This company is the definition of overpromise and underdeliver. They will lie to you to get as much of your stuff as possible and then sell it at the lowest possible price. They are also super disorganized, dont be surprised if they sell your reserve items even though they didnt meet the reserve price. Extremely disappointed. P.S. Looks like half the reviews on here are from their employees/owners
