Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Recently reopened, Sky Zone has been taking extra precautions to ensure everyone is safer such as enforcing mask use and private parties and disinfecting zones. Had so much of a good time that my age caught up to me and Im feeling sore throughout parts of my body. Although some reviewers have complained about ticket prices per hour, we managed to find some promo codes and made it incredibly cheap for the amount of fun (and exercise) we had.

Quite disappointed with our experience here this past Saturday. We were happy to find some place fun and safe for the kids to burn off some energy as they love skyzone and we parents had a plan to do some axe throwing to pass the time. When we got there it was great, so few people and everyone seemed to be following the mask protocol but by the time we were leaving there were so many kids running around with their mask under their chin and EVEN MORE ADULTS NOT EVEN WEARING MASKS! I counted at least 8 adult guests on our walk back out of the place walking around with no mask or a mask pulled completely under their chin. Walking around where my kids (ages 10 and 12 and wore their mask the correct way the entire 90 mins) were supposed to be having a fun/safe time. Very disappointed! There were plenty of staff who could clearly see these adults walking around without a mask and should have said something. And before you get on me, yes i know if i were concerned i couldve stayed home but we went there based on the website assuring us, and I quote: Facial masks that cover the mouth and nose are required at all times while in the building. I want to support businesses who are trying to survive in these trying times when it can be done safely and appreciate those who make a way to be safe but you NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH!

Let me just clarify, your manager Brendon, did not even acknowledge my presence or intial request. He sat at his offfice desk and talked through the young lady working in the front. He clearly heard me speaking to the young lady because he would reply before I even finished speaking. He was not willing to listen, nor provide a refund. Which is why I stated I would be contacting my credit card company. He was very snarky and rude...I would give them ZERO stars, if that was an option. I recently received charges on my bank statement for my 2 memberships. The manager was arguing with me about an email that he stated I received for the reopening of the facility. I did not in fact receive it. He stated I could not be refunded because I received the email. Although he could not confirm that it was actually sent out. That is a blanketed defense for this company to steal peoples money, who have invested in their membership. Apparently Covid 19 and your familys safety is not important enough to this company to do the right thing! Disgusting is all I have to say! I have spent thousands of dollars at this facility, birthday parties, jump sessions and glow sessions. I will never step foot in this establishment again!

Was very nicely treated during Covid. I opted for the mini private play w my family. Just us and the staff. They have been cleaning the facility well. Use of masks enforced. Thank you for a safe option during the pandemic

My first time here but for the kids it’s not lol, facility is clean and spacious during this pandemic. Staff is really friendly, the kids are enjoying themselves. Couldn’t ask for much else.

Fun place but lost 2 pairs of shoes. Of course there are lockers available but plenty of racks for jackets and shoes. Took a locker for purses, keys phones but didnt realize someone could steal shoes that 2 pairs which leads me to believe its not an accident and definitely not acceptable. Very shocked that in less than 15 minutes we lost 1 adult pair and 1 kids pair of shoes. Otherwise place is lots of fun for adults and kids. Some kind of accountability from management would be better to retain customers rather than asking to file a police complaint.. Long lines over weekends, even if you have bought online/Groupon.

First of all the price for the service is astronomical. We paid the same price for everyone adults and children under 3. The staff has a median age of 17. We attended a birthday party and I would never go back again. The food was served cold and half cooked. The soda was warm. The server had a hard time keeping her pants on, literally holding them up. They give you an hour to jump and it took the party planner 30 minutes just to get the small party of 14 set up. The staff on the trampolines could care less, no rules, no one cared. It was like letting the zoo out. The kids enjoyed the little time they had on the trampolines. Other then that the place is not recommended. There are other trampoline places that go above and beyond compared to Sky Zone. I am not one to leave long reviews, but for a family of 4 to spend $100-$200 for a few hours of fun is not worth it!

Nice place for kids, has a bit more stff then other trampoline parks. However it is quite expensive.

Staff super unprofessional. Awful customer service. Would not recommend for families because of rudeness. Other places like Rebounderz and urban air are much nicer helpful and have great customer service. This place is not like that. They give u pricing over the phone. Then when you arrive they said that it’s not accurate. Even tho it is on their direct phone line!!!!! Just not cool. Would not recommend. They should at least provide proper information. Or honor prices!

Fun for the kids. Nice, clean environment. Staff are really friendly. A little friendlier than Im used to. Overall, great day out.

Short lines... would have filled waivers at home to save time. Wear socks if your a parent and not jumping to watch kids jump. 75 cents to rent a locker to store shoes and jackets but not a must. 2 Large jump areas and dodgeball area and foam area. Need snack menu posted with prices and have food ready for hungry kids. Nice size place... enjoy!!

The kids had fun jumping and i had fun throwing axes. Great way to kill time while they play. Helpful staff.

Fun place for kids to get alot of energy out on cold or rainy days. My son loves the trampoline dodge ball. Service and food for birthday parties is not that good.

Avoid Sky Zone South Plainfield! Here is why:- limited offerings compared to other sky zones despite a lot of unused space (see photos)- no obstacle course- no curved wall where kids can run up a ramp that slopes until vertical (standard feature at all other sky zones I have been to)- some stuff members seem self absorbed, rude, and make an effort to be as unhelpful, unfriendly, and obstructionist as humanly possible. As other parents have observed in their reviews, there seems to be a definite bias AGAINST Caucasians and Asians. Management has to invest in cultural sensitivity- and anti bias training!Bottom line: the Sky Zone location in South Plainfield is a stowaway rider on the Sky Zone brand despite lacking the important Sky Zone features that justify the ticket price.

Perfect for kids who just want to jump around and have a good time. There are a few jump parks around, but by far this is the cleanest with a staff that is very attentive. Great for birthday parties and Im most pleased that they have a chill zone for parents where they have an option to pay for a massage from a chair...$5 for 15 mins.

It was great! I got stuck in the cube pit but got myself out! It was very fun, I went with two other of my family members as well.

Went here for a birthday party last year, had OK experience.Had to go back & forth between check-in and party area multiple times b/c kept getting conflicting info from employees about if parents need wrist-bands and trampoline socks...employees at check-in say one thing, employees in the bounce area say another. Had to have other parents watch my kids while I made multiple trips sorting it out.Also wasnt a fan that where they have the pizza & cake is in an upstairs section where there is no elevator (or at least there wasnt when I went last year, not sure current status but Id imagine the same). We had to leave the stroller for our small baby downstairs and hold her the entire time...I imagine folks in wheelchairs or elderly grandmas/grandpas would have trouble with the stairs.Aside from the above it was a fun place and all the kids had a good time. I would just advise anyone planning to have a party here to make sure they get some guarantee form the party planner / manager that staff will be properly informed day of the party to prevent issues for your guests like the one Im describing above.

Fun for the kids, we had a birthday party here and it was a good time. Pizza was good in comparison to some of the other kids birthday venues.

What a great thing to do on a rainy Saturday! Everyone had fun and got exercise. The staff were professional and the line, although long, moved right along. About 10 before the jump time ended a promotion was announced to add a half hour for only $5. I had thought about giving an extra hr. And inquired about that but it would have been $10 so since I have four children to pay for just went with the extra half hour. Well worth an extra $20 :)

Attended a birthday party...easy accessible, outstanding staff, clean and safe environment...they organised and supported everything very well..and only suggestion is to serve the hot pizzas.

This was tons of fun. Im so glad I was able to visit this place. There were a lot of activities to choose from within the trampoline park, it was very spacious, and it was well staffed with employees that were glad to answer questions and remind customers of rules for safety. Id definitely recommend this place if youre looking to do something with friends and dont mind getting tired.

Good place for kids but for safety we as parents also have to look out for the kid as there can be chances of someone jumping onnur kid by accident

This place is a joke. We paid for 2 hours of jumping time because my kids love jumping and the foam pit. At no point did the cashier mention that half of the areas are closed including the foam pit. When I raised it with staff half of them had no clue why. Don’t waste your time and money coming here. My kids spent more time at the table with me than jumping. I gave them 1 star but only because there wasn’t an option to give 0 stars

Depends on the town you go to. Some are nice, clean and have good staff that properly monitor. Others are not very clean, staff doesnt pay much attention and the lockers are a rip off. For a large locker its 4 quarters, so you put your stuff in great. But if you need to get in your locker once you open it if you want to lock it again, guess what you have to put in another 4 quarters. Also think some areas should be separated by age. You have a 4 yr old jumping near a 15 yr old who is doing flips. Good chance of getting hurt. Recommend going during opening hours esp if you have little ones.

This is a basic trampoline park, which is fine, but it’s not well managed. The foam pit was closed for repairs and staff kept closing other areas so they didn’t have to monitor them. They were short balls for both dodgeball and basketball. It was disappointing. We’ll try a competitor next time.

Very good yes. Sometime lot people but yes good good happy happy fun time. Service good. Food good yes. I like what I order yes. Atmosphere is good yes. Is best to go on weekday because the little people like to go on weekend yes.

What a disappointment!!!! I would give zero stars if that were an option. I went to a birthday party this evening and the blatant disrespect from the manager of this place was unbelievable! I have never in my life seen such poor management skills. It was a disaster from the start from no host, to no caterer, to a kid hurting himself and the EMS had to come take him out on a stretcher, come to find out this was the second injury of the day. Went to complain to the manager who proceeded to tell the person hosting the party that they were his last straw so what does that even mean??? How do you say that to a customer. Please dont waste your money bc you will regret it!

This place is nice, clean, spacious but definitely needs better management and more staffing. Manager Yolanda was amazing hence we agreed to book this.Then everything went downhill with manager Brender OBrien. We dropped by to finalize and pay for the booking we discussed with Yolanda. We went to the booking counter at 13.00 on 26th October. The said you have to wait because our manager is too busy to talk to you or take booking. Then he came back and said can you come back later ?How ridiculous is this ? I am ready to shell off $600-800 here and he is making me wait or asking to come back later ? Anyway I waited for 30 long minutes and then went to counter asked again and left.There you go skyzone, hospitality industry is all about nice behavior, smile with service. There are plenty of places like this to take my (and my friends, family and neighbors) business.

Horrible staff bad food and it takes almost 20 minutes to make a pretzel. Chips are burnt cheese taste fake. People only focus on the activities. What about how we are feeding are children. My recommendation is dont come. The foam bit has hair and kids are getting irritated from the foam going into there eyes or lungs.

Ill start with my most recent experience. I was here for my neices Birthday party which was supposed to have catered outside food for the adults and kids plus a party host. We had none of the above. They never told us the caterer hadnt showed which they knew at 5 according to the manager and our party was at 8. They were handing out kids socks and no shirts our party room wasnt clean we had no whwre to go and no host to be found...so now we finally are jumping trying to figure out the food with the manager who was so rude and nasty i was beside myself and a parent from our party was right next to us and disgusted as the manager said I was the last straw as if i inconvenienced him by having a party here and paying extra for services which did not exist. In a panic I said forget it well pay for the kids and ill run and get pizza...he then proceeds to threaten to charge us $150 if we dare bring outside food in. We were also supposed to have drinks and me and the parents had to go to the water fountain to fill up bathroom sized cups for the poor kids. This was an absolute disaster from beginning to end and its not cheap. This was my second time here and honestly my last time its so poorly managed...the workers are rude and are no help and do not even watch kids on the trampoline. I witnessed a kid injured while at the party for 45 minutes before emts were called. Absolutely disgusted. Again we received no help no party host no food and were treated like trash as if we were a problem for hosting a party here. They didnt even have the decency to offere a discount on the jumpers for all our inconvenience and troubles.

Seems like a nice place but the staff is rude and the place is dirty. The staff is distracted and spent more time talking to each other than they did watching the kids. They kept closing areas for a birthday party, every time my daughter would find an open area. My daughter spent more time at the table than she did jumping. Total waste of money. Never going back.

Had an absolutely fabulous time, went last week with my cousins we loved playing dodge ball and playing in the foam pit. Shout to court monitor lead Stephanie for facilitating the court monitors and getting a dodge ball court open for us. Had so much fun

Had my boys party here yesterday, it was a great experience! I was running a little late and Erin was very helpful she accommodated us so the kids wouldnt lose any jump time. Very spacious didnt feel crowded. Our party host Sam was so sweet and friendly, he was polite and worked well with my guests! Just one downfall, the pizza was nasty more like a bread stick with sauce .Overall had a great experience the staff I encountered were very nice, i would recommend!

They said it closed at 8:00 pm on Sunday I was there at 7:00 pm and is by close!! I think that you need to work on that!!!!

Im sorry but I went here with my family to have fun. As we walked in we noticed the lights were off and the black lights were on. It was open, but you had to pay 10 extra dollars for a shirt your only gonna wear once just so you could jump. Would not prefer to go on thier special days and only on a occasion such as a birthday.

This is a very clean and big place and I enjoyed my time here. There is an area with a pool of cubes to jump into, a basketball court you can jump from and shoot, dodgeball area to play but you need more than 4 people to play or else it is closed, and a regular trampoline jumping area. The workers are friendly and are there for you for any questions and concerns you may have. There is also a small arcade where you can exchange money for tokens and play. You can also reserve a small or large locker for less than a dollar and they sell socks for $3 that you can put on and jump around in and they are comfy.

I went here with my 3 friends they were all very kind and valued safety especially a man named lil got my sweat shirt when it fell over the fence and another named Isiah who was entertaining when I was playing basketball. Overall great place.

We had a terrible experience today with my daughters 6th birthday party. The kids had fun, but this mom was angry. It started with the party coordinator not coming to get the kids and I had to ask for someone to start our party twice. So we were now running 10 minutes late. The party coordinator did NOT speak to the kids. He led them to a massive space filled with what appeared to be, beyond capacity crowds. There were sometimes 6 children jumping on one small trampoline and none of the employees seemed to care. My 3 year old was jumping and a teenager began jumping next to her and almost really hurt her. It was extremely hot inside the entire complex (at least 85 degrees), as well. Everyone was uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to get to the snack stand for drinks, to the point where I had to bring my own water in from the car. The group was (sort of) led to the party room after an hour (though I did all the work because as I said the party coordinator did nothing.) They brought out only 2 of the 4 pizzas we ordered on time and they only brought pitchers of water even after I reminded them that we ordered other drinks as well. I hope you have a better experience if you go to Sky Zone, South Plainfield, but between the safety issues, heat, and terrible staff that worked there we will certainly not be back.

Amazing place for toddler to play!

My friends and I went to this arena for an intended nice evening out, but unfortunately, this did not happen. We were told that we were not allowed to play in the dodgeball pit for being too old and we need to play against our own age group. However, the staff refused to let myself, my friends, and other customers around our age into the completely empty dodgeball area right across from it. You do not get your money’s worth in this place and the staff is far from helpful.

This place is the ultimate kid birthday party factory. Its really really really loud. The birthday party facilitators are really nice and really try to make it a nice experience for the kids but otherwise be prepared to be surrounded by lots of screaming hyper children.

It was a clean normal sized place with an arcade. There were 5 areas including food and a party room. Kids loved it...

This place is unprofessional, unprepared and hot! When you first come, the staff are unaware of the policies and sign up procedures. I had to stand on line twice because there is no sign for first timers to complete the waiver on the side machines. Out of four computers, only one machine was working with a line of 9 people ahead of me. On top of that, the place is smelly and hot. Would not recommend this location. Go to Springfield!

Nice and clean. Lots of stuff to do. Our wait (for a reserved party!) though exceeded 20 minutes. That never happened before anywhere.

There are only 5 activities, 2 of them closed. 1 was closed, not enough staff. The other was closed, because it was broke. They are under construction or renovations. The kids had a great time, but this place sucks compared to other skyzones.

Such a wonderful experience for my nephew Daniels 12th Birthday! The 3 people that helped to set up his party were excellent and so nice.

It is not as good as the Union location. More features an things to do at Union. The people were very nice tho.

Place is great, love taking the kids there to play and get their energy out. Its great for all ages! Prices to get in are reasonable, prices for food are over priced and wont be buying food there again! I paid $2.15 for a 50 cents size bag of chips! Other than food prices this place is great and recommend taking the kids there.

Some areas are starting to show its wear but overall a great place to bring the kids to blow off some steam for an hour. If you have kids under 6, the Saturday morning Toddler Time discount is worth its weight in gold. Also very popular for kids parties. They do a great job coordinating the chaos with the little ones.

I had my daughter party yesterday. Best decision i have made. it was an amzing experience. Staff were extremely nice, professional and supportive. I loved the manager. :)

Nice place very spaceous, nice for kids parties. Has a lot of scope for expanding the game arena. Big boys and teenagers might find it boring for it just has trampolines, trampoline basketball and again trampoline games. A few gaming consoles. Good for kids 9 and less.

Well its 45 degrees outside and its 45 degrees inside. They have no heat. I went to the manager and I asked them to turn on the heat and she said we dont have a heating system this is a warehouse. I would never come back I recommend that you dont go with your family to support them to try to take our money and not providing a comfortable environment for our children.

First and LAST time I will EVER spend my money at sky zone. The staff seemed very rude, unprofessional, and not to mention sloppy ALTHOUGH there was one gentleman, who I believe was a manager, that was very welcoming. One of the staff members complained about my son getting sick and spitting up on the floor (mind you my son is only 3mos old). After he complained he then tried to apologize which I didnt accept due to the fact that number one it was an accident made by an infant and had he not been so rude I actually would have apologized myself but I didnt. I spoke with the pleasant young man (the manager) and after expressing how I felt I let him know as a first time customer it will be the last time. I saw a lot of rude behavior coming from the staff with another customer as well and let it go even when I felt they were rude to me but complaining about my baby was the last straw. I will not refer anyone nor will I ever return myself. Sorry not sorry

Children always have a ggrreeaatttt time. It would be nice if they had SOMEthing for the parents who dont jump, with children who are old enough to be on their own.

I would give a good overall review but I cant. Business hours for Sundays showed it was open til 8pm. Get there and theyre closing at 4pm because, apparently, Mothers Day is a national @%&!% holiday. We walk in and someone from the staff just shouted it was closed, no explanation. I double-check their posted hours and as I go in to inquire, some lanky little turd is shouting were closed! again. Were like, we @&!%# heard you! The girl at the desk wasnt rude about answering my question but, I didnt appreciate wasting my money on this place. Thank goodness I paid a discounted price but have to wait 10 days for my refund! In conclusion; while its admirable that the staff gets this most holy afternoon off, it was a sh¡++¡ end of the deal for me, the customer. So, suck it! Happy Mothers Day.
