I also run the ktm low seat.. it has given me the confidence now to tackle the super technical riding that i could not do before since i could only touch the ground with one foot (on my toes). I can not say enough about the suspension work Rob did on my bike, Im 270lbs had it lowered 2 inches, it rides up in the stroke and floats over obstacles at speed with ease. I like the personal attention that he gave not to mention a 1 day turn around! This is just great!

I sent the suspension from my KTM out to MotoLab to get rebuilt and tuned. I had nothing but great service through the whole process. Everything from specing out my new suspension, shipping the parts out to them (in their free shipping case), and return shipping was handled quickly and professionally.I couldnt ask for better service and definitely wont be using anyone else for motorcycle suspension.

If you are a shorter lad such as myself and need to get out into the dirt, I have two recommendations.1. Get a KTM or Husqvarna2. Decide what you would like to accomplish on your machine and contact Rob Kozler of Moto Lab to personalize your suspension for you.This will be the greatest mod that you make to your bike, and will bring you instant joy.I am 57 and had Rob lower my suspension 2, which put both balls of my feet on the ground. This was an instant upgrade. You will make it through the gnarly stuff; the off-camber, mud, and slippery logs because you will be able to stabilize yourself on your bike through the woods. You wont be picking yourself off of the ground every 30 seconds.Rob is passionate about his work and his goal is have you out having fun on the trail. Rob completed my mods quickly, and I was back out on the trails in no time with much more control and confidence. Dont hesitate, this is truly worth it.

I found Moto Lab online and read several reviews about the quality of their service, so I sent my KTM 350 EXC-F suspension to them so they could lower it a bit. I coordinated with Rob on the work. They have excellent videos showing how to remove the suspension properly, prepare it for shipping, and to reinstall it. Although turn-around times will vary, they completed the work within a day of receiving my suspension. Wow! Id highly recommend using their services to my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Moto Lab. Im 5 9 and my recently purchased KTM 530 was way too tall. Rob suggested lowering the bike 2. He chose the proper spring rates for my weight and riding style. Very happy with Rob and my suspension. My bike is a 2017 KTM 300 XCW. My number one worry was that my suspension would be to harsh after lowering. While it is a little stiffer, it still has that plush ride that i love about this bike while being lower for me and the feel and handling is fare better than stock. Very, very pleased.

I needed to lower my wifes KTM and i needed it done right. I gave MotoLabs a call and spoke with Rob. He answered all my questions and ordered the parts i needed. As soon as they were in i tore the bike down and sent in the suspension. They had it done the day after it arrived to their shop! I had her bike back together the next weekend and it is perfect! My wife couldnt be happier. The bike handles like it should and is much more enjoyable for her to ride. She is only 5’4” and stock height was way too tall. I recently purchased a Husqvarna FE350 and quickly realized that at 58 my legs just werent long enough to comfortably ride this motorcycle. After searching the internet for seat height lowering ideas I contacted MotoLabs Rob Kozler. My suspension was soon packed up ant sent off to his shop for modification. Within 24 hours he completed the 2 lowering modification and the package was enroute back to my home address. In addition to the quick turn-a-round MotoLab included comprehensive information on recommended settings. After installing I only needed to make a minor rear suspension sag adjustment. Low and behold, I was able to touch the ground with the balls of my foot again! Absolutely perfect setup and modification. Couldnt be happier - highly recommended!

Moto Lab set up my 2015 KTM 500 xcw with stiffer springs and superplush suspension that handles all the east coast single track ruts, roots and rocks. The bike corners amazingly, can handle heavy hits when at race pace and I can ride it all day long with less fatigue and more confidence. This is my 2nd bike with Moto Lab suspension, why change what works, Rob does a great job in listening to what I want from my bike/suspension and customizes it for what I need.

Sent my suspension from my 2014 KTM 350 EXCF to Motolab and it was turned around and back to me in 2 days. Incredible service and communication. Bike has been transformed into a supple, properly dampened machine that handles 100% better than before. Wish I had sent the parts over right after I bought the bike in 2014. I had no idea how bad the stock set up was until I rode the Motolab set up suspension that was built for my weight and riding style. Great service and a massive improvement to the bike.

Ive had Rob at Moto Lab re-valve several sets of suspension for me for the past few years on multiple bikes. Currently I have a 2006 YZ250 set up in off-road trim. I ride A level single track here in Arizona which seems to be a mix of loose and embedded rock with interspersed whoops and sand mixed in for good measure. Not the easiest thing to valve suspension for...I have found that many of the other re-valved bikes I have ridden tend to be too soft for my liking in what seems to be a futile quest to achieve plushness everywhere. I expressed my desire to Rob not to turn the bike into wallowy marshmallow and keep the good traits of the KYB SSS forks while achieving some compliance particularly in the mid-stroke area to help from ping-ponging off rocks.When I got the suspension back from Rob, I bolted everything up, set the sag at ~102mm, and went out on our local singletrack loop here in Flagstaff. The loop is a baby-head strewn rock garden for much of it with some fast and flowy breather sections in-between. Out of the box,I was amazed at how stable the bike was with the new valving. I can honestly say this is by far the best suspension setup of any of my previous bikes, or anything else I have ridden in the past.In addition, his turnaround time and communication throughout was excellent. I mailed the forks and shock out in a plastic gun case and once received he had them done in one day and back in the mail to me the next day.
