We purchased two photo packages of 20 pictures each. They posted 103 pictures for us to review. There were only 7 poses with 4 - 23 pictures each. We could not even choose 20 photos without duplicating the shots. The quality, selection and service is very poor and they were very difficult to work with in getting a refund. We had to dispute it with American Express. We even agreed to take the first package and only refund the second, but they refused. They are very difficult to get in contact with. They showed up late for the appointment.
