One of the worst casinos I have been in, very tight machines, still allow smoking on casino floor but alarms will go off if you smoke in restroom, got are players club card with list of free food, free play, even free Hotel for 2 nights if you get 1500 points your first day, they didnt tell us you must get this in one day, they give you 1 point for every $5 or $6 so to get $10 in free play you will lose more than $100, to get Hotel you will probably lose over $1000.I put $60 in and most it paid was $5.40 before the $60 was gone.Done much better at Casino in Parker AZ.
Great little casino. Fabulous time. Almost our own little private casino during Covid19. Lol
I had fun there when we went. The staff were extra helpful. I had never played bingo there and by the time i had heard the announcement over the PA and bought my tickets, they had started calling numbers. The staff helped me look at my card to catch up all the numbers they had already called and each different game board they would stop by my table and explain the game I was playing. I didnt win at bingo but i was impressed by thier support in my efforts to try and win
We did not stay in the RV park but I had marked it for future place to go, pretty much your typical Casino RV park it is paved $ $5 a night or $35 a weekThere is a huge grass area to walk the dogs and play fetch onTheyre also looks like a field in the backI would definitely bring my motorhome here in the future
Very nice and clean place nice rooms... casino is nice small have a lot of slot machines all kinds we have a good time the casino is connected to the hotel so we dont have to walk out side the building triple 7 restaurant very economic and good food
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Highly recommended.I would give it 5 stars if the cafe was better.
Went around 1030pm on a Friday night and it was not to busy, the atmosphere was very relaxed. Enjoyed the video craps and blackjack. I Dont go to the casinos much but will recommend Cocopah to visiting friends and family.
I was very impressed with the casino operation and cleanliness. Checking in at the door was hassle-free, machines were spaced well apart and there was someone there cleaning down the machines as soon as they were freed up. Also, the number of occupants in the casino was at a minimum. Everyone was wearing masks, too. I would go back!
Staff is so friendly, place is clean and carne asada is next in town
During these tough times of staying home to help fight the spread of the corona virus pandemic. To be able to get out for a little bit of entertainment were cocopah #1 priority is keeping all mandated rules at its highest levels to keep everybody safe will playing makes for a very positive and safe experience..... Thank you management and all involved keeping the casino very clean....
I didnt realize it was so far from Tucson Its OK casino if youre just driving by going to Mexico but not really worst that drive just to go out there from Tucson
Well it wasnt what Im used to, as my experience back east with other tribal ran casinos. They have more to offer when it comes to their games.Cocopah is more or less a casino with an emphasis on slots, which usually caters to the senior crowd. I was unable to get over the fact I could only find black jack as a game with a dealer, and then the cost per hand was unreasonably high.I guess if I still had living parents and grandparents it would be a place to take them on a visit.. Yet I will go again, only because I believe it would be a better experience if we were not having to deal with the Covid-19 issue. Which may be the reason there isnt any live poker at this time.If your looking for a get away for a few hours then sure Cocopah is a good spot to let off a little stress.
Some days are great.. some Not so Great. Depends on if you win or lose
Down a few steps nice circle layout
I love the variety of games they have but yet they keep social distancing. Staff are friendly and enjoyable.
Fun and entertaining. Casino personnel is very attentive to all guests and theyre abiding to COVID 19 safety management
I turned 28 today so I decided to go. It was my first time going and all I spend was $20 but it was a good time.
Kind of crowded for being in the middle of a pandemic, the snack vending machine didnt give me change and when i asked for help several times no one ever came so it shorted me for 3 dollars. The machines were very tight. A good place to loose your money. The disinfecting proceedures were not up to par . Compared to other casinos Ive been to.
Nice. Clean. Good parking. Good food and a decent price. A big plus is that the gaming area does not smell like smoke. This place is a bit out of the way, so it is a drive back to town, but occasionally for a night out it fits just right. I dont give it higher marks because all the staff are like robots - just have their minds somewhere else. Zero personality, zero connection with the customers. Not saying they do a poor job, juts no personal involvement. But still it is worth a visit.
I love to win and I like that I can go there and come out a winner.
Had a great time Super Bowl Sunday playing until I cashed out. Won $200 and cashed out. Came home and found I only had $60. Called and drive back at midnight to tell floor manager I did not receive all my $200. That moment i was treated like a con artist. Three different people questioned me. Not one I know believed me. After a half hour or so they said nothing could be done until machine was cashed out. At 6:30 the next morning she called to say no overages so I most have lost it. We went directly home after cashing out. No mention of looking at video to see if you dropped it and someone picked it up. If so I would know but nothing said other than I must have dropped it. I’m not a con artist like I was treated. Simple sorry would have been nice. Still think I was never given full 200.
Small and crowded but great atmosphere
Nice hotel, casino is ok, its a little bit small but its still fun.
Love to go win and late nigjt swimming is tbe best
Always a good time win lose or draw. Unlike the other cacino that is near yuma. I wont mention any names. Its all about the people that work there and how thay treat the guest. Thank you cocopa for treating us with respect and appreciation
Friendly staff and nice looking casino.
Large overnight RV parking lot. $5 a night with a limit of three nights. Go inside the casino and pay at the cashier cage before 5 oclock. No hookups. It is not a place for tent camping. The breakfast buffet was delicious with made to order omelets, pancakes, and eggs. Great customer service at the buffet. If the casino was non smoking, it would have 5 stars. There is no wall separating the casino from the breakfast buffet, just a partial wall so you get the smoke and the noise.
Cocopah casino was great. They were following all the guide rules to keep everything sanitized. Appreciate that.
Really enjoyed this place. The hot tub and pool are open 24 hours which is awesome. Enjoyed their restaurant as well. Everyone was super friendly. We will be back.
Great time won $ 400.00 .
I was very pleased with cocopah casino. Was greated very nicely staff through out casino was very nice. The protection of everyones health was a concern for the staff and made sure machines were wiped down. I will surely return.
This Place! Id Lost My Players Club Card, A Plus Card! I Went To The Club Booth And The Rep Gave Me A Classic Card. She Had Started A Whole New Acct. No Points, No Free Play! A Few Months Later I Replaced This Lost Classic Card, Another Rep Put Me Back To Plus, With Free Play. This Card Had An Exp Date? Now Back To Classic, No Free Play, No Points. The New 777s Cafe Is Good But NO POPCORN After 9pm. I Am Now More A Winner At The Q!
Loved the food and bingo was also fun I plan on going back next week
Casino games were great!!! The hotel was very nice..and clean. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Kudos to all!!! Thank you for the full experience.
I love Cocopah casino great place to have fun.
Wish they had a gym and better coffee... Other that that real nice despite no
Great place to get away and enjoy having fun
Its a casino not much more to say but build it bigger and better then near by casinos.
Great size, not too big but still feels fun. First place we doubled our money on the Johnny cash slot. Will be going there again.
The only casino in town that still lets you smoke inside.
Always a fun place, so glad you have opened back up
Their bingo hall is in need of customer service training...poor management is my guess
Lost allot of money here, slots could pay off better. Clean place to have some fun, but walk out with none!!! ($$$$)
Hit big on 20 cent bet!!! Cocopah Casino is the place to WIN!!$
Enjoy the low to medium traffic during the week. Hope you open soon.
Small casino but well maintained. Also have overnight RV parking or extended stay. No hookups but water is available.
I had fun. One of the first casinos to open in Arizona, Yuma.
Great place had hockey games on as a Canadian that is greatly appreciated. Close to Cocopah Speedway which is a great facility
Didnt spend much time here. Came for Christmas all you can eat brunch. The food was just ok, nothing to really talk about. The air was noticeably smoky from cigarettes.I did not do any gambling, and only noticed slot machines, I did not see any card tables.
Had a great time, didnt win but we had we fun
Decent size casino, could use some more of the newer games but does have a few. Ive won 3 out of the 4 times Ive been there. Not impressed with their restaurant. Ordered the grilled Reuben sandwich that came with only 2 slices of corned beef, piled high with sauerkraut. I ended up taking the meat on one half & putting it on the other & scraping off the excessive sauerkraut to make a decent half sandwich. The french fries were awesome though. Server was nice too.
My husband and I took my Mother there for an early Mothers Day and she really enjoyed it. We had so much fun. They had new machines and people were nice. My aunts from out of town come and visit every year. They love casinos. I think this time Ill introduce them to the Cocopah casino .
Fun place, nice staff, must have photo I.D. to enter. The atmosphere and crowd are pleasant depending on the time of day. If you get a players card you can earn points and get free play-check it out, Cocopah is definitely a favorite for me as far as casinos out here go, I highly reccomend it.
Love the staff and the casino.....
Need more new machine and table game
I won big..
Always look forward to spending time here. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy. I sit in the easy chair and work on my projects while my hubby plays in the Casino. We meet up and share meals in the restaurant. Always good food, sometimes buffet and other times menu.
Clean place, good staff
The cigarette smell is strong. If you are disabled and have problems with walking long distances the handicap parking is a long hike to get to the entrance. The staff is nice, but I will not be returning.
Good place to get away. But not very good on pay outs. So bring lots of money and good luck!
I always play to much money and never win shiet
Had an excellent vacation stay here for a wedding. Quiet near the casino nice pool good food and drinks
Its great
Loved that everyone was on the same level. Once allowed in entry was quick and efficient. Band did, what I felt, did CCR music with an 80s twist and did not just play CCR. Always hated screeching electric guitars. Band members were extremely talented and thoroughly enjoyable. Personally sad they did not stick to old style CCR. Admired the musicians talent. Over all thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
One if the casinos who still allow smoking in their casino. Friendly employees.
Great casino! We had the ribeye dinner in the restaurant and we were served by Julio. Julio was one of the friendliest waiters we have ever had and a real asset to the Cocopah Casino. We had a payout issue with a slot machine and it was handled efficiently and professionally by Casino Manager Francisco. We really enjoyed our time at the Cocopah Casino.
Great room service always clean.
SUPER clean newer machine s
Good Parking and decent price.
Clean fun place to see your money vanish away.
Food is good and the slots are fun. One thing is make sure that you inform the guests at artisan restaurant about food sharing. I took one bite of my moms food while I waited for mine and one of the ladies warned that she would have to charge me for the salad bar. Honestly I wasnt informed of said rule and stopped after the first bite (didnt get charged). Please let your guests know that rule or put it somewhere where guests can see that. I didnt see anything posted about that.
Nice small casino, friendly staff, fun place. There is also the Wild River Family Fun Center with bowling lanes and a good size arcade...a smaller replica of a D&B center, located on the same parking lot with Hotel. Well worth a trip and we left with more than we started with!
The Christmas Buffet has been wonderful on two different occasions. Five different meats and their turkey has bragging rights for being so good ! They have plenty of parking and dont worry about the line because it goes fast. Service is also the best.
Went for Mothers Day Buffet. It was wonderful!!! The prime rib was very generous. There was such a variety of seafood. The waiters were very attentive. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be to have more vegetables.
We were there for 4 days. Rooms were nice and clean but dont plan on winning any money at the casino the worst Ive seen in a long time as far as payout. Dont even let you play.
Great soup and salad bar.Slots were fun, didnt win slot, but broke e en. Fun time
Great place, cold beers, great staff!!! and the food is great..
Lots of dollar slots...decent food...good soup and salad bar.
I recommend Cocopah casino for anyone who wishes to escape to a mini-Vegas here in town. Sure they dont give free drink as you play the slots, but they have a good selection of beers at $5 or less a piece. The atmosphere is nice and their buffets have surprisingly fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed watching their 4th of July fireworks show this past Independence Day.
Nice Casino. RV overnight parking $6. No hookup available.
Its a very nice atmosphere. They have drink special s every day of the week. The restaurant is also great. Seafood on fridays. I like this casino knocks out paradise casino.
Unless you want the buffet on a Friday night the only other place was the cafe and it was just ok. Came to see the Johnny Cash Tribute he was ok not great like some other performers we have seen. Wont come again.
Nice pizza in the food court
Because it had been closed for too long. Only a minor, temporary inconvenience.
Its a casino. As to be expected.
Very much fun place
All I can say is come on down and try your luck! Employees are very helpful. Smoking and non-smoking areas, whatever suits you. Overall a fun place.
Casino still allows people to smoke people take off masks this casino is not COVID ready
Security personnel is very polite and respectful. They open the door for you.Casino is clean and restroom is clean also.Great food variety. Many machines to play.
Friendly casino with a great breakfast buffet & RV parking. Bingo too!
Great place to relax, but with all the smoking you have to cut your visit short.
There is a smoking and non smoking area. Great staff very accommodating
Staff was friendly .. and (a kitchen manager) Larry was very professional and made sure my food came hot and cooked to perfection .. LOVED the shrimp. I will definitely eat there again FOR SURE!!
Staff was very friendly and efficient.
