The most important thing : it is a good place for kids, not for adults .Epic Air Trampoline Park don’t have so many things to do .. for real ..i personally paid 75 $ for 2 hours .There were 3 of us, me, my wife and my 1,5 years old son .YOU CAN’T bring socks from other Trampoline Park, they say if is about safety but actually has nothing to do with it .now the most freaking thing is that they have height restrictions .My son was allowed to play in 3 areas only, and in those places adults CAN’T JUMP AT ALL .We sign the waiver to confirm that we are responsible for our safety, there is no need to force us to drive away .AS I SAID, THIS IS A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS, you can do birthday parties here . they will give you a discount on halloween if you will come in a costume which is cool !but for me there are too many restrictions and not so much to do .i was supervising my son and paid 22$ for 2 hours plus 3$ for socks . Even if you don’t jump YOU HAVE TO BUY THEIR SOCKS !HERE IS A RECOMMENDATION FOR THR OWNER :You can give discount at least for one of supervising parent if child is younger then 2 years .i personally won’t come here again on regular days .Thank you for your business !

We had my sons Birthday here on Saturday January 18, 2020. Our hosts Kaitlyn and Jerry were amazing. Both were very attentive. I was able to enjoy my sons party with him and his guests. From checking people in, serving food, serving cake, cleaning up and packing the gifts. Also love that there is a little something for all age groups. It really was nice since we had 34 kids ranging from 1 years old to 13 years old. The only one suggestion I personally would have is that kids from a party have to check out before they leave. Other than that is was a great time and a great party

I went down to Epic Air and I got a far better experience then I thought I would get there. First of all, I was impressed especially by the performance of one of the staff members, David. He was well interested in giving us a good experience and was a really friendly guy. We were doing tricks in the foam pit and he was giving us high fives after doing cool tricks and he made us feel good to be there. We also saw David being nice to younger kids by helping them stack foam walls for them to tumble over, he definitely enhanced the experience of Epic Air. We enjoyed doing dodge ball and there was this one lady with glasses who was also very friendly and made dodgeball very fun for everyone and even made me laugh a lot. I definitely recommend coming here with friends as that makes the experience so much better and you can share the fun too!

We first arrived here staff was some what friendly. Place was empty but I felt we were being rushed out of the area we PAID to have a party at Mind you this place sea empty except for our party. It’s also a sign where of you sign up to follow them on Tik Tok or Snapchat you get a free slushy so all the kids followed them on these social sites just for a worker to tell them they doing all that for free stuff. Was very rude of her to say. Didn’t like this experience.

My kids love it here, but always leave exhausted. Good amount of parent seating, employees are helpful and attentive. Very basic food available at reasonable prices. Although I know it comes with the territory, I wish it wasnt so loud. Maybe set up a slightly enclosed area for parent seating?

We were just there for my sons birthday party and we had Andy as our party host. Andy was amazing! He stuck with the kids and made sure they were having a great time, he made sure they were drinking water when they became flushed, Andy did an awesome job! He made it fun and relaxing even for the adults.

First time adventuring in this indoor park. Celebrated a birthday for a wonderful 2 year old!The event staff was very accommodating. Our Host Nick R was absolutely great. He was super friendly and learned our names very quickly.I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.They have Dodge ball, basket ball, videos games. Several spots dedicated for children and whole lot more!If youre looking for an affordable, entertainingly physical way to cut loose and act like a kid, this is the place for you!!!Do yourself a favor a book an event.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my time at this trampoline park overall. So I had come to Epic Air with some friends to have some fun and we had gone to check in at the front. When we were checking in we were assisted by a lady named Amber, but when we were checking in at first she didnt do anything inherently wrong at first, but she gave off this demeanor and attitude that we were more like people she had to DEAL with rather than people to assist. She treated us like she was annoyed with us even though we had done nothing wrong. I swear on my life that I nor any of my friends did anything to irritate or upset Amber, we hadnt said anything or behaved in a way that would trigger a response like that, she just starting acting this way. Anyhow, she still gave us our tickets and socks but did you think thats all Amber did that made me want to give this place two stars? No, she did even more. Later on, one of my other friends arrived a bit later with a paper waiver with him and attempted to check in with Amber, the same person as before. When she looked at the waiver he gave her, she looked at the parents signature section and ACCUSED him of FORGING his moms signature. None of us could determine why she thought this. She gave the random excuse of, Your handwriting looks similar to this signature. Your mom did not sign this. Not only was she very wrong about him forging his signature, the handwriting of the signature and his looked very dissimilar. She was very accusatory and rude with my friend and I know for a FACT that his mom signed it. After confronting her about the discrepancy between her logic and explaining how he did not forge the signature, she looked at the waiver for one more minute and just said, We dont take paper waivers anymore. Well if you dont take paper waivers then why would you look at it in the first place? Now because of the new situation that Amber has created for us, we wasted about 35 minutes trying to get this problem solved. The problem with our time being wasted is that we already had bought our tickets and the money we spent was for the time we would use in the trampoline park, but instead of using that limited time to have fun, we had to help our other friend with this issue instead of jumping, and we spent money for that time. Its such a shame that I had such a bad experience because the trampoline park actually looks like a pretty good place to go and have fun at, and the other staff seem to be doing a pretty good job. But with this whole situation that we were given that was entirely uneccessary, it just left us with a bad impression. It was just so confrontational with how we were approached.

Had my daughters birthday party here! Kids had so much fun. The party host even got out there with the kids and played dodgeball. It was nice we were able to stay after the party time to continue jumping and having fun!

We had a BLAST last night at our daughters 9th birthday party! Our host, Taylor was so cute and so much fun! She totally ran the whole thing smoothly. I can tell she enjoys her job and playing with the kiddos, which is very important at place like this. Weve done parties for our daughter at other Jumping places before, and the host barely spoke to anyone, which can be a drag. Taylor really did everything for us. All we had to do was talk with the other parents and enjoy the party! She even jumped with the kiddos! Well probably do her 10th birthday party there too, and well be back this winter to jump some more!

Celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday party. She and all of her friends had a blast. There is something for all ages, 2yo-parents, all had fun! They decorate with balloons and you can add more decorations. Our hostess was a sweetheart and very helpful.

Overall, my experience was poor. However I would like to highlight David’s help with the experience. He was very positive and enthusiastic. Barbara however, was rude and inconsiderate. She had told me several times to not stand on the trampoline but my other friends were, I didn’t understand why I was being singled out. Then, 10 minutes to close, when she had seen me before throughout the night, she asked me if I had my wristband on in a very discriminating manor. So thank you David for your help, but I hope my next experience will improve.

First time here. My boys and their friends had a blast. Our party host, Andy, was attentive, helpful, organized and thorough. He made sure everyone is having fun. The people who were supervising every section made sure that everyone plays safe and talks to them nicely. It was a great experience.

We had our daughters birthday party yesterday 11/23/19 it was a total of 12 kids ranging from ages 4-14 the place is big and clean but every time we needed something we had to go hunt down our host, when we couldn’t find him we asked someone else and we’re told only our host could help us.One thing I didn’t like was the owner was literally yelling at some of the kids in the toddler area, yes I understand that area is designated for the little kids but I think explaining to the older ones why they couldn’t be in that area was better than just tellingAt the top of her lungs to “get out”

This is great for ages 6 and up more so.They do cater for toddlers but limited. But still a good place to get the kids to run loose for a while.

We had my daughters 7th birthday party here tonight. Skyler was our party host and she was great! She was very happy, attentive, and informative. They really did a great job! The place is very clean and the pizza was delicious. We highly recommend! We will be back

I did my daughters 7th bday party here and the host was so sweet, friendly, super helpful. She did most of the work, we showed up and let kids go wild. Its was a fun time and tons of supervision every where. Its like a big party indoors and the price is totally great!

Our host was ready and waiting for us. He was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a great time. I ordered extra pizza ahead of the party and they were accommodating for that too. From my first inquiry about having my son’s birthday party there, all the way through to the end of the party all of the staff were nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend Epic Air for a hassle free birthday party.

Weve had two birthday parties here, and both were amazing! Our host Gretchen was great with the kids, and it was only her 3rd party. (Great addition to the team!) My boys are 9 and 10, and its been a perfect fit for them.

Out host was waiting for us. She engaged with all the kids and was very friendly and helpful. Everything went great. My only comments are that it took a while to get everyone checked in and their wristbands on and a separate person from the host could possibly help refill pitchers on the table so the host can continue to be engaged watching/playing with the kids. Our daughter had a great time!

Im giving 3 because of cost. It was a little pricy for basically pay per hour place. And the kids play house that is pretty impressive, but a bunch of the ball guns didnt work and Im not sure if they actually get fixed or not. If I go a week later, may be in same condition. But the employees are polite and dont yell at the little kids for taking to long to get out of the foam. They are a little more strict with which makes the kids listen a little more, just not overly strict!! I did have fun and my son loved it, so thats all that matters.

My daughters 10th birthday was here and was a blast! My hostess Amber was excellent! Very well organized and She helped me do everything!! Even watched the kids and dodgeball game!

I came to jump on sunday 9/6/20 and i was treated very rudely by Taylor, she gave me an all around bad experience i wont be coming back. Her eyebrows and forehead bigger than her future. If u see this fix your eyebrows :|

Very fun. We only used 1 hour and was tempted to get more, but are happy we didnt 1 hour was enough. The prices are slightly steep if you ask me, but its a great experience for the kids and staff is all over the place so I know my money is actually going back into the business and not the pocket of the owner.

From the friendly staff to the food the experience has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! Tyler was super nice and very helpful!!! Worst place to go ever I wouldn’t recommend that you go. If you just go with you’re toddler or child this isn’t the place to go you aren’t even allowed to hold their hands while they jump or even be on the trampoline. The staff harass you every time you attempt to even go near your child even if the place is completely dead! They charge you $17 for a toddler. I recommend spending your $17 somewhere else.

Our daughter just has her 6th birthday at epic air. This is the 2nd time we hosted a party there and we will for sure host many more. Our Epic Air host, Kaitlin, was awesome ! Been going here since I was a young kid. At first it was very popular with nice employees and not a ton of strict rules. Now it is still pretty fun and popular and has had some with great improvements such as cage ball (basically 2 player trampoline basketball in a cage) and a large ball pit playground that only younger kids can use buy there has been many strict rules put into place making it not as fun as it used to be.

Clean establishment with decent food and good customer service.

Disclaimer here-our family has never been to this facility, never got past the waiver. Read this waiver CAREFULLY. I will never sign such a ridiculous document. Basically it says you are waiving all your rights and the rights of your child. It says you cannot hold them liable for any injury or even death as a result of THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. It also states they will take pictures and video if your children and they can use them how they want and you have no rights to them. It says so much more, just read it carefully! I understand and agree with a waiver that says the activity can be dangerous and that you must supervise your child, but to say they are not responsible for their own negligence is RIDICULOUS!

We recently had a birthday party here! It was a blast! Not only was our birthday girl happy, it was stress-free and easy to plan! The booking was easy. Our party host was very attentive and made sure everyone was happy and included. It was the best and easiest party we have hosted so far! The other bonus was that our party guests had unlimited jumping, so even when the party was over, they were able to stay and jump as long as they wanted. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. A wonderful birthday experience. We will be recommending to our friends and family!

This place is really fun for my kid, they have good food their too and its not ridiculously overpriced like at a movie theater.. it has a 3 layer playground tower and multiple sections for them to jump. The staff is really cool too.

Its a fun place. Staff is super nice. I like how they separate 7 and under area away from the bigger kids so my son was able to jump and have fun without being knocked over. My only complaint is the jungle gym ball shooting area was pretty dirty. The balls are really gross. Other than that it was a good time and we will be going back

Quite disappointed in the way our family was treated here. There are multiple restrictions on how where and when family members can play together. The one person per tramp rule prevents older siblings or parents from helping younger ones. The kids hous would be more fun for the toddlers if it were monitored. Too many older kids shoving littler ones out of the way. We went for the half price time so can’t complain about the price. It was pretty unreasonable to insist my oldest son pay for their mandatory sock to be replaced after getting lost in the foam pit. This was after spending 10 minuets looking for the thing. All in all other facilities provide a more entertaining time for the money.To clarify the “designated toddler area is separated from the other trampolines by cones. You just try hold a toddlers hands from the side of a trampoline. Maybe video would show what I mean better.

Cool place for my 2yo son

We love taking our kiddos here,for they can jump, flip, bounce of walls, dive into foam pit, perfect place for kids to be kids. When its time to go home kids are always asking, can we please stay a bit longer. They love it here.The many times we have visited this place, customer service has been great, Employees are friendly, and helpful. The facility looks well maintained, and clean. Snacks and beverages taste well, and not expensive, The Price is right.Will see u soon Epic Air.

We came for a birthday party. I really liked that there was a separate play area for smaller children on the trampolines. the staff was friendly. the areas were clean and well maintained. we will definitely returning.

Great place for kids to burn some energy.

We have been to many different trampoline parks with our 4 kids, ages 8,7,5 and 3 and always have a good time. We were very frustrated here at Epic Air with all of the age/height restrictions, as well as not being able to jump on the same pad as another person. My understanding is that when I sign a waiver, I know that we are going to run into other people, get knocked down, and even fall over.Epic Airs rules make it very hard to jump as a family. Unless you go in to play a game of dodgeball there arent any areas that everyone can jump in all together. My brother and his family joined us here with their 2 yr old as well. The fact that they could not jump with their daughter was a bit ridiculous.I understand that the ball blaster area is there for little ones, but you dont go to a trampoline park to play in a climbing gym.My older kids had a great time jumping, but my 3 yr old couldnt play with them and their 2 yr old cousin couldnt either.It felt like we were just paying for employees to constantly read us the rules. We will not be coming back and will happily drive a little further to go to a trampoline park where we can all jump together and not worry about breaking the rules.

Loved it until we discovered urban air. Then this place became non-existant to us. All the crazy rules this place has makes it not fun. Its a bunch of teenagers constantly blowing their whistles and the pettiest things. Urban air is way more laid back and the atmosphere there is more fun for my kids

I wanted to let everybody know that this place is awesome. I had my twins birthday party and The hosts Angel and Crystal were beyond great and awesome. They worked with us as a team to make the party fun, exciting,smooth and great experience for kids and adults alike. They explained to us the plan of the day and everything was spectacular. We had the time as a group to do dodge ball and basketball. They helped us with serving food,desserts, favors and drinks and truly, really an epic experience and day! We will surely go back to this place!

This place is so much fun! We just had our party that included unlimited jump time, half of our guests stayed for epic night! Everyone including my two little ones, which are 1 and 6, had a good time. Great staff and very attentive.

I had my daughters birthday party here last month. Very easy to set up the party. The party host was great and kept things on schedule. The 12 kids all had a great time jumping and playing in the ball blaster area. It is a little pricey, but worth the money seeing the enjoyment on my daughters face! Will definitely be taking my girls back to jump again.

I threw a party for my son at epic trampoline, and it was fine. It was a bit over priced, but my main complaint is the incompetence of the staff. The hostess was timid and standing to the side while I had to pick up the slack and serve the pizza to my guest. The part that really upsets me is I accidentally left my sons birthday cake there. I called the same day, and the guaranteed they would save my cake until the next day. She even took my name down to mark it safe. I drove 45 mins back to the place to find out they had thrown it away. When I asked for some kind of compensation. The manager said Im sorry I have coupons, but i dont know where they are. Seriously?! I offered my information for a follow up, but Im sure I will not hear from them. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back.Update: All my issues were resolved by Jill and Kevin the owners of Epic air. They reached out to me and took my feed back and made me feel better about the issues above. I recommend epic air the managers really do care about their customers.

We had our sons birthday party here and it was great! Kids had a blast and we were all impressed with how nice this place was compared to some other trampoline parks. Our host was awesome and the party was very well organized.

The trampolines are super big and fun to bounce on but there are a few things about Epic Air that I dont like at all. I would not recommend coming here with a lot of people because, the price to get in and jump is super expensive. Not only is it expensive but you cannot bring in any of your own food items into the park. I understand that they are trying to keep the park clean but, paying a dollar for water is not a low price. It makes no sense to buy water or drink disgusting water fountain water when I can just bring some from home. Obviously they are just trying to make more money towards their park and its not fooling anyone. That rule is absolutely unnecessary and should not exist. Even with offers, discounts, and coupons, epic air is EXTREMELY expensive and hard to afford. Its a waste of money. We tried pizza from the concession stand and it was absolutuley disgusting. Its like something that you would get from the school cafeteria. It was hard to eat and not fresh at all. Instead of going to epic air I would recommend going to a better trampoline park with fair rules, affordable prices, nice employees, and fresh food.

The kids love to play in the giant climbing cylinder, shooting the air-powered foam balls and loading them back into the vacuum system. The other favorite is doing flips into the foam block pit.

Weve held birthday parties at Epic and also have attended many parties. Weve also come for events and we love to visit for open jump. Every experience has always been fun and, as a mother, Ive never had a concern and have always come away with a desire to bring my kids-and their friends- back to the park. I can trust this place for a fun, safe time. I appreciate how CLEAN everything is! The court monitors are attentive and always willing to answer questions or share a quick word with the jumpers. Its just a very fun and friendly place! We love Epic Air!

My family and I absolutely adore this place!! The staff are very observant and helpful. They join in at times with the shy ones and enjoy talking to them. I couldnt think of any way to improve the experience here! The children get a very nice workout, while I enjoy a few moments by myself there. The snacks are tasty, the parties look awesome. Just an overall wonderful place to spend some time!!

Went here with some friends and the entire staff followed us around and stood in between me and my friends as we jumped. Every move we made was scrutinized and the staff was absolutely terrible and ruined it. We did nothing to provoke them, broke no posted rules, and yet they stared us at and followed very closely behind a couple of my female friends and made them incredibly uncomfortable. PLEASE do not go here. Absolutely unacceptable. Ive been to other epic airs and they were great, this is just absolutely terribly managed.

Good time for kids to run, jump, and bounce. Staff is always watching and available. Would recommend -- and I think everyone I know with kids goes there.

Im 18 and this is still a great time for me. Just gotta bring friends so you dont get overwhelmed by the amount of little ones. I think ill be showing up soon to challenge the Epic Air Dodgeball team for a free month of jumping, that peaks my interest.

Heres the thing, the place itself is fine. The different sections are fun enough and what you would expect. Meanwhile the staff consists of nothing but teenagers, some of which clearly hated their jobs. The concession stand was an absolute nightmare, taking a full 20 plus minutes for a hotdog as it was run by one boy while at least two to four others stood around the corner chatting. The referees or whatever they were often said nothing when rules were violated that compromised safety. It was just crazy watching this insanity. Not a single above 20 employee in sight and meanwhile you have to sign a waiver excusing them of your death.

Ive taken my daughter and her friends to Epic Air several times and weve always had a positive experience. I appreciate that Epic Air has activities for children varying in age/size... I also appreciate the cleanliness of the park! You know sometimes you go to places where people are removing their shoes and it stinks (like, do you even wash your feet? Or socks!?)... well, surprisingly, Epic Air is so clean and there are never unpleasant odors. If I had to suggest one thing, I would suggest better quality food (Ive noticed snacks nearing their expiration date). Otherwise, its worth it for the kids to have fun and MOVE!

Celebrated my son’s birthday here. It was amazing. He had a great time with all our family and friends. Very friendly staff and our host was great. He was very attentive on what we needed. My son got sick and wasn’t feeling well by the end of his party and the host kept asking him if he was ok, we appreciated that. Overall, we will definitely be back.
