We’ve only lived here for a year but we love it here. We didn’t know it was here because it’s set back away s from the road. Also, we love the close proximity to stores, restaurants, gas stations and the square, what more could you ask for.Alyssa, the park manager is very professional and always prompt when we have any concerns. The neighbors are friendly but not overly, the neighborhood is very clean and safe. The owners are updating the older homes as they become vacant. This is a wonderful place to live.

Looking for a home to rent, but this was in horrible condition, very old and worn looking! Asked: when a nicer unit became available, could I switch up? No. Youre bound to the old place (or pay two rents). Passed on it.

We moved in March of 2019 and absolutely love it so far. Great management that is responsive, really friendly neighbors and close to everything we need. Plus it is right next to Maxwell Park for walks. Great place to live in a great town.
