Michaels

For a first time trip to Michaels, I really enjoyed myself. The staff were very friendly. I was able to find what I wanted. I took some time to browse around at all the different aisles and products. I should not be allowed to shop unsupervised because I will spend hours in there! Im already planning my second trip back to buy more fun arts and crafts things.

It was awesome. They have awesome Christmas decor to choose from all on sale and yes the line was long to check out but they are amazingly fast and effecient. In and out in no time.

Good location. Helping keep everyone safe by adhering to the CDC guidelines and having visible sanitizing stations. Organized, helpful and clean. Recommend you stop by for arts and crafts supplies or holiday decorations

I just love Michaels really amazing jewelry pieces. I am such a craft person.

Been shopping here for a good while now and the service is always great. The only issue I have is the paint brush section, but I think everyone does lol

They never have what I need! They seem to have an abundance of the same thing. I always need to go to the one in Downey. Which is far. I just wish they had more variety.

They were missing alot if things I needed it was very picked out, and stuff were damaged. I mean its a cool store because they focus on the small details of things u need that. But other than that its picked out

Had a great variety of materials one would need. Only thing was a lack of enamel black paint though, but other than that they had everything I needed.

If the lines are terribly long, dont worry, they go by pretty quickly.

I love this store!! They have so many fun art supplies. The store is big and clean and they have good employees.

This is the type of place to come when Amazon eBay and Walmart cannot serve you in the immediate time of need You come to Michaels. Get ripped off but gain immediate service.

Always a fun store to visit. So much stuff for crafting and they even carry model building supplies albeit a small section.

Return with receipt easy! Line moved fast. Great staff, know where EVERYTHING was located down to the aisle and shelf

The associates in the store not very helpful. You asked them for something that their store should carry and they dont even know where their own products are. No one goes out of thier way to help

Michaels is open! Very glad, perfect for Neices Birthday gift. Great place to buy a gift for a creative child. Good priced. And super friendly staff!

This Michaels is always very well stocked and organized. You can be in and out fast because of that.

My dad doesnt speak english and someone was still able to help. very sweet.

I love how Michaels is always stocked up with yarn.

Bought the rinestones and mirror to do this and it came out very nice, good quality.

Lots of nice things here for the holidays.

Good black Friday sales! Although people arent really maintaining their distance when its time to pay.

Its ok. Its hard to find things there. A lot of things out of stock. Not many baking supplies options

They didnt have ANY kind of organization and the store was a complete mess!!! I regretted walking in and walked right back out

Didnt have what we needed and the floor employees didnt seem to know much..!!

If youre into crafting, Michaels is the place.

Michaels is full on Christmas right now. Regular shelves were looking bare. A lot of out of stocks.

I love Michael they have tons of stuff to keep you entertain and definitely bring out the crafty inner you

I love Michaels they have a selection of almost everything you need for your crafts and deco.

I find micheals fun

I waited like around an hour to enter the store. My sister also ordered 2 grass looking papers yesterday and should have been ready by yesterday. When I came to pick up it took them almost 40 minutes of waiting to get the 2 pieces of grass paper. The experience was over all just OK at best.

Employees are very helpful. Isles are very clean and organized

Even though the store is low in stock on certain items I was able to get couple of things on clearance. The store seems short staffed, but the employees were very nice and helpful.

This place has an amazing vibe, not to mention a very motivated staff ready and willing to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. Bathrooms are also very neat and well maintained. Organization of product as well as aisle labeling is clear, making searching for what you need a breeze!

Nice place to shop for projects and everything is clean and the employees have a good actitud

I was very disappointed they were closing by the time I got there so I didnt get to go inside

Nice costumer service would recommend to go there.

Wonderful Michaels items. Some special sale price

Nice place although not fully stocked. Maybe to covid?

Long slow line, cashiers are so slow and just talking to eachother, no customer service on the floor, not friendly

Its very clean and organized, the staff is polite. Just some how privacy,

Some stuff. Good staff members

Long lines and no customer assistance around the store.

They never have what I need! They seem to have an abundance of the same thing. I always need to go to the one in Downey. Which is far. I just wish they had more variety.

Good place to pickup artsy chicks

I like Michaels they have so many craft supplies and decor. The downside was that I must have went on their load day because boxes and carts blocked every other aisle I needed. Otherwise The staff was great.

I bought a cricut machine there as it was the best deal around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice store environment.

Great customer service

Im an in-store shopper. I found a great cuisinart grinder. I always shop with coupons and I love to look around while im there. I just wish the one on Century was still there. Im in the area of the new stadium. It was replace by an Old Navy. That bites.

You always find what you need

Messy but the people are friendly and helpful!

Everything you need for arts and crafts

Great place.

Service was good but, they were out of the Prisma color pencil set I wanted

They make you wait even though there is like 5 people inside

Love this store

They have a hobby for everyone here!

Full of great items for crafts to decorations

Some good deals friendly staff but some things like custom made frames are outrageous. At 70% off one 24x18 frame was 279.00 regards price almost 800.00 like buying a nice piece of furniture.

Its a pretty decent store. You can usually find some one to help you. Its well organized.

There is a wide variety of arts and crafts and they have good deals. Going on everyday

Place well organized. Had nifty clearance items!

The store is organized and has a variety of crafting related material. However, there arent enough cashiers at times.

Every nice staff

The staff was great and very helpful. Store was a little messy, but I blame the customers. My first time there and will go back again. I was impressed

Very organized and clean. Very nice staff at the friendly at the register

Very neat and organized. Had everything I needed. 4 stars only because check out was backed up and they only had one cashier. I waited in line almost 10 minutes.

Lobe this place! They usually have what Im looking for!

We waited 30-40 minutes in line only 2 registers open and 1 guy was new kept asking the other cashier how to use the registry

Everything was clean and neat staff was friendly but shelf price stickers were confusing

Love to take my daughter for all her parts and crafts supplies

I love arts and crafts

I always find what I need here... from scissors to wide variety of cardstock

Clean, organized and large variety of crafting items. I feel like a kid in a candy store

Super chill. Helpful staff

This store is always clean and organized which makes everything easier to find. Plus the staff here is always helpful if you need anything in the store and I Love checking this store during holidays because they have some interesting necklaces, decor and etc for cheap.

Long lines, slow service and unorganized

I will ALWAYS be a loyal fan to this store... They carry everything I need every single time.. I run a sign shop n always need different things.. I always do so many art projects with my grandchildren for thier school.. n yes again.. they always have everything i need.. N the prices are very reasonable.. I LOVE YOU GUYS.. keep up the good work!! ROVING REPORTER OUT!!

For the most part, youll find what you need here. The paint and brush section though... Yikes. They need to keep that stuff under lock-and-key because the local kids (and maybe adults) abuse the $#/π out of the merchandise here. Brushes are covered in dried acrylics. The tubes of paint look like theyve been gnawed on by teething wolves. And all of the individual pens, brushes, markers, etc. have been re-shelved in the wrong places. The star rating reflects the staffs ability to reorganize the products and how frequently they reorder new merchandise to replace the damaged ones (atleast sell the damaged goods at a discount)

Staff appeared too busy to research products or just didnt know what they had.

This place is horrible am writing this review as Im standing in a line along with another 20 customers and only 1 checkstand open I would think since its friday the manager would know its more likely to be more busy and schedule more personal. I will not be shopping here

Helpful employees. Has everything you need for your crafts

This store is always clean and well organized. The check out staff are always friendly and professional. They have always replenished the yarn whenever my ninety year old mother lets them know that she couldnt find specific yarn colors. I wish the store in my community was so efficient and professional.

I like this store because has everything you need to make your ideas a real thing but I think prices are a higher than usual.

Great store. Employees are very nice and Helpful

Same problem as usual, but I still like to go here because of the sales they have on canvases and the coupons. Long lines, hard to find help for cabinets.

Loved the 0lace but not the employees with attitude.

Great deals for all your arts and crafts

Didnt have the same things other Michaels has and a little disorganized. Maybe because of the holidays but it almost seemed like they were in a rush to just dump things anywhere to make it look clean.

Great craft and paint store, have your coupons ready before checkout

Nice and stocked up but wait line was too long waited for more than 10 minutes and there was only two cashiers with a long line.

Well organized, clean, friendly staff, and no products on the floor

I am really super pleased with this Michaels at Azalea in South Gate CA. The effort Ive witnessed has added a wealth of comfort shopping here in turn allowing the work I do to take shape how I imagined. The willingness of each member has redeemed how I view online ordering and in store shopping. Their approachablility is a rewarding joy!

Had a mirror framed and the (only) person who does the framing here was extremely patient with me as I was choosing different styles that I wanted. She offered her honest, expert opinion and made sure I got a good deal. She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I would come back here again for her services.

One of my favorite stores you can get almost everything in Michael from party supplies to arts and crafts michaels is number one thanks staff for all your help

They could have a better selection of copper wires.

Its a bit overwhelming all the items in painting and vinyls are misplaced and prices are not accurate

Nice store but not enough checkers most of the time

I love Michaels, great art supplies and decor.

The staff here is friendly and helpful with your questions
