If you are thinking about taking a plein air painting class with Laurie, be aware that she spends most of her time working on her own paintings rather than teaching the students. You get some personal feedback, maybe a few minutes each day, but not enough to make it worthwhile for the price. I recommend you avoid these classes if you are looking for improvement via individual instruction.
