Really nice well maintained ball fields, especially for city fields. If only South Bend would take care of the rest of its fields this way.

Wonderful facility for the tournament we attended.

Not a bad set of fields. Canopies are nice for foul balls.I guess If I had to mark something Id say that the field lines were never pained after the 1st game of many. Umpires had a hard time knowing the batters box, Foul lines etc. I talked with one of the base umpires during a game and that was his complaint also. Other than that, not bad. Plenty of parking and the concession stand had a big verity of food.

Customer is rarely right. I’ve seen fights break out on fields because umps won’t take control of any situation. I’ve heard them say they’d make calls just to get a game over with the excuse of “don’t leave it in my hands”. I’ve also witnessed this first hand. Yet when someone is making 20 dollars an hour but doing a poor job you’re not allowed to expect more for some reason. The facility is beautiful. Fun place to be. But for 600-1000 dollars. You expect to be placed in the right division. You also expect people to care. Not saying all are bad. Just saying only a few good apples on a mostly rotten tree.

Nice complex, shaded areas, concession stand with decent prices

Nice clean facility. Good umps for our fastpitch tournament this weekend. Clean bathrooms, and concessions provided. Smooth level fields, coat transition from clay to grass outfield.

Only went to the play ground with my nephew, but he had a lot of fun

Always have fun here every Sunday. There is alot of competition to go around. No tourneys though at the end of the leagues I play in there.

Large, safe and plenty of lighting. Several full size softball and baseball fields. City of South Bend Parks Department does a good job of keeping the place in great shape for the kids and community.

Love playing here. Wish there was more parking.

Best clean and nice place to play or just watch games.

Awesome place for softball

Apparently this park has never heard of diamond dry. They were supposed to host a Gameday tournament hosting 27 teams this weekend. Forecast was sunny and middle 50s all weekend. Tournament got cancelled.
