Airborne Trampoline Park

We came to the Labyrinth last week. This is a great place for family fun!!! It was very clean and so much fun. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Reagan helped us with the Labyrinth map and fixed the machine and showed us how the cards works.Bryson was very friendly and we saw him cleaning things up very nice. We will for sure go back!!! It was so much fun trying to pass the rooms! They are well thought out and very puzzling!

Went here with my 5 yr old son for a little one on one time. He loved it and I enjoyed our time here. Their little cafe is nice and not over priced in my opinion. Lots of fun stuff for my son to do and it kept us entertained for the 2 hours we were there. I intend to go back later with my wife and some other couples to do the Labyrinth side of the place.

Regan is an awesome staff member that looks out for the kids and makes sure they are having fun. Great place for my kiddos to run around and spend their energy. I will keep coming back. Really appreciate Regan making us feel welcome. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Awesome location. I had originally left a 4/5 star review but the manager, Chris, got back with me on the issue we had and he more than made up for it and explained the situation well. The best feature to this place is their caring and interactive staff. They couldnt have been more polite, helpful and kind to my wife and I and our kids. Sunday mornings are nice because its not super busy. Their prices are fair, the location is clean. The bathroom was well maintained and smelled like vanilla. We would definitely return to this location and our kids had a great time.

Okay now that the cool employee has hopefully gotten his bonus, imma come out and just say that overall this new facility is fine... but dear god how are you going to make a foam pit not even 5 feet deep before it hits STRAIGHT CONCRETE?? did one flip and busted my heel up real bad, and haven’t even been able to walk on it ever since. this is a serious hazard, and i wouldn’t be surprised if some kid breaks his leg soon.

My kids have SO much fun here. The love jumping and also love the giant slide in the guppie area! They had fantastic service, Tony especially. It’s clean and cozy!

Great facility to go and exercise physically and mentally with your kids and/or friends. Great to test out your balance, fears and stability or your knees (in my case). The Labyrinth rooms are so creative and fun. I will only gave 4 stars due to needing to wait at times for staff to be available to do certain activities or access the concessions. Overall awesome place!! Especially with the membership offer.

Had a fantastic time at Airborne with the kids this morning. It’s a great facility with friendly staff and a lot of fun options for the kids. They love it, and I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

Took my Son to Airborne to celebrate his Birthday. He had an absolute blast. Reagan was super awesome. The whole staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. He definitely wants to go there again.

Every time I go to airborne i am treated very kindly. And if my son and i have any questions the staff explains why things are the way they are. Thank you. My son and i loves this place.

Do not sign up for the membership program. They will continue to charge your card even after requesting to cancel the membership after purchasing 3 months minimum. I cancelled it back in August, after using 3 months of membership per contract, and their system has charged my card TWICE since Ive spoken with them 3 times to get a refund. Thats $100 stollen from this company because I have 2 kids that were signed up. I have no confidence that my cc info is even secure anymore. They keep saying theyll fix it, but wheres the fix??? Who can I talk to to get my refund and take my cc out of your system?ETA: Just physically went into the store and Eric the manager was able to resolve this issue. Not sure why this wasnt reported over a month ago when I first started making the rounds of calls, but he said the employees had not cancelled my membership when I asked it to be cancelled. Bumped my review from 1 star to 3 stars, since this is not a hassle that should have taken place.

Love this place so much! Our kids always have such a blast. It’s clean, they have endless activities to do!!

My 6 kids LOVE Airborne! We like to come on Wednesday’s for unlimited jump time. When we got caught behind a birthday party checking in, Ally opened up a new line for us and got us all equipped with the required socks and on our way! Would definitely recommend visiting especially when they finish their new renovations!

Very clean nice place, with an open floorplan. I wish they had places like this when I was a kid. Cash was really helpful good that they have people working there that care about their jobs. Also super clean as well

I absolutely loved coming in and seeing all the things that were available. My family loves going to the labyrinth and the kids I nanny love the trapeze on the airborne side. The staff was so nice. I love that we can reuse the airborne socks and only have to purchase them once. I come as much as possible

We are so glad Airborne has come to South Jordan. My kids absolutely love it. Its so clean, they play great music, weve attended birthday parties there too and it was a blast. Jonah is so so great and patient with the kids and toddlers and we love all the different areas they can explore. Thank you for making it a fun experience to come take the family.

This airborne is so fun and the employees are so nice here. There’s one employee his name his mason and I think he needs a raise!!!!!! Mason is so nice and helpful. And there’s this other employee his name is cash and tony was so cool and nice helped us with games we wanted to do.

Great party for my 11 year old. Bree welcomed our party at the front as we came in and learned each child’s name. Throughout our visit, she continued to call each by name and that made it very personal. I would definitely do a party here again.

Josh and Tony were really great at helping us get checked in and paid. Clean good fun for the kids! My kids especially love the jungle gym are for the younger kiddos.

This place Is so cool. We had a big group (about 30 people, from 8-40 years old) there was something for everyone to do.

We love this location, the employees are all super helpful and kind, & we love the membership option. I would say that the bathrooms could use some improvement because anytime my kids have gone in them they’ve been dirty and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned.

Love taking my son and his friends to airborne in South Jordan! It’s clean, the staff is super awesome, and the kids always have so much fun!

Today was my first visit to this trampoline park with my son and nephews. I was very disappointed, mainly because the wipe- out was closed, and my kids really wanted to play there. I asked the person that was supervising the play zone at that moment, and she said shed rather not open it because she did not have help to supervise the area. However, they did open it for another group. You can imagine how upset my kiddos were. I thought that was included in the $14 pass.

This place is fun. Bree was a cool employee that helped us. Really good staff and price was great too

Did the Labyrinth/Escape room part and loved it! A bit more challenging than I would have thought, would definitely reccommend!!!

Left a review at the Draper location and was not happy with the experience at all! However I decided to try out the south Jordan location and man it was a whole different experience! The management was amazing and so was Tony! I will definitely be returning to the south Jordan location!

Such a great place for tween/teens to hang out. They have such a great time and worth every dime!

It has a lot of things to do, and the staff is great.

This is our first visit here but it wont be our last. We heard about this place when we went down to their facility in Lindon which was amazing. This one lives up to the name in a big way. They do a phenomenal job of creating an environment that is fun and challenging for a diverse age group. The kids had a blast for my daughters birthday party. It would make a great family activity.

We like it here fine— but I can’t justify $15 dollars per hour per child.Otherwise we come a lot more often.These prices are way higher than Lagoon prices.Especially this location— since there’s not as many trampolines or activities to do....For what this place offers it’s worth MAYBE $7 dollars per kid per hour but that’s pushing it. Closer to $5 they’d have more people come.It’s really really weird that they don’t collaborate specials and socks and waivers with the other Draper facility.Depending on the time you come, and get checked in—you don’t even get a full hour most times anyway.$15 for 45 minutes? Lol yeah-no
