I attended Ballroom Dream’s social parties on Friday occasionally, and started taking their online zoom classes when the stay-at-home order began. In the beginning, I didn’t believe I would enjoy dancing through computer lessons, but to my pleasant surprise, I actually enjoyed it and now I come back week after week. All the instructors (Dasha, Matt and Greg) are great, and make dancing easy to follow, whether it’s for couples or for individuals. Lessons are well prepared and organized. Most importantly, they are friendly and encouraging, in time like this all I need is motivation to keep dancing! They even offer Friday socials, which are fun zoom gatherings with games and dancing that lasts whole two hours. Everyone is sweating by the end and having fun. I highly recommend this studio’s classes whether in person or online!

I came to Ballroom Dream looking to expand my knowledge in dance. I found a new family of friends. Dasha has created a fun and inviting atmoshphere. I look forward to the Friday Night Socials and the group classes are engaging. Im currently training Pro-Am Smooth competitions with my instructor Matt. Such a wonderful experience.

I love this beautiful studio! The instructors are kind and welcoming, as well as very experienced and knowledgeable. I started out knowing absolutely nothing, and in a few weeks I was feeling comfortable with the culture of dance. I got so much exposure to the types of ballroom dance and my curiosity was always encouraged by the instructors! In order for me to learn something, the type of environment is important, and I could not have felt more inspired and acknowledged.Besides this, there are lots of opportunities to work with the instructors on becoming a better dancer. My goal is to be a good social dancer, and I always want to have dance be a part of my life. So, there are socials here every month, and group classes on many dance types. Not only this, you can customize your own group class with a bunch of friends, if you wanted to do so. If you want to do competitions, there are opportunities here as well, and again, the vast experience of the instructors makes all your work towards competitions completely worthwhile! And if competitions are not your thing, there is a student showcase, which allows you to be as creative as you want!If you have always wanted to dance, give this studio a try. I did, and my life has become brighter and more fun. I knew a lot of the benefits of dance before I started coming here, but to experience it all finally is a small dream come true for me. Dasha created our first dance and it’s perfect for our wedding! My husband never danced before, and Dasha was very patient with us. She’s able to modify the dance based on our experience level, at the meantime make sure the dance itself still looks gorgeous. We got a lot compliments for our first dance! Thanks again!

I had an amazing time working with Dasha! I did my first dance and my father-daughter dance with her. She was wonderful and made everything so easy. She was totally understanding and did her best to fit us into her schedule every time. She really taught us well and I highly reccomend her! I did my sweet sixteen dance with her, my sister did her sweet sixteen dance with her, and we will continue to come back every time we need it. She is the best!!

My wife and I took ballroom classes at this studio for our first dance at our wedding and I could not be more thrilled. Dasha was our instructor. We wanted to make our first dance special and memorable so I searched for dance lessons in Central Jersey and found this amazing studio! We took a total of 6 lessons with Mila, who was super patient with us and created a beautiful first dance for us. She created the most perfect dance for us and was the sweetest person to work with! The studio is large and there was always plenty of space for us to practice. They were also super accommodating with our busy schedules. We got a lot of compliments on our dance! My fiance and I decided VERY last minute (2 days before) to take a dance lesson for our wedding. The studio brought in an instructor who was actually off that day to provide the lessons. In 2 hours, we were able to learn some basic tips on ballroom dancing as well as some nice choreography for our first dance. Appreciate the flexibility, availability and help!

What the coaches instill in their students is a lot more than just techniques. I love going to the studio on weekends and watch the little ones practice with such confidence and poise. All the parents patiently seat in folding chairs for hours until all the lessons, classes and practice are done. Coaches talking to parents and help them with anything after lessons as if they are all family members. Its just a positive and inspiring place to be. One can only imagine how well these young students dance training will guide them in other areas of their lives as they grow into adulthood...

I have been apart of this studio for 5 years and I love it! The atmosphere is filled with people who want to learn the art of ballroom dance. Great place for people of all ages who want to dance. Very spacious floor, compared to other studios, and very clean almost never slippery! They also host parties for adults that are always a great way to relax and learn at the same time! The owner has been one of my first teachers and she is a great standard coach and studio instructor. The teachers that work there have a strong both standard and Latin level. The prices are moderate, but its worth it for the amount of knowledge you get from the lessons. In all, a Great studio to be apart of. Visit it!

Awesome dance lessons! They choreographed the first dance for our wedding and it was spectacular. The instructors were very patient, fun and professional. I definitely recommend them for choreographing dance routines or simply taking dance lessons.

This place is amazing. Professional teachers. My daughter loves to go there for the social events they have for kids. Recently, they created a new amazing dancing class - Dance Fusion. This class incorporates many different dance elements that make you want to dance all night long. If you or your kids ever want to learn how to dance, this is the right place.

Excellent place to learn dance! My fiance and I signed up to take private classes for our wedding dance and it has been amazing. We have spent 6 sessions so far, and things have progressed leaps and bounds. Our instructor Jennifer is amazing. The other instructors often stop over to give tips or help out, which means you are getting more than one instructor in one lesson some times.We looked at several other locations to take classes, but this place definitely has the service, flexibility, and right stuff to take you to another levelWe even plan to continue taking classes after our wedding.I highly recommend you check this place out!

Ive been attending classes and privates at this studio for a few months now and Im so happy I found them! The instructors and staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I was initially quite nervous about learning to dance since it looked so elegant and complex, but they break the moves down and take their time with you, making learning an incredibly enjoyable experience!

Ballroom Dream Dance Studio is a great place to learn that next new hobby you are looking for. The instructors and people you meet at Ballroom dream will make you feel welcome even after you trip over your feet thousands of times. Like anything practice makes perfect is the saying so as long as you are willing to keep on trying after you fail you will be fine (baby steps). Ballroom dream offers many different group classes that you can drop in on during the week which range from salsa, west coast, and so much more.The atmosphere when you walk into the studio is contagious you will want to keep coming back no matter how far away you are. (I’m three hours away for school and I just want to get back home to dance). I’ve searched for places near my college in York, PA and I haven’t found anything close to what ballroom dream studio has to offer.I really enjoyed the time I spent with everyone at Ballroom Dream. Dasha Sushko does a really fantastic job with the studio and it’s definitely one of a kind. Good luck with your dancing and hope to see some new faces when I go back home!!! Great dance studio not very far from New Brunswick. They have both ballroom and Latin dances, as well as dance classes for every level - from beginners to advanced. Come by yourself, or with a partner, and you wont be sorry!

My fiance and I are not the most graceful people in the world, but the fine instructors of Ballroom Dream did an amazing job choreographing a first dance for us. We purchased the 5-pack wedding dance package and Highly recommend it for anyone stressing out about their dance! The dance went perfectly and cant say enough good things about our instructors EJ and Jennifer!

We took two lessons with Steve, to learn a first dance for our wedding. He made it easy to learn and remember the steps and it was such an enjoyable time for us. We surprised all of our guests when we broke out into the choregoraphed dance that Steve put together for us and helped us learn. It made our special day that much more special, and have been recommending your classes to all our friends. We look forward to coming back and taking more classes.

My husband and I realized we were terrible dancers just a month and a half before our wedding. We went to Dasha at Ballroom Dream and we are so glad that we did. In just 5 lessons,she choreographed and taught us our first dance. Everyone at the reception was so impressed with it that they told us it looked like we had been dancing together for years. I started dancing at Ballroom Dream three months ago. I joined as a single dude that enjoyed music, but never danced formally. I was looking to meet new people, and start a new hobby.I took Intro to Dancing with Nadine. It was a very beginner friendly class - Nadine took the time to explain each step in the dances, but I also got plenty of time to practice with other women in the class. Soon, I began attending their socials - I was a nervous, clumsy dancer, and now I can dance most of the patterns Ive learned in group lessons. Im currently taking Club Latin Mix with EJ - hes corny & hilarious, and his classes are lots of fun.The instructors - EJ, Nadine, Dasha, Jennifer - are really fantastic. They care about helping you improve your dancing, and are super approachable. If youre a beginner and youre considering picking up dancing, I strongly recommend starting with group lessons at Ballroom Dream. If you like it, you can take multiple group lessons and progress in your dancing ability quickly.

We have been in the dancing world for 7 years prior to joining Ballroom Dream Dance Studio but after joining this studio, our experience here is nothing short of amazing. My kids are both competitive dancers in Latin and I feel like they are truly being nurtured to achieve their very personal best here in this studio unlike anywhere else! Their coaches Slavik Legkovenko and Mila Legkovenko are amazing, talented and giving professional dancers and coaches that find a special connection with each student on a psychological level. The student owners, Dasha and her husband are extremely helpful and supportive in every way. In addition to private lessons, a variety of group lessons are available including ballet stretching, strong technique and run-through on a weekly basis. Extra attention is also provided from every other detail including costume and make-up tips, advice and assistance. Ballroom Dream Dance is also hosting famous teachers from all over the world and provide a very healthy, open door policy for all which encourages great sportsmanship. This is very refreshing to see in the Dance World. For the first time in many years, I feel like my children and their dancing career are in excellent hands and their dancing career matters not only to me and my family, but to our coach and the studio. What can I say? I love this studio. It feels like home.It was about 4 months ago now that I decided to take up dancing. A friend of mine inspired me to learn how to swing dance. I researched studios in my area that offered swing classes and stumbled upon Ballroom Dream. From day 1, I was welcomed in like family. The first west coast swing group class that I attended was the last class of an 8 week cycle. I didn’t know a thing relative to others in the class, but I was still welcomed in and felt included.All of the people that attend this studio are so warm and friendly. We all share a common passion! We love to dance! I couldn’t imagine a better environment for my dance instruction.The owner of the studio, Dasha, is such a wonderful person, beautiful dancer, and excellent dance instructor. Dancing is her passion which she takes very seriously. There is no doubt you are learning from the best. And she has such a love for her “kids”-The Dream Team! These kids are amazing. They take my breath away every time I see them perform. I aspire to be as good as them!If you are interested in learning how to dance for fun, the group classes are a great and inexpensive way to learn the steps. The group class dance instructors, Jennifer, EJ, and Steve are amazing! Such good people and so much fun to spend class with!If you are looking to take your dancing to the next level, the studio offers private lessons. And if you are really serious about your dancing, they will train you for a competition!On top of all that, the studio holds socials three times a month (every first and third Friday and every last Sat). There is always an hour lesson at the beginning of each social that is included. This is the perfect time to practice everything you are learning in class and learn some new things too! I have only been taking group classes in west coast swing and salsa. Everything else I have picked up by attending socials and dancing with people! At this point, I know the basic steps in most ballroom dances: waltz, foxtrot, rumba, hustle, cha-cha, meringue, samba, east coast swing, night club 2 step, country 2 step, and tango! So much fun!Also noteworthy, you don’t need to come to any class or social with a dance partner. We continually rotate partners in group classes and we all dance with one another at socials. It is a very friendly environment. And the dance instructors are there at every social to dance with too!Overall amazing place to learn to dance! You can always drop in and attend a group class or social to see for yourself! I highly recommend it! :)

Ive taken both group and private ballroom, latin, Argentine Tango classes at Ballroom Dream, and the quality is excellent. Teachers Jen, EJ, Eduard and owner Dasha are top-notch and teach you how to move and dance with a partner, not just do steps. They can teach both standard and international, and care about your improvement.Their Friday night socials are very good, with 2 very useful lessons at 7pm and 8pm. The crowd is friendly, relaxed, and not pretentious. Theyre trying to improve the food and refreshments, but its rarely interesting. Bring your own favorites.Update, December 2016:High quality of private class teaching (Jen and EJ). Socials are well structured, friendly, with good breadth and quality of music. Well organized classes at socials (Jen, Dasha, EJ); good amount of material --- not too much, superbly explained, demonstrated, and attendees are given good number of repetitions to learn. Rotation of partners nicely introduces and integrates newcomers.

Was staying in the area for a week for work and wanted to do something different. Ive danced before socially but wanted to ad to my moves. Initially I was put off by the recent low ratings however it seems like someone has an axe to grind, perhaps an instructor who was let go, Unfortunately this type of spam isnt being addressed by Google. However Facebook, Groupon and the rest were reassuring!In any event I did a few drop ins - a latin and mx group class and had a great time and a workout. This is a top notch facility with excellent vibe and instructors - and a great value. No complaints at all!
