I love the Center! So many activities for the young and old. The staff is exceptional!
The director Cynthia Taylor is wonderful and very helpful. Loves helping others and the children.

I went there to vote today. The facility was clean and organized. The people were helpful and kind. The process was fast yet smooth. Awesome experience.
Great staff
Good place to send your kids for after school activities and help with homework. Pretty good staff that you can tell take pride in what they do and care about the kids. Only 4/5 stars because its in a bad neighborhood.

It is wonderful we have a facility like the Charles Black Center, it serves individuals, families & the community . Today the center is there to help the Buchanon family . What a blessing .
