I’m from Tennessee and I never bought canvas for wholesale before but I’m excited I bought with this company! I spoke with the company twice they were really nice and their Instagram page makes you feel at ease like you’re spending great money. I also reached out to an artist who buys from them all the time and he made me also feel secure about purchasing from this company! I love it. Reasonable price with friendly staff. Can’t wait till I receive my canvases!

2 weeks ago we received a shoddy made canvas, as you can see in the pictures the wood is chipped on the back of the canvas, poorly cut uneven on the back and the cotton is super loose that you can tell if you press on the sides of the canvas there is extra fabric. It seem like this costume canvas was made in a hurry.We order this custom canvas on the phone with Nick the son, and he wasnt patient with us, he had an attitude the whole time. When we went to pick up the canvas he was there and he gave us the canvas and we didnt had time to look at it because he want us to pay right away, he seem like he was in a hurry. I asked what was a spot on the canvas and he said I dont know, there is no returns. He had the same attitude like he didnt care. It made us feel like we were not appreciate as a customer after buying other canvases in the past from them.My fiance called Nick senior and told him about the canvas that was poorly made and he told him that they will replace it and ship a new one to our address because my fiancee explained him that he spent more on the ubers for the trip there than the canvas itself. Which it was $40 bucks, and the canvas was $13. Since this was for a big client, we just couldnt present something like this. Nick senior told him to call Nick son and he will make the arrangements.The next day my fiancee called Nick son and didnt know anything about what my fiancee talked with Nick senior and what they agreed on.He sounded like he was being bother on the phone, so he said that he wasnt going to ship anything to us because it was going to be more expensive for them. But we explained that the whole point it was that we already spent so much money to go there and we couldnt go and pick up another canvas. He didnt care and told him that he was just going to refund us for the canvas. I am grateful that they did return my money back but it cost me more waste of time dealing with this people and I lost 2 weeks of work because of this.Then the next day my fiancee was so mad that he called Nick senior, Nick senior was really rude on the phone and he didnt want to do what was agreed on so he went back on his word.there was a lack of communication between them. So I am no longer in business with them because you cant work with them. Nick junior always makes you feel like you are an nuisance to him and to be honest it makes me wonder if this guys know anything about good customer service.If you want a quality canvas, save your time and go somewhere else.

Ill put it this way: Local business that costs half the price of the art stores for twice the quality. Keep your money in town, everyone! A little hard to find but be sure to call ahead to place your order, and bring cash! The address is on a utility box in front and you just have to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot.

I have requested two canvaces in dimensions which were not available at the moment I have arribed, and they have make them for me at no time. Nice experience.
