Love the theater and I’m anxious to get back to seeing movies at the theaters. Just wish after being absent for so long the movies were worth seeing.

Mixed reviews: The bathroom was clean (thank you), movie was clear, and sound was good. The lobby and theatre were not clean. The crew was leaning on the counter and there were no customers besides us. We were in the lobby 15 minutes and they never moved except to talk to another employee. Popcorn all over the lobby floor, straw wrappers on the dirty tables, etc. (If theres time to lean, theres time to clean). Our cupholders in the theatre had crud in them. We certainly did not use them. Who knows whats in there! I doubt well be returning.

The leather recliner’s are HUGE and clean and you have so much space. You also get to reserve you seats when you buy your tickets online, I love that! Can’t wait to get back!!

Comfy chairs. Very comfy chairs. I usually go here instead of the Westbrook one. Because of comfy chairs. Did I say the chairs are comfy, because they are VERY comfy. Like a little butt pillow.

The renovations were well worth the wait. The stadium seating with recliners is so luxurious. The bar is gone, but I rarely saw it used. There parking lot is also in better shape. Service is usually great and quick. You can purchase tickets at any register now and get your snacks at three same time. I miss the football games.

The best theater in the area, very comfortable. Nothing stands out otherwise, no unique snack or beverage options, the snack bar tends to close early which sucks if youre trying to squeeze in a popcorn refill before they are supposed to close. They could clean the theater a little better as well, but we tend to go to the last showing of the day, arguably the worst time to go in terms of cleanliness.

Due to covid-19 movie theaters are going to be opening soon and I have to warn people if u to go to the movie theaters be warned that you may get covid-19 covid-19 is here to stay people youve been warned

This theater is fantastic. Lazy boy recliners, spacious, an all around cozy experience. This will be my new place to watch movies. I would recommend this theater to anyone looking for comfort in a movie watching experience.

Never had a bad experience at Cinemagic, really hope that they continue to impress. I remember before the came to Maine we would drive to Hooksett to see movies with them. Keep up the good work guys!!

Very comfortable. Wide reclining seats. Plenty of room. Reasonably priced tickets. Refreshments are expensive just like any other theater.

Not very good service at this location. Cashiers don’t understand how to sell snacks. Overcharging for popcorn, did not accommodate at all at time of confusion. Also would be good to get discounts for kids tickets, but this option is not available here unfortunately. I try to stay away from this location as it seems expensive for the service you get. Nickelodeon and Falmouth theaters are a much better choice!

Easy to order ahead online. Customer service was nice. Everything was very clean. Sound was great.

This is no office to the theater, but a heads up or down to those who get cold easily. I’ve been there 2xs at different seasons, and froze. Today I had my duck/ goose down long coat and couldn’t feel my feet by the time I left. It was hard to enjoy, or even like the movie because I was so un comfortable. So, for those who get cold, take a big blanket !!!!

The auditoriums are really nice. The bathrooms, however, are atrocious. The family bathroom is torn up and in disrepair. The mens room has non-working urinals, and the womens room has several toulets, soap dispensers, and a hand dryer that are out of order. Ticket prices are not going down. Why arent they keeping up the restrooms?

Great place kathy in the snack bar and zack were amazing! The seats are very comfortable and was a warm and pleasant environment! Will be coming ba k again thank you!!!

A nice quite theater with great reclining seats. My regular go to theater for a quick afternoon or evening movie. Bathrooms need an update but the rest if the facility is great.

This is my favorite movie theater in the area. Comfy reclining seats, always clean, tons of parking, lots of bathrooms. Whenever possible I go here and I buy my seats in advance and show up a few minutes before the movie starts. Highly recommended!

Sat in the front row of the new Spider Man. Pretty good seats honestly. Couldnt find a bad seat in the room. The staff was also very friendly and the prices were very applicable. My favorite Maine theatre

Sunday afternoon with my son. I spent $36 on tickets, popcorn and a drink. I ask them for a cardboard container. They ask why and I say so my son can have own container. They said that WILL NOT give me a 5 cent piece of cardboard BUT they would sell me an empty small bag for $1.I will have a hard time returning to this theatre. Family friendly? $1 for an empty bag?Be a place where people want to go again because they feel appreciated or keep losing customers to people staying at home to watch movies.

I had a wonderful experience there, the chairs were very comfortable. When you walk in the doors so clean, notice they had a mini arcade and a photo booth. The movie and sound effects was awesome.If you go on a Wednesday the tickets are discounted. I havent been out for a while and have to say it was worth it! great theater day!

This is a great movie theater! I love that they offer couches with a moveable arm rest. If only this theater were closer to us, we’d go here every time we chose to go to the movies!

Bring your own food, bottle of bug spray, and some Clorox wipes in case you need to use the restroom. This place is way overpriced, the theaters are infested with bugs, and the bathrooms are nasty. Your small bag of stale popcorn is going to run you just as much as your ticket into the theater. The bugs are piled up in the lights on the walls, And flying in your face as your trying to watch the movie. Though, to top it all off... there is actually blood on the wall in the restroom, and feces on the outside of the toilet.For your own protection: just wait for the movie to come out on DVD.

Great experience because of couches. Bad service and employees booked the same seats for two different couples and told us to go to the wrong theater. So much bad service. But great experience with the large seats

Wow what a great recliner. Saw two movies here in two days and had a great experience each time. Friendly staff, great concession options, and clean theaters. And yes, the chairs are extremely comfortable! Check this place out on your next movie.

The theater had just had some pretty substantial renovations. There are now wide, comfortable recliners to sit in. Also tickets are sold through the automated kiosks which makes for a short wait buying tickets. Theater are clean and well maintained. There is also a nice little bar if you are early for your movie. Popcorn is really good. The staff has always been friendly and the loyalty program gets you some decent rewards over time.

Premium reserved seating, no lines, concessions and ticket prices are exactly as you would expect.. overpriced, but the comfort of the theatre seating is totally worth it. Staff has always been awesome as well!

Sound & no picture during the previews, so we let the staff know, and was told it was something that always happens. They didnt do anything about it until after the movie started with no picture! We sat there for 40 minutes while the numbskulls worked on it. My advice to the slimey unhelpful staff children, take a class in Customer Service!!

Saw the Downton Abby movie here. The seats reclined. Comfortable.

The slightly higher cost keeps this location free of screaming children and amazingly comfortable seating. Senior discounts and more food choices than popcorn and over-priced candy! Very clean and staff is friendly!!

I love the recliners, but I am too tall so my feet hang off the end of the foot rest and it gets uncomfortable. At least the seats are big enough I can pull my feet up some by sitting at an angle. Everything thing else is great here, the sound and picture quality are great, and I love being able to reserve seats online, so you dont have to show up 30 minutes early to get a good seat.

Upgraded to the recliner type seats but I dont think they fully recline like some theaters. You will be asked to pick your seat when you buy a ticket but if its not crowded, you can sit where you like. Lighting is better than most theaters so finding your seat is a little easier. Very nice upgrades to this location.

Just renovated. Love the reclining seats. Place is very clean and the staff are very nice and polite. Due to it being smaller than other cinemagics its quaintness makes it my favorite.

Great place to kick back and recline. Plus it has priority seating, so you pick where you ale and to sit. So make sure you get your tickets early.

Great movie theater! Ive been taking friends, and family here for years. Im so happy with the recent upgrade of seats and lobby. Would have rated it 5 stars but the parking lot needs a lot of work. Very bumpy and tons of pot holes. All around great place, new and current movie selection, hardly any lines, and lots of diverse movie times.

When you pick up your tickets, you get to pick where you would like to sit (reserved seating). The seats are amazing. You can recline just like you would if you where at home. The service was awesome. My overall experience was fabulous. Would recommend going.

The staff is always polite and the theaters are clean. The sound system is grest and the seats are very comfortable. We have seen this theater go through a number of changes and like this one the best.

The upgrade it really nice. I love the electric recliners. Finally a truly comfortable seat. Aside from someone leaving chocolate in the seat apparently that melted onto my back pocket.. Imagine those thoughts...... It was a good experience

I’ve currently been standing in line for 15-20 minutes waiting to be served. There is two people behind the counter and I just heard another person say they are NEVER coming here again. The staff is horrible/taking their time acting like they don’t know what they are doing. This is sad. I always buy dinner when we come to the movie and this is just ridiculous. I’ll definitely go to the one in Westbrook or Saco over this hell hole. I just heard another person waiting in line for the 6:30 Lion King movie day they could do tomorrow since they’ve been waiting in line so long. So bad. Shaking my head.

This theatre was recently remodeled. The appearance is up to date, the concessions offer a very diverse selection, and the new reclining seats are very comfortable. I like being able to buy tickets and reserve seats ahead of time.Picture and sound quality are top notch. All of this made the movie going experience quite enjoyable.

I love the seats! Recline and relax. Very comfortable. Only drawback is that the recliners are in pairs so for anparty of 3, someone is sitting alone or awfully close with a stranger.

Love the new reclined seats. They are so comfortable and no one will ever be in your way. Reserve seating is very nice. The only problem is the parking lot. There are so many large holes, and the parking spaces are small. Just walking to my vehicle after the movie, I noticed 2 drivers couldnt get in their vehicles because someone had parked too closely to them. Try to get a spot away where you wont be boxed in.

Reserved seating and reclining chairs - you cant go wrong. Minus one star for making me fall asleep in almost every movie.

They keep the place pretty clean and there new chairs are comfortable. It does make it harder to get tickets since there is less seating so arrive early or buy your tickets in advance. Their movie pass is a great deal for those that go at least once a month.

Food was cold 30 bucks on food 20 on movie

Love the electric reclining leather loveseats. Great sound quality, comfortable climate control, but the price gouging is a little much. I bought an astronomically priced large popcorn, and I just needed a small bag to put some popcorn in for my kids to share... they charged me $2.00 for 2 empty bags. This was after a five minute conversation between a manager and concessions worker on how to handle a large soda that was accidentally rung up as a medium. After much deliberation they reluctantly just gave me a large soda. The trip for four of us cost a little over $85.00.

The staff at Clarks Pond Cinemagic are always very pleasant and curtious. We always enjoy visiting this Cinemagic to see a movie.

We went here to see the Endgame premier and I wish Id stopped an hour short and just went to the theater in hookset. It was a sponsored event and none of the staff knew what was going on. They told me extra popcorn salt can only go on the unpopped kernels, which has never been the case at any theater Ive been to. We also had to get our tickets at the concession stand because of the promotion and the person that took our order didnt explain that to us so we had to walk back and wait in line again to get our tickets.The reclines in the room we were in werent comfortable and the sound was just okay. The movie quality itself was solid but not worth the price of admission for all the other stuff.

First time here since the remodel. What a great experience. We reserved our seats online. Ticket taker was really helpful and friendly. Best.Seats.Ever. Electronic reclining leather seats are so comfortable. Great theater!

Clean comfortable seating. Though watch how you sit or you may regret it by end of movie. Minus one star for lack of... human interaction. You walk up to a counter and purchase your ticket from a machine. When I walk up to a counter I like to be helped by a person. If I wanted to help myself I would walk up to a free standing kiosk.

Recliner movie theater seats looks newly remodeled. Pretty nice. The sound is a little quiet though.

Such a great theater. We got the pretty close top the movie starting and still got good seats. It is such a comfy seat and good distance from the people around you.

Unbelievable! Makes you feel you are actually getting your moneys worth. New, big recliner seats. Reserved seating. So much room, you can recline fully and people can still walk by you!

I didnt realize they have huge (leather?) Powered recliners! Made that long movie much more comfortable as I was able to stretch out. Very spacious.

Its nice. Reclining seats.. But it just cost too much. I can wait until it comes out of the theatres and sit in my own reclining chairs cheaper.

We went there on grand reopening day. It is beautiful with comfy seating and the most friendly staff Ive encountered for quite some time. I recommend it to as all movie goers.

Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle was a good movie.The seats were insanely comfortable. They are recliners. Plenty of leg and arm room. The seat allowed me to watch the movie without my sciatica driving me insane with pain.This is my new favorite seating style and theater.

Quite simply the best theatre in Maine, no one else is close. Luxurious leather seating that reclines, huge spacing between seats and between rows. Top of the line video and audio. Reserve seating online. And inexplicably NOT crowded during weekday & Sunday evenings, or the 9pm-ish showings on weekends!

The new chairs are so great and comfortable, speaking from a short person perspective. There is less seating space but comfort is nice.

Watched aquaman with some friends had fun but I was shocked at the prices $5.00 for just one bottled aquafina water 16.9 fl oz standard! And we were a group of four that would be $20 just for 4 waters I cant believe it and also we got reclining seats and m was broking so the entire time i had the chair fully reclined but the button didnt work so I couldnt adjust it for comfort. but overwise the movie was decent not my favorite experience there or movie but we had a good time.

Really like the remodel. The new seats are great, love being able to reserve seats ahead of time. There is not a bad seat bu I have a large family and knowing we can sit together is key. Probably my favorire 2d in door theater now.

One of our favorite theaters. It is located in a run down plaza but the theater is clean and modern. For us, the best part is that this is not a destination for kids so there is no need to face a wall of adolescents as you might at other locations.

Very comfortable. Speakers in theater 3 were not as loud as most places Ive been. I liked that, but those who like it loud might not.
