Treehouse is my favorite. Always has been...they are very friendly and helpful if you have questions. They give a good discount for your first time if you were referred by a current customer. And now in quarantine you order online and drive through and pick up without having to get out of your car. How awesome is that!

It was amazing. We pulled right up and the budtender came to the car with a mask on and took are order. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we placed our order, we put our cash in her cup and she came back quickly with our flowers and change. It was such a quick and easy transaction. I felt very comfortable with the precautions taken. Its cash or $4.95 debit charge, but they also have an atm. And last but not least, you get a first time 20% discount! We will be back!

Treehouse is a little further away for me, but the 15% off for veterans makes it worth going the extra mile. (It Is literally 1 extra mile for me.) Tons Of Parking with some spots having nice shade, which is a bonus from other places in town! Super friendly staff. Most dispensaries in town have nice staff, but I found the staff at Treehouse be extra nice. (It could be from all the space and how nice the setup is... idk, but I Will be going back.

The staff is extremely friendly and the selection is always fantastic. They have a good rewards program and do take care of their customers. (I purchased a defective product and they replaced it when I went back to let them know. They really didn’t have to, but now I’ll never shop anywhere else when I’m on the west coast!)

I wanted to like this place because the first time I had product delivered it came fast and the driver was very friendly. The second time it came quickly but the delivery driver accused me of giving him a fake $100 bill. Two times! To me, that’s a serious accusation from someone who I later found out was “new and didn’t know how to tell” according to his manager.

They are very good at forgetting to all items in the bag. My last 6 visits something was always missing. They always fix but its annoying. Just left there 3 days ago they forgot one of my grams of skunk feather. Now i gotta make another 68 mile round trip. Not worth it

This place was the coolest club Ive been too. Beautiful artwork hung all over the walls and trees hanging down as the actual shelves. Such a creative idea. They also have some good deals. I will come here again and recommend others to check it out as well.

It was alright except I bought some Skunk Feather Diamonds but it wasnt diamonds. It was sugar. So honestly I guess this is more of a Skunk Feather review rather than a comment on the quality of my customer service. But I think that product knowledge and honesty is key. It would have been nice to be properly educated/informed by the budtender. To be told, the box says diamonds, but its actually sugar. Honesty is the best policy.

This place is super nice. Unlike some other dispensaries you can cruise around and check out the inventory, and you can even smell & scope out bud before you buy it. They have a great selection and super good prices. I like edibles and theyve got a ton of them. Sales tax isnt included but the excise tax is, so you dont get to the register and find out the total is 25% higher than the original. There are always specials on bud that theyre trying to clear out, and there are lots of great strains that are $25 for an eighth. One bummer is they dont sell grams of flower. The staff is super nice which I dont take for granted because Ive dealt with some rude budtenders. They also gave me the first time customer discount of 20%, while the other two dispensaries I went to completely shined giving me theirs. This is one of the most professional spots in town. Overall this spot has a great feel & decor, and good selection & prices. They also support local art and are involved with the community, and I always appreciate when a business does more than just look for a profit. One of my favorite spots in town and Ill be definitely be going back regularly.

No stars this place is advertised to be open until 10pm we got there at 9:54pm traveling from out of town and they were closed early by law you must be available during your hours of operation they were rude and said there wasnt enough time for me to pick anything out I said I would take anything they picked and they still refused to serve me.. horrible service, horrible experience.

Great products. Great customer service. My only complaint is when they run out of a certain product it always seems to take a long time to replace it. They can also come down in prices a little more and maybe offer more discounts to the frequent customers that spend a lot of money there. Maybe do a special each day for 1 or 2 products. On weekdays.

Great place and always top Tree for a good price

Been there a few times now and have always left with a smile on my face. The staff is always quite interactive, willing to help, and give advice. They can pull up your previous purchases on their ipads & get you the same thing, they recommend new products, but dont push sales onto you. In my mind, this is the ONLY dispensary to go to in the County.

Beautiful layout with easy to shop selection and great service. Treehouse has monthly community events and features art of every kind. Definitely worth the time spent to drive to any shop vs ordering delivery. Great for locals and visitors as well. Fair prices? I can NOT believe I havent given them a 5 star review yet! Treehouse is one of my favorite places to go in Santa Cruz. Its not just about the cannabis there, its about the community. They hold informative talks with keynote speakers and the ability to q&a with knowledgeable people, first Friday celebrations with vendors from all different industries, and soul sessions where cannabis vendors offer massive discounts and some swag. This dispensary is unlike any other and their focus on community goes above and beyond what you could hope for. ️

This is one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. Its open and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It dosnt feel like going to a doctors office, every thing is laid out for you to see and look at. They also sell jewelry and art from locals. If your into the 420 medicated life then this is a place I would definitely check out

Overpriced compared to Eaze delivery service. No menus mean you have to awkwardly ask each items price and try to recall the details of each product to compare. They need to get out of the old medical dispensary mindset. I am a customer not a patient and I want to make my own choices about the products I want based on test results and prices....this doesnt seem like a difficult thing to do...other shops closer to San Jose have figured this out and have better prices as well...

First time being in treehouse and it was spectacular, very nice well kept store, being my first time in I asked a lot of questions about a lot of the products and they not once seemed annoyed or gave me dirty looks over it very nice staff. But I will say the lady at the counter to pay could of been a little more nicer and had a better smile she just seemed like she wanted your money and after she got it just seemed like she wanted people to leave but regardless I was very pleased .

Tree house is a very safe, clean, welcoming and environment to shop for products.I went in specifically looking for CBD lotions for carpal tunnel as well as a gift for a friend of disposable THC E cig.Hostess was very warm and sweet and offered a 20% discount as I was a 1st time customer here.Josh walked me around the showroom of various products they offer, then focused on the several CBD lotions .Great products at a fair price.Trees house also offers a senior discount as well as a 10% discount if you have a valid medical card !
