Michaels

Loved my visit. Specifically came looking for Halloween goodies and I found the jack pot.

Nice place to shop for a little everything when crafting..

Great place for all your artistic needs except ...acrylic paint, the shelves are bare minimum currently.

Large selection of quality products. Worth a visit for the hobby enthusiast.

I just love shopping here. They have so much stuff, yet the aisles are always neat and today. The staff are friendly and helpful and they get thru a line quickly. 10/10 recommend - bonus, great clearance sales!

This is my favorite place to go for all my craft and crocheting needs. It has the most variety and best prices around.

Good selection but hunt down coupons to make sure you get a descent deal.

I love their stuff and everything is clean and stored away.

They had classroom supplies for teachers at great prices. Plus, it smells good in Michaels.

Super craft store with everything that you could ever need or want ! Very big store! Only downfalls is it is very busy here and we had to wait in line for quite some time to get checked out! They can be kind of pricey, depending on what you want to buy!!!

Hard to find crafting supplies for model railroads Michaels is the best I can find near Charleston. And the people that work there are so pleasant to talk to...

Anything craft they have, the staff. Was very helpful.

All employees were properly wearing their masks

Found what we needed just was a little hot.

Always find something to buy when I go here!

Found everything i was looking for. and they had great sales going on too.

I always love Michaels. Nice staff

They had exactly what I went after.

Crowded. No aisle room to move. To many displays not needed

I dont shop here often, the times I have well theyve been quite worth it. Definitely a go to place for any sorts of art projects and DIY.

Good variety of craft ideas. Picturing framing section is very good and they are very helpful and do good work

Looked like a yard sale in there

Love scrapbooking ️

It was the first time Ive been there. I was looking for Acrillic Paint and of course hopefully it would be cheaper. It wasnt and the canvases were up there as well. It did have a lot other kraft,hobby,x-mas. I was helped by an employee in the paint isle who was very knowledgeable. Heard the best time to go is with coupons.

Found what I needed, staff was extremely helpful but cashiers need work

Great store. They have pretty much anything youd need for most hobbies & crafts.

They were very helpful in picking out frames for odd shaped pictures.

Clean and convenient, always has everything you need. Went for cricut supplies and they had a nice selection of vinyl

Like my experiences with a lot of big-box retailers, ya just cant find everything youre looking for in stores. It looks like they took out the calligraphy section and I was looking for a heat press for shirts n things. I thought they might have one, but no. And I know they use to stock calligraphy supplies. But...at least the store is neat and the staff is friendly and not overbearing.

Asked a worker for help finding an item, and she was too busy socializing with her friend. She told me what I was looking for was on the other side of the store, or with sewing supplies. She was about useless. Dont remember her name; wish I did.Looked for someone else to help me, but another worker walked on by.Wont go back in there again. She wasnt busy doing her job, she was too busy talking to her friend. I left without purchasing anything.

Love the 50% coupon, store has a lot of box stock setting on the sales floor. Would be better shopping without the clutter. Love Michaels merchandise overall.

Found what I needed...the only negative...wish the paint bottle shelf labels were larger print...hard to see with bifocals, lol.

It was nice but didnt have what I needed

Very good selection and lots of clearance/sale items

They always have what I am looking for, and I love the rewards program, love using their coupons that are sent to my email!!

They have a good selection of things but were very under staffed. Worker named “Jared” was incredibly rude.

Our associate at register was very pleasant n helpful. Her name was Sam

Michaels carry many of the products that I use with the art projects I create. I would like to see Michaels carry more leather as well as rabbit fur. Many people eat rabbits, and rabbit meat is sold at many grocery stores. Why waste the fur from the rabbits. Let it be sold to make gloves, caps, and other small items. I dont believe that animals should be killed for the sport of it, only for food.

Lots of cool Easter crafts & decor! Plenty of school supplies, for kids & teachers. You can always find any craft supplies you want at Michaels. The hard part is sticking to your budget.

Had a lot of really pretty Christmas stuff, but I just couldnt find what I was looking for. Daggoneit!!!

Got a chance to explore this place more. It appears to be majority home decorating and the lesser part, Hobby. But they did have what I needed for a hobby.

They had plenty of cashiers. Checkout was very fast

Employees are nice and store has a relaxing atmosphere.

Great products, busy store. Dont come here without your coupons, items are pricey.

They have a great variety of items.

As much as I adore and enjoy a variety of crafts and general creative endeavors, I would rather shop elsewhere for supplies. Michaels is overpriced, the associates I encountered were less than helpful and the store layout is crowded and claustrophobic.

Great customer service! They had just what I was looking for

An excellent craft store. Not my favorite chain store but still an incredible place that always is filled to the max, runs great ads, has great coupons! Always very clean and neat! Staff is usually very helpful. Most of all I love the new register area!!

Good selection and regular sales.

Uhhhh hobby stuff and things. Smells kinda like plastic and grandmas house.

Not bad mabe a few more projects for the cool kids ..expensive here too

Wide selection of crafting items. Better selection than Hobby Lobby. Helpful staff.

They have anything you can think of about crafts

Always have what I need and almost always have good coupons, staff seems to understand what theyre doing and service is always friendly

Great craft store with great deals. Always looking on their website for online coupons to use online or in store.

Very nice...have craft, art, florals, necklace, sewing, frame, vase, glass& a lot. A lot fun of art or crafts. Awesome!!! So easy to find & make own idea as project, art or craft by yourself at home.

I find every crafting thing a girl needs!

Friendly staff always willing to assist

The variety of products. Helpful service

Michaels has always been my favorite craft store. Its quick and convenient and close to home for me. Just if you have a return, make sure to have a receipt. Most places give you what its worth on a gift card instead of cash with no receipt. Michaels is ridiculous. I bought a $40 item. They wanted to give me 10 cash without the receipt. I said absolutely not!! And walked out. All and all, other than return items purchases, its a great store and friendly customer service.

I love Micheals. I am crafty and can always find what I need for any projects, and at a great price.

Great choices, good prices.

The employees here are very friendly and eager to help. Always a pleasant experience.

Great service and friendly staff

I LOVE Michael’s stores. They have every crafting need item you can think of, and I do quite a bit of crafting for myself, and with my granddaughters. Baking, Wedding planning, Jewelry, Card making, whatever you may be interested in doing, or learning about, I’m sure they will have what your looking for to help you. Michael’s carry a very large selection of Home Decor items and have a speciality framing center and floral center inside of it. And there prices on some things are cheaper then wholesale prices. They also offer different crafting classes throughout the month for kids which is awsome.

I love this store so much, when I get to go people there that work their help so much! I also made a friend that works at Michaels! Awesome store awesome people!!

Great place to find crafts and other items... Love the frame sections

Great craft store.

Rearranged store makes no sense...looking for stencils, had to visit 5 different departments to compare them all and fine something that would work...couldnt find exactly what i needed

They have lots of stuff many different items. Worth the trip

Great place for art supplies

For the market that it is catering to it has everything you could possibly ask for, would have given it 5 stars except the high prices.

Best craft store we have. Just about everything here. Holidays are so much better after you get cool decorations from here.

Always beautiful selections. most craft items or accessories available. great sales as well. super helpful employees

A my favorite place in Charleston to pick of art/craft supplies.

Very crowded, but so much fun styff

Pitiful selection for fine artists. Very high prices. One saving grace is their coupons. Another is they will price match any item, even for online stores.

E er art supply you could want. Great sales. I was buying paint supplies, found everything I needed.

Customer service was good.

Everything about this place is fabulous they have everything

Always find everything Im looking for

Has a great variety.

Always love coming in here for their sales

They always have what I need. The customer service is great and checkout is fast and friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff, always very clean!

Crafts, yarn, pixitre frames and custom framing, fake flowers, seasonal

A wide selection of products to browse; prices tend to be higher than what you would for identical items elsewhere and online. It is easy to lose track of time while enjoying a visit through the store looking at all the available crafting materials.Public restrooms available.

I love this store! Always have what I need and way more. Always great customer service and great deals too!

Love Michaels they always have the items I need, if not I can order online then pick up in the store. Friendly helpful staff

Great selection, helpful associates at checkout. My grandaughter is very happy with all her crafting gifts for Christmas

Enjoyed the store as always.i need some deco mesh in basic color and they had none in any color very disapointed....when they do have they only carry in store 6 colors any ways

I often shop here for my craft supplies....a little pricey....other than that...no complaints

Very helpful and friendly

Great place to buy crafts and also a great place,to work

Great store very compact isles and hard to get a stroller around. Someone in a wheelchair may find it impossible. Make sure you have a RetailMeNot coupon!

Checked in at our local Michaels for an estimate on a unique fabric piece that we wanted to get framed and wound up with a very talented and personable guy named Justin who not only went out of his way to work with us to make sure we got it just right, but took a personal interest in our project. He helped us bring the project in on the budget we had and the final product blew our expectations out of the water. Cant recommend him enough and will definitely return there to get some more work done in the future. Thanks Justin, you delivered above and beyond for us!

Good example of the chain. Clean, orderly store with friendly and helpful staff.

Had everything I was look for with surprised discounts.

I love this store. There is a wide selection of products to purchase. Almost any crafty need can be fulfilled here. Though the Michaels chain tends to be a little expensive, they have fantastic door buster sales. This store is clean and neatly organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store for all your crafting needs!

Michaels is my happy place.
