding the staff. This is a wonderful place for a child to burn off energy. Very clean however I will say some of the staff members are impatient to deal with children. Most of them a pretty young but thats were training in customer service comes in.Im with my son and monitoring him the entire time. He wanted to attempt the warrior course and got scared, instead of the worker saying something she just blowed a whistle. At one point I had to tell her maam hes just tryin to reset. The young lady at the other end bad attitude. I told my son just to walk his way out. It took a boy that she (girl at the end) was playing with to ask him if he wanted help and he jumped in with no problems.We were on the trampoline when I fell down as I was getting up a worker came and said,Maam you cant sit down . I replied, with Dang, I just fell. The people working with the food were very nice and that stopped me from leaving. Im going to try this location again but I hope they think about training the young people how do de with children and guest a little better.

This place is super fun for kids and even adults. I understand the reason for rules and that its important for safety but lord have mercy those workers are super strict and blow the whistle every 5 seconds to the point of irritation. Some workers diplayed bad attitudes and didnt understand that some children who are 2 or under dnt quite understand why theyre being yeld at. Again I understand the importance of rules and how they must be followed but if there is parent accompanying the child everywhere making sure theyre safe I dnt see the reason to have to be so over aggressive to kids who are just trying to have fun. I also heard a ton of gossip from the workers talking badly about people and their children behind their back which was very rude and inappropriate. I guess they dont think people can hear them. I mean theyre not even discrete about it. The workers alone are the reason I give this place a solid 3. If they would lighten up and not have such attitudes with both kids and parents it would be easily 5 stars hands down. I might come back simply because the kids had such a great time but Im not looking forward to having to deal with that type of behavior and rudeness from the workers.
