Local motion is the worst studio for any dancer to attend. They create toxic environments for the older dancers and other dancers that aren’t on the “good teams”. Dianne is the meanest leader and will literally scream at her students. all the teachers are mean, catty, and clicky. They only care about the money the parents give and don’t care to work on dancers who want to get better. They will let better dancers treat others bad and show favoritism. They put more effort on the “higher teams” rather than the rest. I am so happy I got my daughter out of there after she told me all that happened. Please, it might have good reviews but probably half of those are people who are on the favorites list. They all act like they’re so cool because their dance teachers but in the end of the day. They keep moving around because they are losing dancers and money. Please don’t consider going here for you and your kids mental well being.

Local motion dance has been lovingly teaching dance to my girls for years. They always push the dancers to be their best not only in dance, but in life. They foster the team environment and try to have the teams get good binding time while attending competitions. Definitely a place I see my kids going to until they are too old to dance there.

My daughters have been at this studio for three years . We absolutely LOVE it . The teachers are amazing . They truly care about all their students . They work with dancers on all levels . The choreography is always fantastic for the dances . I highly recommend this studio .

The teachers at this studio create beautiful, entertaining and fun dances for their students. My daughter loves going to dance every dance day. It is her favorite place to be and her favorite thing to be doing. I highly recommend this dance studio for both competitive and non competitive dancers.

Local Motion has been such a good experience for my daughters. The teachers are great and we really appreciate the time they take with the girls to improve their technique and showmanship. My oldest has made many lifelong friends and it has definitely improved her confidence!

Local Motion is so awesome. I danced there growing up and my daughter dances there now. The staff truly care about the girls and want them to succeed and have a positive learning experience. Would highly recommend!

We love LOMO! My daughter is so excited to go to dance each day and a large portion of that passion is the environment Local Motion has created. As a parent, my favorite part about Local Motion is that they focus not only dance but building other life skills too like teamwork, structure, discipline, and self confidence.

All three of my girls have danced at Local Motion, my youngest daughter dances there now. Their teachers are excellent! They have learned to dance, made friendships and how to work as a team. We love Local Motion and we recommend it to all our family and friends!

My three daughters have each been dancing with Local Motion since they were two and three years old. So, almost 10 years. We wont go anywhere else, we love them!!
