Great fireworks

The people there were so nice and the service was great. My card was declined due to suspected fraud and they held my stuff and waited for me to come back after pulling the cash off the whole experience was wonderful and I cant wait to shoot these off on the 4th.

Im not a big fan of the deception that phantom uses on their buy one get two free. Why not just call it what it really is buy 3 get 11% off. Everything in there is 270% over priced compared to the firework tents and they expect us to believe we are really buying one and getting the other two free? Other than the deception on pricing the selection of fireworks looks great....

The people working there were really nice, despite the big lines they moved really quickly, but they were little on stock because everyone was buying fireworks but it was an overall good experience.

The selection, prices, and Employees or the worst I have witnessed in many years. Stay away

This place is great. I know it sounds cliche but here you do get the most bang for your buck. Their staff is so helpful in matching their buy one get one deals to get you the best variety for your show. This isnt their biggest location but at least you dont have to drive an hour to get to it. They have plenty of selection for your whole dispkay

We went to purchase some products and as soon as my husband enters the door he passes 3 employees, then a 4th one comes up and asked if he had a card, a phantom card, he explains its on his other set of keys, then they ask for his Id and then say he cant purchase anything without it. Like really? He clearly looks over 18 and wants to spend his money at your establishment and you deny him bc he didnt have his phantom card. Well fine we will take our business elsewhere. Needless to say we will not be coming back ever.

Smaller-sized fireworks store, not a huge selection of fireworks. Seth was very helpful and going around showing customer what kind of fireworks the packages were on a tablet. The prices were reasonable.

Best bang for your buck fireworks. They are always buy one get one free, as is all phantom fireworks. This location though, also does buy one get 2 free if you spend $200 or more. We go to many of the fireworks stores, but when it comes down to it, this is where we always end up getting the majority of our display. The quality and price are hard to beat. Especially on your bigger cakes and artillery shells. To get 3 Excalibur shell packs for under $200 is a good deal, or you can mix and match products of the same price, or even close to the same price. A lot of places with buy one get one, you can only get the same product. We like the variety of mix and match. If you go in looking at the individual price, its expensive. Once you consider buy one get one, not so bad. If you spend enough for buy one get 2, you really get a good deal! This is the only location that has that deal though, dont forget that if shopping any phantom. Kalam2has the incentive program where you spend so much and get a free firework, spend more and get more specified free fireworks. We did that before too, and you can get some things that are not for sale that way, but not quite as money efficient.
