Not a great experience. DREW BLANDA cancelled my appointment, things happen very understanding. Offered to refund my deposit which I chose to do. Never heard back, after a month and many e-mails was told I would get the refund. It’s been 2 months now and I was blocked. So I reported it as Fraud.Don’t think it’s to much to ask for a professional experience, cancellations happen, non refundable means when the customer cancels. Not the artist.

Chelsea is one of the best artist I have seen. Her attention to detail makes her work stand out for sure.

Drew Blanda was an absolutely wonderful artist to work with. He did a beautiful tattoo inspired by a drawing of my favorite artist Sia. The pricing was reasonable and Drew was extremely kind. He seemed genuinely excited to do my tattoo and was also caring and passionate about my reason for getting it. My tattoo did have to be rescheduled due to Drew being sick, however, it was only pushed back 2 days and he actually came in on his day off to do it. Ive had great tattoos done here in the past by Chelsea, who is no longer with AC Ink. Im really glad that Drew is there and Id go back to him again. Hes a super chill eccentric dude - all the best artists are. Drew makes actual magic happen. I think the tattoo he did for me is my favorite one! The shop is also clean and everyone Ive come into contact with here is very friendly.

Terrible place. The people were cool but I got a very simple small tattoo that was a stencil tattoo and it’s terrible not only did it get infected, it’s uneven crooked and lighter in parts of the tattoo. Not some where I would recommend to anyone.

At first I got a phenomenal portrait of a deceased family member who meant the world to me. From that point I continued to refer to many of my friends and family to Drew Blanda. I shared his social media with as many people as I could as a token of respect. I sent his wife a $100 deposit (which is standard) for him to start my sleeve. From then on he blatantly ignored me and ignored me until I had no choice but to request my money back. After that he reached out with some convoluted apology, set up another date for me to come in, and sure enough didn’t honor that arrangement.I could tell he either didn’t want to do the sleeve or wasn’t confident enough in his ability to make me happy, so I told him I would settle for a micro portrait of one of my favorite actors. He assured me I could come in today (Tuesday, February 19th) and get the portrait done. I was ready to spend $1000’s of dollars for his artwork as well as bring many new customers to him. Now I’ve been lied to, strung along, and full on disrespected. The fact that I’ve even writing a review like this takes pride away from me but being treated like this is absolutely disgraceful. I hope Drew sees this as well as many other prospective clients. Dirt bag

Had my nose pierced there for my birthday and my experience was the best. She explained everything in detail before the piercing and she was so good I didnt even flinch. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I had piercings done with Heather and they are terrible. She messed up one of my ear lobe piercings and had to redo it, put both of the lobe piercings too low, & did not close the jewelry I had in my cartilage piercing correctly. I went to change my cartilage piercing after having it in for almost a year and a half and the entire back was closed because the hoop was not closed all of the way .

Says open til 7 on Sundays.... multiple calls and no one answered.... ended up taking a sizable Uber to show up and see what I could get walking in. Doors locked. Simple lack of common courtesy wasted my day, yet probably spared me a staff infection.

We made an appointment for a piercing multiple days in advance. We showed up and they had us sign documents and then we sat for about 40 minutes to be told the piercer just “wasn’t coming” and would be in 3 hours after our scheduled appointment? Any other job you’re that late, you are fired so not sure what they accept as a proficient effort here but seems incredibly low. It was the most unprofessional experience in my life, would never return.

DO NOT BOOK WITH DREW BLANDA. I started to have a sleeve done here back in December. The first session turned out great. I told everyone I knew about his work and constantly promoted him. I was so excited I booked my next appt before leaving the shop. Appt was scheduled for January. 2 hours before my appt I was told he was sick and needed to reschedule. Getting sick is understandable but what happens next is not. Didn’t get rescheduled until Feb where I confirmed multiple times. I show up to the shop and he’s not there. He calls me an hour later with some BS excuse. Then promises me he’ll make it up and schedules me for the following Saturday. Again two hours before he canceles saying he’s sorry but he can’t come in today. He tells me that he’ll return my deposit which I doubt I’ll ever get back... terrible terrible customer service. I would NEVER refer a single person to him. Save your money because you might not have anything to show for it! Still never received my deposit back for my second session either.

Had a great experience with heather she was awesome.

This tattoo shop is awful. Customer service is below zero. They charged me 140$ of not even a two inch big tattoo of seven letters. Overpricing is at most. The artist treated me like I owed her the money, and didnt even gave me what I was asking for.I wont even recommend this shop to my enemies. Awful
